The location of this is absolutely perfect and right in the heart of the city. The ac units were perfect to sleep and the patio was peaceful and lovely. Parking space is pretty tight and hard to get into even with the mustang convertible we had so be aware of the size of your vehicle before you book. Small Kona coffee in the room was nice. Would absolutely book again.

Perfect location to walk into town for dining and shopping. There is a large choice of casual to upscale restaurants . The condo is spacious with 2 full bathrooms and a complete kitchen. Highly recommended!

This is well kept, spacious condo. It is very clean, updated, well stocked with everything you need for a home away from your own home. The only thing is parking space. It is a bit hard to park. Very tight space at the corner.

Online booking, payment and information exchange went smoothly. Staff responds to emails quickly. Easy, 10 min drive from KOA. Our stay was very, very nice. Quiet, never heard a sound from neighbors (side, above or below) while in the unit, and never heard traffic. All the basic kitchen/bath/laundry supplies are there. The location is good for WALKING to downtown Kailua-Kona including restaurants, farmer's mrkt, souvenir stores; as well as DRIVING to groceries and the many ‘sights’ (snorkeling and manta tours, South Point, Green Sand and Black Sand beaches, sea turtle viewing, VNP, Waipi’o Valley, etc.). Vehicle access to Ali’i and to Kuakini hiways was a great convenience. Elevator access to condo from parking garage was wonderful. Appliances worked well - from the WiFi to the 2 floor-level/in-wall AC units, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, etc. Very comfortable bed. Website photos are pretty accurate, but probably taken immediately after painting/update -- still, quite representative of the inside of the unit. Common pool area seemed fine, we never used it. Technically a 5th-floor unit, but just 3 floors up. The Lani is okay, but basically looks east directly at trees/bushes along the close property boundary -- 'noisy' out there when the AC units run (and push their hot air that way). Parking garage keeps the sun off the rental vehicle; the assigned spot is a bit tight, but anything less than a full-size SUV or Van should fit (we had a Dodge Durango - was fine)

Hello, Stayed here for 5 nights. Unit was okay but encountered two cockroaches in master bathroom. Not very clean and very dark. Location of was okay but longer walk to downtown than described.

This condo is in a great location, clean, comfortable and best of all has A/C. Make sure you rent a SMALL vehicle if you want to park in the stall or else you can park on the road and walk a short distance. By small I mean compact/mini cooper small! I’m spite if the parking I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The apartment was great - clean and spacious and was very equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also a great location - close to restaurants and bars and had a fabulous pool. Cons: 1) despite being the only people in the pool, we were fined $50 for taking a floatie in (this is one of the many, many nonsensical rules, but we didn’t think it would be a problem being the only people in the pool - but it was). 2) there are a LOT of rules - for the room and the complex!

Nice little one bedroom condo. Online description accurate. Guessing about 100 meters to Ali’i Drive. Multi story complex & the parking spot is at the opposite end of the property. Although shopping carts are provided by the elevators, they’re not always available. It’s a bit of a slog especially without one. Kuakini drive is very close to the unit and can be a bit noisy during morning rush as it’s a main artery through town. Barbecue area is by the pool which is, again, at the opposite end of the property. Pool area very nice however. No TV in bedroom. Not a problem for us but just sayin’. I’ve rented this unit twice and I’ll probably rent it again. Works well for all my needs. Everything you need is close by. Aloha!

Unit was as advertised. Very clean and basic supplies more than adequate. It’s a bit far away from the parking space provided (like from one end to the other). For my needs, property is perfectly located close to Old Kona Town and markets & Restaurants and easy to access all major roads. I’m not a big restaurant- bar guy but you could definitely walk to many from the property. Really appreciated the beach chair etc. A.C. Were quite loud but worked well. All in all, I’d rent this unit again. Aloha!

This condo was exactly as described. The place was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for beach activities as well as cooking. There were a lot of extra touches such as large and small coolers along with ice bags, some inexpensive plastic containers to take food to the beach, bandaids, etc. Furniture and bed were both comfortable. And, even though Hawaii is usually cool with the trade winds, we hit a very hot spell and having an air conditioner in the living area and bedroom was a godsend. Condo is 5 min walk to town and close to great beaches for snorkeling. Management was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This fully equipped condo provided a sweet landing space for the big island. The location was close to downtown but far enough to be out of the Frey. Nice pool, lani and really everything needed for your stay. Parking was tight but it did fit a full size car. Be warned if you are not an excellent driver it may be challenging.

My wife and I loved this place. My wife found this property on relatively short notice and props go to her. We read the reviews and they were spot on. We had a one bedroom unit with full kitchen TV room 2 bathrooms and huge lanai and in a great location close to restaurants bars and shops. We had our own parking spot in the garage below our unit. Small parking space but had no problem with our compact car which they advise you to rent. We could leave our unit and be at a restaurant/bar overlooking the ocean in less than a 10minute walk. The Royal Kona Resort is across the street overlooking the ocean and it has a great happy hour every day. We even watched a Lua they have twice a week. The unit was immaculate with modern appliances nice furniture new hardwood floors comfortable King Bed and a great walk-in shower in the master bathroom. It was equipped with coffee maker and all the kitchen ware you might need to cook and have a great meal on your lanai. It had 2 air conditioning units and ceiling fans. We did not hear any noise from our neighbors the entire time we were there ( 1 week). They have a heated pool and with Weber gas grills which we used to grill some steaks one night. Big pool area. The only complaint I have is we stayed there 7 days and next time we will probably stay 10. What a beautiful island 72-82 every day. Beautiful beaches Volcano National Park great hiking great snorkeling. I can’t wait to go back.

This condo is fantastic. Very large and well stocked. I would definitely rent it again. However, they need to put in the listing the problem with the parking situation. The space for this condo is very small. The parking garage is very narrow and the parking space is between a concrete wall and pillar. If you get anything larger than a mid-size car it is an absolutely nightmare getting into and out of the spot. If you had something larger than a full size care forget it. There are other mentions of this problem in the reviews but it should be clearly stated in the listing. If I had known I would have not taken the full size car at the rental location. Other than the parking situation this condo is great.

Location is fantastic. Condo is BIG! very comfortable bed, great shower, lovely balcony. We had booked compact car but got given an Equinox. Parking was fine, just a few back and forths required. Space is end spot and just a single vehicle wide, hence the maneuvering. Wifi excellent. We’d certainly come here again.....recommend highly.

I’ve had my share of rentals in many shapes and sizes but this one ranks near the top. It is clean and well kept, spacious, and equipped with all of the necessities needed for a vacation. I would follow the directions on the listing regarding the parking. It is very tight, so rent a smaller car in the parking garage. The full kitchen was wonderful for keeping eating expenses manageable. It was well stocked as well. Overall, excellent.

We booked this condo for 1 week for our honeymoon. The location is very good, walking distance from stores, restaurants and a nice sidewalk along the shore. The condo was very clean, well decorated and was stocked with the basic necessities when we got there. There was an issue in the communication with the property manager since we didn’t receive their e-mail for the check-in process. We asked the clerk for help at the front desk for the check-in instructions and we really felt like we were bothering him since he was rude and told us his job was only to take care of the grass, parking and to manage the registrations of the guests. He finally helped us contact the owner to get the key. The parking location is very tight so don’t get a big car, you will regret it. Also, we had trouble sleeping since the air conditioning units are very loud and if you turn them off it gets warm fast. If you are a light sleeper or get hot easy when you sleep, avoid this place. I rate this place a 4 stars because the price was fair for what you get and the cleanliness and location counts for a lot in our appreciation of it.

This place was super clean! It was the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. There were tons of sheets, towels, and a pretty stocked kitchen. We had no trouble getting out convertible mustang in the parking space, but it was a tight squeeze. The Lanai overlooks a wooded area, just misses the April sunset, and has a partial ocean view between the trees. We saw mongooses, bird, geckos from the Lanai, but our space was entirely pest free!

We are half a block from the hotel we stayed at last time, which is right on the beach. But here, we have two full baths, the kitchen, and a comfortable living room to go along with the bedroom. Comfortable is the operative word. This place is also within walking distance of tons of shops and restaurants, and the weekend fleamarket which is there to fleece the tourists. An excellent value. We give up daily maid service for so much more. It’s a no brainer.

The condo was a great place to stay. We were able to walk to the downtown area, shops and restaurants. Condo was very clean, modern and had everything you needed. I dealt with Dawn from the management company and she was great, even after my emails were not going through. Perfect location, pool was great also. We plan on staying here if we ever get back.

Quiet, well-maintained condo with everything you need for your stay. We did not use the pool as we were too busy exploring the island. Condo was very comfortable and a short walk to the main shopping/restaurants if Kailua-Kona including the pier. We would stay here again.
