The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.

Very comfortable and clean condo unit, facing north, that means it's much shaded and cooler. It has everything you need for family vacation. We will definitely stay there again.

The VRBO was quiet, cool and perfect sized for our group of two. We could easily walk ~5 min to the center of Kona and had a great view of the fireworks from the pool deck for the 4th of July! The AC in the bedroom is quiet which was also nice for getting quality sleep after full days of activity. We read a tip from an earlier review about storing food in the fridge to avoid bugs and would recommend it as well.

Kona Pacific was convenient to our meeting location, so commuting back and forth saved time. Also the reserved covered parking close to the elevator was a big plus. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, kitchen well stocked with what was needed.

Wonderful property, great pool, friendly staff and owners, excellent location within 10 minutes walk to good restaurants and bars, stores plus a small beach. Full grocery store is a 25 minute walk. We did this without a car. You can Uber to better beaches, marina, airport etc. in 30-45 minutes. We loved this place and would go again. Kona vibe is so laid back and friendly we want to come back soon.

The cleanliness and location was great. Nice little walk to town. Breakfast every morning on quiet back lanai. We kept the cereal and bread in the fridge so it didn’t attract bugs. Only saw 1 ant and 2 roaches in 9 days. They’re to be expected in this climate so we weren’t freaked out. It was a very comfortable condo. Love having 2 bathrooms! We highly recommend this place!

Perfect for two people. Nice pool area. Two bathrooms. Short walking distance to town. Very quiet. Safe parking area. Nice landscaping. Only negative is living room air conditioner could be replaced. Bedroom air conditioner was new and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is well kept, in a very good location in Kona and met all of our needs. It was clean, had good parking and a nice pool and bbq area. The condo is across the street from the iconic Royal Kona Hotel. Nice to be able to walk to the luau! I recommend this rental to any couple. They also have a pull out bed couch but we didn’t need it. 2 bath one bedroom.

The condo was okay. A bit musty smelling upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were fine. I do think that the advertising for condos, in general, should let readers know of all the add ons that will be made to their visit. I had one call to the property mgr. and it was taken care of (just wanted more hangers). I did like having a washer/dryer and iron on premises.
