Includes all new furniture, beds, appliances, tubs, tile showers, plumbing and lighting fixtures. Swaying palm trees, the smell of exotic flowers and the calming sound of crashing waves greet you upon arrival. Situated in the private gated community of Kona Bay Estates, this authentic Hawaiian-style home was originally designed by the most famous and acclaimed Hawaiian architect, Lucky Bennett, to capture the beauty of Hawaiian sunsets and cool ocean breezes. Slide open the three large pivot door systems where the full front of the house open to face the ocean and blur the line between interior and exterior living. One step out onto the expansive pool lanai and you will never want to leave this magical place!

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms with King beds, a bonus area with twin bunk beds and 3 1/2 baths. Relax outside and enjoy incredible ocean views and brilliant sunsets from the expansive lanai that is surrounded by lush landscaping and large palm trees. Breaching whales (seasonal), playful dolphins and gentle sea turtles can be viewed from the house. There is also a built-in BBQ station, outdoor shower and a refreshing 50X18 long pool for the enjoyment of the whole family. One of the largest pools in Kona Bay Estates.

This prestigious home is conveniently located within walking distance of the Kailua Pier and the quaint village of Kona where you can find countless restaurants and shopping experiences. Kona Brewery is one of our personal favorites and is located nearby, just up the road from the entrance gate. A short walk on the sea wall you will discover an un-crowded, beautiful white sand beach with a shallow swimming lagoon. The property is stunning, waking up on the water and hearing the ocean at night is amazing. Conveniently located near shops and stores. Our family had an amazing time here celebrating.

This is a lovely house in a great location. The view is great, the house is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is long and narrow and about 5 feet deep but very warm. We had a few issues with the wifi but Kona Coast Vacations was wonderful and promptly resolved the issue. Thankfully, no bugs and cleanliness was good ( a few dust bunnies under the beds though). The location is fabulous and is close to Kona town, the old airport beach (we surfed there), and lots of restaurants. In particular, I was really impressed with Kona Coast Vacations. They were always responsive and available and communication was excellent. I really felt they went out of their way to look after us. There are only 3 areas that I thought could use improvement. First, I think they need to offer more luxurious towels and better beach towels. Second, the poolside loungers are old. The wooden frames are hard and uncomfortable with thin cushions. Some of the frames are cracked and might fall apart. The carved wooden chairs around the pool are beautiful but not practical. I would suggest more comfortable and inviting seats to make the space more useable. Lastly, the pool would also have benefited from more frequent maintenance and chemical chlorine basket etc. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with Kona Coast Vacations again. Thanks for a great experience! Mahalo

There were 9 of us that stayed at this house for two weeks. The pool was wonderful and the location was fantastic. Loved seeing the sunsets and coastline. The AC worked great and easy to adjust. The house was very clean, but the black tile made our feet dirty. Unfortunately, the Internet access was lacking and went out multiple times/day. The one TV w/ cable in the living room wasn't in a good spot for all of us to watch a movie (which we needed to do when we had too much sun). The rest of the TVs were for streaming only - which is hard when you have spotty internet. Also, there was construction on multiple lots. One was 2 houses down and it was very loud. Nothing we could do about it, but it didn't allow you to relax by the pool during the week. The sheets and the towels (including the beach ones) were very cheap. There weren't dressers in every room to unpack and we did have a few bugs get into the house (1 scorpion and roaches) - but I expected to see roaches. For the high cost of this house, we expected a little more, but we did have a good time.

My entire family had a wonderful time the gated community is beautiful .Everyone had their own bathroom and privacy. Only small items are some tears in bar stool fabric and pool lights are not all functioning. This is not to detract from our great experience we will be returning again in the future.

We had an amazing week! The home is gorgeous in an amazing location and was well stocked (kitchen, bathroom, beach supplies, etc). We had a small issue (dropped necklace down a drain!) and they sent someone right over to help fix (and get the necklace back!). Would love to go back and stay here again and would recommend to others!

The property had everything we needed for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ages 7,10,12). Plenty of room for everyone. Property location is perfect, awesome view and lot's to do near by. The pool is great and we used it everyday. We'd rent this property again for a large group. Other observations; at some point the property needs to undergo a deep clean. We pulled out the trundle bed under the bunk beds for one of the kids to sleep on and it was disgustingly dirty under the bunks and didn't use it. The BBQ is gas and will not automatically light; we had to use a lighter and it would light but was inconsistent. The BBQ needs a deep clean as well. Having the accordion doors open was awesome. Letting the air flow in was nice, however some of the doors stick and and grind when you open them and a few pins to lock the doors at the base would not go in securely or at all. When it rained hard the upstairs bedroom had a leak coming down through the ceiling fan. We called about it and they sent maintenance our right away to take care of it, but it rained hard again later in the week and it still leaked.

This ocean front property can’t be beat! Not only is this home beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate our group of nine but it’s location and views right on the water were amazing. It has a very large pool that we used every day and we used the kitchen and barbecue to cook daily as well. It was very well stocked And the property is very meticulously kept. Well worth every penny and we can’t wait to return soon.

The best views, very convenient location and the house felt like home. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. The house was great for everyone to have their own space. Would highly recommend (maybe one little suggestion would be outdoor furniture that is a bit more cozy?)

Spectacular sunsets! The house accommodated a range of ages beautifully… a 4 and 6 year old to great grandma, who is 92 years young 🤗. Loved the well-appointed kitchen overlooking the gorgeous ocean view. Professional and friendly service all around. Lovely memories made here to last a lifetime.

We had an amazing time at this property, it was very clean with comfortable beds. We loved spending time in the pool! It is located right on the ocean and just a short walk along the lava rocks leads to a sandy beach. It is also close to many restaurants and bars on Ali’i Drive.

This location is phenomenal. Lots of good reviews so I'll do a parent perspective. While the property is not necessarily kid focused, there is currently a cot and high chair in the garage, pool floaties, and a few odds and ends. I wouldn't call it decked out for kids but I came with a 1, 3, and 5 year old and survived just fine. The hardest part is these gorgeous doors that open to the pool and make your heart skip a few beats in terror wondering if you can keep a good enough eye on the littlest one. We had a system going at the end but there were still a couple escapes. Our 1 year old learn how to turn handles on this trip... There are tons of kids plates and silverware in pink and blue so fighting doesn't have to happen. The dishwasher works perfectly. The house is close to keiki beach, and the older kids walked there with tolerable whining. It's great for first snorkling or just floating. Target is 3 mins away. Literally. Sold amirite? There are tubs for baby baths, with these beautiful zen rocks below that the kids love to eat, hide, stash, pocket, etc. So our baby learned how to shower finally. There are enough towels. This is amazing. The pool is perfect for kids. The rocks are safe enough for 3 and up to scramble and there are tidepools for all ages. There is a washing machine that works well and while the convection stove was my least favorite thing in the world (Miele! Why did you do this to the world?!?) it easily tolerated a load of crayons spilled on it. There are bunk beds in the bottom room that our girls loved. It has a pullout and an unfold couch so you could stuff 4 kids in there easily. It's also 6 mins to "downtown" Kona and the farmers market where your kids can easily spend $10 on filling your return suitcase with chotchkis that they will immediately forget about when they get home. There is also Dole whip, OK popciscles and excellent shave ice in walking distance from an actual parking lot that is easyish to park in (IMO parking in Kona feels bonkers). Oh, and it's 15 minutes from the airport. Boomsies. There is a concierge but he was kinda not useful, especially for big family bookings. Not that I really needed that anyways. Wonderful vacation for me and my whole fam.

Really magnificent location; really lovely home. My family of seven adults (three couples and one single) booked this house MONTHS in advance and had a good number of choices. We were really happy with this selection. The four main bedrooms are well laid out and well situated; each couple felt like they had great privacy and good bathroom access. The master is gorgeous; but defnintely bright starting early, so bring a sleep mask if you are light sensitive. The shared space was generous and once you open the glass doors to the yard, the entire ocean feels like it's part of the family room. We enjoyed watching the sea life (we saw dolphins almost daily). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage had a great supply of pool floats, sand chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. There's a small beach located inside the gated community that is wonderful for young kids and timid swimmers and a larger public beach just half a dozen houses away walk along the sea wall for more beach time. The walk to downtown Kona and all it has to offer is easy; the longest part is the walk to get out of the gated community. Communication with the management company was great; they answered questions and helped with any needs. The private pool was a huge plus and we definitely took advantage. Couple considerations for future enhancements; we would have enjoyed a coffee table for drinks/games in the family room area and a couple bikes in the garage to ride into town or along the beach road. This is a wonderful, comfortable, well cared for property with a spectacular view. Deserves nothing less than 5 stars!

The property was awesome! I can’t say enough about the Kona Coast employees, they were the best!! Very accommodating!! Having our own pool is a must, especially during these times. We traveled to Kona with two families. We had children ages 3, 4 and 6. The house was amazing and was set up well for two family's. Location was close to baby beach which worked very well for young children. We cooked at home the entire week and kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed. Would stay at this house again.

The home was beautiful. Exactly as expected. Location cannot be beat. Close to town for shopping and restaurants and so near all the sites you want to see. The small almost private beach on the street is perfect fir a relaxing afternoon and would be a dream for small kids. Definitely recommend and we would definitely be back. Everyone was so friendly and helpful including the guards at the gate into the neighborhood.
