This studio close to the Waikiki beach,with the kitchen、free WIFI、cable,high floor and beautiful ocean view.The studio have a queen size bed and a full size futon.I can also provide a twin size air mattress if you need. 1 minute walk to the beach.This unit is a short- term rental not a hotel,beach towels will be provided. Only a limited amount of towels will be provided, a laundry facility is located on 3rd floor if needed. No house keeping.

Great view,comfy bed. If they fix the floor and air conditioner it will be a great room. They said it would be fixed after we leave and they compensated us nicely

I guess you get what you pay for it because this was the lowest price that we could find for the area. The suite is old and needs renovations. The fridge did not have a top freezer portion to it so we couldn’t buy anything frozen for breakfast or keep ice. But the view was amazing and suite has a comfortable king bed. I guess the bathroom was the most outdated and even though it was clean it looked dirty from being old with rusted areas and bottom of the door falling apart. TV choices were great, lots of towels and TP. Air conditioner is loud but works ok. Never ever leave the curtains open during the day because when you come back in the room, it will be like an oven This hotel is the best location!! I was disappointed because the Wi-Fi password was nowhere in the room, and I had to wait for someone to reply to give it to me via email. Bring earplugs, because no matter where you stay, all you will hear is the very loud garbage trucks at 5 AM and every siren and every scream and yell from down below. I thought being on the 31st floor it would be quiet but it wasn’t. I have mixed feelings on what to rate this place, because I know what everybody else was paying per night, and we preferred to have more spending money than spend it on fancier accommodations Still a great place to rent !!! .

Overall, the location was good—easily walkable to just about everything in Waikiki. It was nice being on a high floor, but the view wasn’t worth the rental rate. The unit is outdated and left a lot to be desired for the cost of the place. You can spend just as much and stay at the nicer hotels, or spend a lot less and stay in the hotel portion of this building. The parking is expensive and not easy to access, the elevators are slow to begin with, and one broke during our stay. Not my favorite, but would stay again for half the cost.

The location was wonderful. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, parks. Quiet. Nice pool and jacuzzi. The room itself was very outdated. The bathroom fan didn't work, paint was unfinished as was trim, broken blowdryer provided. Dirty towels were left in shoe organizer. Easy booking and communication. Property manager very helpful when she brought an iron to us that wasn't originally provided. All in all it was sufficient but we will likely look for another place when we return.

- Pros: the apartment has great view of the beach. It locates near the top of the building (floor 31, right under rooftop pool) so we didn’t have to use much of AC. The location is walkable and convenient, just minutes to the beach, shopping and dining. The unit also has a snorkeling set and 2 floating rings. Staffs in the front desk and remote of the property are responsive and helpful. The futon couch has bedding and fits 2 people (petite). Parking is right next to the building, $30/ day or $5/ hour. Laundry is on level 3 of the garage. - Cons: the unit’s bathroom as well as the building are a bit outdated and need some improvement. They have separate elevators to access parking and for the building so it was a little inconvenient. Should have a broom in unit so we can swipe the floor for long-day stay. Check-in was easy by door passcode but I had to wait to the second day to get the key card to access the sliding door to elevator, (on the first day I had to ask front desk to open the sliding door every time I got in and got out). The management should have checked if the key was available pre-checkin. However, they were responsive to solve that problem so that’s ok.

Great location, close to Waikiki beach and shopping. The room was on the 31st floor with a good view of the ocean and surroundings. It was nice but nothing real fancy. Parking on site was pricey but our property check in person said to park at the Waikiki Banyan a few blocks down the street for $80 a week. The downside was that the mattress was hard as a rock, the A/C had a hard time in the morning keeping up with the suns heat. I think a mattress topper, new curtains and a new A/C would help. We stayed 8 nights but only had a small supply of toiletries, one roll of TP and limited towels. We had to make due and shop for more since the property doesn’t furnish anything for owner units. I think some consideration should be made for guests staying longer than a few days. Overall this is a good place to stay.

It had all the amenities we needed - coffee maker, microwave, places to enjoy the view, rooftop pool. At our favorite end of Waikiki, easy access to buses and close walking distances. If you want fancy, choose a pricey hotel instead.

This unit is in a great location for being in Waikiki. Great view of the ocean and Diamond Head. On the down side it’s in need of a complete update. With a little effort this unit could be a 5 star spot.

Location was perfect 31 floors up-offered an excellent view-quiet and comfortable accommodations. Will definitely stay again . Al-Silicon Valley California
