Loved the townhome; we've stayed here before and will likely do so again. It's airy, clean, and has a fabulous ocean view. (Just couldn't figure out how to work the shower in the master bathroom.)

From the moment you walk through the front door to the see the incredible view of the ocean off the lanai, then take in the comfortable setting interior, this is the place to be in Princeville. You can try and find a better place but no one has the view of this location as far as we're concerned. We'd stay again and again and again

Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed watching for the whales to show up from the lanai. We liked having the spa tub and pool to use. The other guest staying here were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

This condo has a beautiful view! We stayed from Sep 20th to Oct 13. In the morning it was unbeatable with the cool of the morning and the amazing view of the ocean. In the afternoon and evening it was UNBEARABLE! This unit is on the west end of the building and exposed to the full heat of the sun. There are west facing upper windows in both the bedroom, loft and livning room that have no blinds, so no way to block the sun. The kitchen's west facing window has no blind as well. Both lanai's were in full afternoon sun, so no escape there. We were fortunate to have friends in another builidng that we could spend the evenings with and have dinner. In a different season of the year this would be a spectacular unit to stay in.

This was our best vacation rental ever. The photos were very accurate in their depiction, but real-life was even better. The unit is huge for two people, clean, comfortable & well-stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was authentic Island quality and craftsmanship. There was a second lanai in the main bedroom, for a fun change of pace. Delightful artwork adorned the walls, from a Western point-of-view, perfect for visitors. There was an excellent selection of books on Kaua'i, fiction and nonfiction; my husband and I read 3 books between us during our 5-day stay. There was also a street atlas of the entire Island; nice touch for us analog folks. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. A fragrant plumeria tree was blooming right below our lanai. We observed at least three pairs of resident nēnē the endemic and endangered state bird of Hawaiʻi. We felt welcomed and blessed. So much Aloha!

Love Cliffs 6306! Amazing views, resort amenities, overall our family had a fantastic 11 nights. This condo is tastefully decorated and updated, beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked with all necessities and beach gear was available. We felt like we were living the island life rather than visiting. Our only complaint was the condo is hot late afternoon till sunset. But that’s due to its fabulous corner location and we adapted quickly. Also, would’ve been nice to have a tv in master bedroom. Overall, fabulous condo and great family memories. Hope to be back in the near future.

Hands down the best vacation home we have stayed at. We came to Kauai for our wedding, this was definitely a honeymooner’s paradise but also would be great for families. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

My wife and I love this condo. It was in the perfect location on the North Shore. The owners decorations artwork and amenities made our vacation that much better. The vaulted ceilings beautiful views from the lanai made us want to spend our nights getting takeout or grilling at bbq

We loved our stay at The Cliffs! A beautiful unit with fantastic views. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and appreciated having the use of beach chairs and towels. We would definitely return, and would want to stay in the same unit.

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The Cliffs is an older property, but it's well maintained by the property management team. The unit itself was an excellent space, more than enough room for 4 people, even though it was just the two of us. Our favorite part of the stay was the spectacular view of the ocean. Almost every day we saw whales off in the distance breeching and splashing. We would absolutely stay here again. I would say the only downside to the unit and property is:1. The overall density of units. During our stay, almost every unit was full and the complex was constantly bustling with people and because of the placement of the units, there's not a whole lot of privacy. The units feel a little like fish bowls, you can see your neighbors in their units, and they can see you. 2. Even in March, the weather was warm. There were a couple nights where there wasn't any wind, and the place was very hot. If you're staying during summer months, expect there to be some warm nights.

This was such an amazing spot to stay for out Kauai trip!! The view was amazing, we spent every morning watching the whales! It was close to a lot of great spots! It was bigger than we expected and very clean!

This condo was everything we were hoping for. It had awesome views of the ocean, was spacious enough for us to spread out and have lots of room, all the amenities of a kitchen/laundry, and a great location. We loved being on the north coast, and this condo location made it easy to get to all of the north coast sites quickly. Foodland is close and convenient. This was also a great area to go for walks. We are definitely hoping to return here someday and rent out this condo again!

Building six and this owner unit lived up and beyond our expectations. The ocean front view in photos online are legitimate and spectacular in person: the unit washer/dryer was a huge asset to wash clothes after long hikes or pool days. This unit can make any family feel at home and have all of the comforts of home during the stay.
