Location of the studio is great. The larger kitchenette and dishwasher is a big plus. We stayed in the same unit in 2018 and were happy to be back.

The view was awesome and location was perfect. The room itself was nice but not having an oven as advertised made it a bit inconvenient for meals. The property itself was under renovation which made it difficult at times with only one elevator. I was told that the renovation should be done in August. The parking definitely not guaranteed; however, as a retired military or DOD employee we were able to use the Fort DeRussy parking lot at a discounted rate of $39 per 24 hours or $120 monthly rate (we got the monthly for our 7days). You can get the rates by going to the office at the Hale Koa covered garage. All non Mil/DOD would cost $79 per 24 hour/$235 per month (depending on your stay, the monthly is still a good deal).

Overall the condo was good. The location and view are awesome. The condo itself was clean, but is in need of updating. The front desk staff answered to any needs but not overly friendly. David the maintenance guy was the most friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good stay.
