The water is crystal clear which makes for great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Unit #J-110 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath garden view unit with split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, 2 Blu-Ray DVD players, free and wifi. There is a king bed in the bedroom with split a/c, ceiling fan, TV, and Blu-Ray. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, split a/c, ceiling fan, TV, and Blu-Ray. Both bathrooms have showers (no tub). For outdoor activities, unit #J-110 comes with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie board, and snorkel gear. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
**Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to be complete by March 2021. Beginning October 2019 a retaining wall will be built on the north side of the project site, this is anticipated to take 3 months. Work may be conducted Monday - Saturday. Once retaining walls are complete the remaining site work and construction will begin. Call our office for available updates. Guests may be affected by hearing construction noise from the parking lot.**
