We loved our unit. It was roomy, bright, and modern. The views of the ocean were spectacular! Everything was in a moderate walk or a quick shuttle ride. And the golf was excellent!

Overall luxurious but not complete (not significant but multiple stains and damages in some of walls) The real deal was 2 fire alarms kept beeping intermittently throughout the night (at 10 pm, 12:30 am, 1:30 am, and 5 am) and COULDN'T SLEEP THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. The property manager or the company did nothing. Kitchen was not fully loaded (many essential items are missing).

We were very pleased with our stay, and would happily come back. The amenities provided were amazing - beach chairs, umbrellas, baby stuff, etc. It was just perfect! The only issue with the place was that our stove/oven was not working. We were quite surprised by this, and so were the property management team, so it's hard to blame anyone - just disappointing. They were quick to help us with a solution and offered to help pay for groceries/take-out. Overall, the stay was excellent!

We really enjoyed the villa after we cleaned what they missed. Maybe renting this villa back to back isn’t the cleanest way to rent. The dining room glass table top and chairs are very dirty.

23P2 is fantastic. Just as good as the pictures. The view was even better than the pictures. The condo has everything you can ask for from kitchen supplies, to beach chairs/umbrellas, and even binoculars to whale watch from the lanai and everything is clean and nice!

This unit exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in 3 other Gold Golf Villas and they did not even come close to the elegance of this unit. In addition, the service provided by KBM was exceptional and my entire family cannot wait to return to this unit next year
