Clean property, spacious and well equipped. No AC but we were very comfortable with the ceiling fan. The grounds were very nice and a hosted happy hour with drinks and appetizers was a nice surprise. Check in code they provided for the front door was not accurate, it included numbers that weren’t even available on the touch pad so we had to call the front desk. We paid a cleaning fee but were asked to sweep the floor, take out the trash, and wash the dishes. Princeville area is beautiful and we are happy we stayed in this part of Kauai.

Great location, very comfortable, well-managed property. Staff very accommodating and conscientious. Condo clean and overall good repair, however patio screen door getting a bit wonky and off it’s track, and some cooking wear a bit too worn.

Lots of light & windows but with the garden view it feels very private. Super friendly staff checking in. No air but didn't need it as there was a nice cool breeze coming in from the big open kitchen windows. The bed was super comfy! I'd maybe ditch the little dining table, since there's a beautiful lanai table, and add a couple recliners or cozy chairs for sitting after a day of adventures. We'd totally stay here again!

This property is a nice studio-style unit with a pretty tree and garden view off the lanai. My husband and I found the king-sized+ bed to be overly large and would have liked a smaller bed with room for a comfortable sitting sofa or chairs. Overall, we had a nice stay at this property.

Convenient, well-stocked kitchen, super location, lovely chickens and birds, nice outdoor space. Next to a great path for walking/running. Easy check-in/check-out. Great service from management company. It is just VERY hot. There are fans but they are loud. But the heat is not unexpected when you pick an un-air conditioned unit. It would also be nice for the bathroom to be updated. A great find.

This unit was comfortable and quiet. Sitting on the patio was peaceful overlooking the garden area. The pictures on the listing give the impression that it was near the overlook I was a little disappointed at the very beginning. However, looking over the garden with the chickens and roosters running down below, was very peaceful and serene. People were not walking by and we felt like we were in a secluded area. The unit could use a little updating but other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing. due to the weather, we were not able to use the pool area but it looked inviting. It was handy to have the washer and dryer right here on site. The grill area was spotless and close to our unit. having the food trucks come every day was a nice touch. The location is very easy to get around Princeville in Hanalei area.

We had a great week here. The room was as promised, clean, and ready. Lots to do in Hanalei Bay a short drive away. Bed was comfy. The only two suggestions for improvement would be a more soundproof and sturdy front door as you share a hallway and a larger TV.

This condo was clean and administrative was great. However, this space had a super worn-in soft bed, clean shower but that's it. Yes, theres a kitchen but its hardly usable. The photos are accurate: stove, pots, pans and silverware but no other cooking necessities (no spices at all, ie salt, pepper, oil, ice or anything you'd need to a actually make a meal).

This condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is located in a lush tropical jungle only steps from the ocean: Beautiful vistas on groomed lawns facing the ocean, tennis and pickle bar courts, and an enviable location. The only negative was the roosters crowing loudly from 3 am till 7 … hard to sleep in.

We enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. The kitchen blinds were broken and need replacing. It was warm, so we had the windows open first night but the roosters were pretty vocal throughout the night. So we shut the windows and put fans on. Slept well after that. We would definitely come back!

We had an incredible stay at the Cliffs. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, we just felt right at home. We played pickleball every morning and tennis in the evenings. Then we enjoyed the beautiful pool and relaxed in the jacuzzi. Our room was set up nicely with a nice size kitchen that had everything we’d need to enjoy a night in if we wanted too. We had such a great view and loved listening to the birds and rain at night.

Very clean and people on site were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave a three for check in is because we were given the wrong code for the door. It was late at night and fortunately I called the emergency number and they were able to get me the correct code.

The Cliffs at Princeville is a well-maintained resort property. We grilled often and they cleaned the grills every day. We also used and enjoyed the hottub. We were texted code to get in but it wasn't right and it took three tries to get the right one. The condo needs updating. The kitchen and bathroom especially. The mattress is stained and needs replacing. The mattress pad was thin. We stayed for 11 nights and weren't offered any replacement sheets. Maybe, we should have asked for some. We knew there wasn't any air conditioning, but the condo doesn't cool very well even with all the doors and windows open. The ceiling fan only moved slowly and wasn't adequate. There were two standing fans but they had bright lights and were noisy. The condo has a nice green plant view but this is also where the roosters live and they started crowing loudly at any hour of the night. The porch was the best place to sit. There is only one comfortable chair in the condo. The TV is at a 90-degree angle to the bed which is awkward.

Great location. This 'studio' was super spacious with a full, large, modern kitchen, dining area and comfy king bed. Big patio with nice table/chairs overlooking gardens (p.s. there's a cool hidden pathway through the gardens towards the ocean lookout)
Great pool too!
Property manager was super quick to respond when checking in.

We island hopped for a short stay on Kauai for my birthday week. I had stayed at The Cliffs at Princeville before so I knew this was a nice property. The condo was clean and just what we needed for our short trip. Easy check in and out. The bed in the unit was so comfortable! We would love it if the owners would share what mattress we were sleeping on so we could purchase one here in Oahu!! Mahalo nui loa Lorna great stay!

It’s a sweet place. It looked a little tired, could use some love but we ended up really loving it. The bed was magnificent and we sat on the lanai, which overlooks a lush garden, for hours. It was quiet! The view from the tables and bbqs on the cliffs was so breathtaking we ended up eating out there most nights. The farmers market and food trucks were great and the location was awesome. They have nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella which was great as we were at the local beaches daily. The pool was super nice and relaxing. The property overall is beautiful and their landscaping staff works tirelessly. The unit is partially updated but could use some sprucing up...it’s a bit tired looking. We would have loved some Tupperware and foil, spices, a few of the little extras that make it more convenient....but we figured it out. All in all it was a great time. (One of the chairs broke on the lanai and the closet doors kept going off the rollers...I reported it but no one came to fix it. I reminded them when we left).
