We had the best stay at this property! The views from the balcony were breathtaking… we saw many sunsets from the large balcony and were told by numerous people that you can see whales from the balcony as well during whale season. We had 2 separate families of 4 staying (including a 6, 9, 12 and 13 year old), and there was more than enough space for all of us. The space is equipped with games and an Xbox, all of which got use as we wound down the evening. The Wailea beach (prob my favorite beach I’ve ever been to anywhere!) is a short walk (and a few flights of stairs) away and the property will setup chairs and umbrellas for you. The entire resort is so well kept and beautiful. The shops at Wailea are literally across the street and couldn’t have been closer. I highly recommend this space, and would LOVE to go back someday!

We had a wonderful week stay at your place. Resort is beautiful and our family had a wonderful time. Quick response from the manager with any questions. We had 8 and the entire family loved the place and wants to go back again! Great location on beautiful beach. Family loved being able to snorkel, hang out at the pool, beach and go to shops right next door. Very private with pass key to get onto the property.

We had two families staying in this unit with kids 6-16. The layout and amenities were great and you can't beat the location. Instructions were clear for all technology (very large TVs in every room) and provided extra linens which was nice. The only thing that would have been nice is to have food/beverages available on site.

The property was amazing and the view was gorgeous. Each adult couple had their own rooms and bath and children theirs. My only complaint were stairs and hill pushing a baby in a stroller. Loved the closeness to Shops at Waillai

We stayed in Maui at the Wailea Beach Villas the first week of April. The property is immaculate and very well taken care of. There is gated entry and every access point requires key card entry which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The condo we stayed in - 409L - was extremely clean and well equipped. Everything was thought of, including dish detergent, solo cups, paper towels - all of which made us feel comfortable and right at home. The home was very clean and organized. The view for morning coffee and sunset everyday was unparalleled. I can not recommend this property enough. Will definitely come back and recommend this location to everyone we know.

This is one of the only 4-bedroom units in Wailea and was perfect for our family and my wife's birthday celebration. The unit was spectacular and exactly as advertised, if not more, and the two pools and beach lounges attended by resort staff were superb. There is no place like Maui and no place on Maui like Wailea. We will definitely return.

Thank you so much for the AMAZING opportunity to experience Hawaii in your stunning property. We had a fantastic week in paradise and enjoyed everything about staying here. The condo was a first class home away from away. The condo was spotless, stocked with everything needed and the location was superb. The Shops of Wailea was our go to for everything and the beach, restaurants and profound breathtaking beauty was accessible on foot in minutes. For families, this is a perfect place to land with no car needed as Chip will book a car for you if you need it. However, We walked to everything! Thank you again! We hope to come back again.

Lovely property!!! This Wailea Beach Villa has stunning views, sunsets, and the location is perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, and was well equipped for my family's needs. It was very comfortable for my family, 5 adults and 4 young granddaughters. Wailea Beach Villa property is gorgeous, well maintain, and the staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. If you're planning a trip to Wailea, I highly recommend booking your stay in this beautiful villa at Wailea Beach Villas. It was a vacation in Paradise for my family!

Fantastic unit and property. We stay at a lot of VRBO’s and it was by far the best stocked we’ve ever experienced. The overall property is well maintained, very clean and quiet. You have wonderful access to shops, small grocery store, beach, hiking etc. The property staff was friendly and beyond helpful. I would stay here again in a second.

Loved the location and view from this unit. The unit itself was well appointed with nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The property is beautiful. Great family pool and adjacent to the shops. The concierge team was outstanding; Chip, in particular, went out of his way to make us welcome and comfortable. The only negative was that the coffee maker was broken and they never replaced it. So after multiple treks to local coffee shops we found out the day before we left that there was coffee in the lobby. Not sure how we missed that. The day of our checkout they needed to turn off the water for building my repairs- starting at 9am. With checkout at 10, it would have been more accommodating to keep it on til 10.

I read many great reviews on this property and I can add another to the list! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and this unit provided plenty of space. It was immaculate and well equipped with all we’d need for the week. The location worked well with being able to walk to The Shops at Grand Wailea, easy beach access and went and had breakfast at the Marriott next door. The pool area was nice and my kids enjoyed reserving the game room, as well. There is a snack shop right outside the villas to get a smoothie, sandwich or something light. We hope to go back one day!!

Great property. We had a large group staying in the villa and had plenty of space for everyone.
It is on the 4th floor of a building, but you only share an elevator with 2 properties per floor, so there's plenty of privacy. There's a nice pool at the ground level and you're probably a 5 minute walk (down some stairs) to the oceanfront.
Just a heads up on the grill - we decided to grill hamburgers one night on the patio and it started smoking a little bit. We turned on the vent above the grill which proceeded to blow the smoke directly into the villa, which immediately set off the fire alarm. (Sorry about that) We turned off the vent and made sure to keep the door closed after that.

Stayed in April 2022 and loved the location and space for our family of 7. There was ample room, and we loved the one bedroom with the two twin beds for the little kids. Our family has some annual piano goals so the piano in the living area was a nice touch. Easy access to the Shops at Wailea made a hug difference for last minute grocery purchases. Lapperts, Shaved Ice, Wailea Beach, great family pool area, turtles, whales and more. Would stay here again for sure.

The place was awesome, the location was great!
It was spacious and the beach view was fabulous!
One thing we noted was that the beds were not comfortable, mattresses were sagging and perhaps it is time for an upgrade.
Some of the room lights were too dim.
All in all, its great for a big group of family or friends getaway vacation!

After attending a wedding in congested Honolulu our family of seven adults were so happy to finally settle into your penthouse at peaceful Wailea. We arrived at night only to wake up to the stunning views and gorgeous scenery in the morning. The penthouse was awesome. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect. We had an incredible time at this property over winter break. We are a family of five with 3 adult children plus my 83 yr old mom. This unit was perfect as it provided four bedrooms with space to spread out and relax, and a beautiful lanai with amazing views. We saw whales every day from our balcony. The desk in the master bedroom was helpful when my husband had to work. The kitchen is spacious and the living room has a huge TV with apps to watch whatever you’d like. What we really loved most was the complex. It was smaller than the huge hotels in wailea but had gorgeous lush grounds, all the amenities we needed (pool/beach attendants, concierge, parking, etc) incl separate family and adult pools. The adult Infiniti pool is directly overlooking the ocean/beach and has a waterfall and hot tub. It was perfection and we were so glad to be at a place with a low key vibe and less people than the other packed resorts. There is a beach boardwalk we walked every day where you could easily see all the hotels, and pop in for a meal or shopping. Also a huge bonus is the private entrance directly across the parking lot to the shops at wailea which was so convenient for dining, shopping and even had a grocery store. The staff were really helpful and friendly as well. This would be our first choice when returning to Maui. We had an unforgettable week filled with both adventure and relaxation and this condo was the perfect place to return to after each day. Thanks again Deborah and Sean!

We loved the location of this condo and the Wailea area. The condo is directly across the street from the Shops at Wailea and a convenient, local grocery store. The condo property is gorgeous with two pools and employees that help set up beach chairs and umbrellas at no additional cost. The condo is well appointed if you plan to cook, and the living spaces are comfortable and spacious.

We had two other co-worker families with us so the property was perfect. We could gather when we wanted to but still have privacy for each family. Great location to the beach. We loved the game room especially since we have some ping pong competition going on.

We enjoyed our stay here so much & can’t wait to stay here again. The villa is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos, as it does not do it justice. There were 8 adults and more than enough room for us all. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals at home if you can’t get reservations at restaurants which was the case for us. The location is so convenient to the beach, the shops & to the Grand Wailea where our others friends stayed. I can’t say enough positive things about this place!

This was a great place to stay.....great location offering both a nice beach and choice of family and adult pools. The condo is really nice and Wailea Beach Villas offers great amenities, (fitness center, recreation room, towels for the pool/beach, beach umbrellas, etc). Many nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance. (You could get away with no rental car.) Only down side.....about 3 weeks out we tried to make reservations for a Luau, snorkeling, Haleakala, etc and found everything was booked, and the concierge at WBV was not very helpful. In the end, we had a great time without any of that but I just suggest you book these events way in advance.
