The house had everything that we needed for myself, my husband, and our teenager. I would recommend looking in the cabinets and drawers before going to the store. There were so many extra things that were included. Great food and beaches nearby. We had a great time!

We had stayed at this complex before and really enjoyed it. It’s a fantastic location. The place was well stocked with beach stuff, though could have used a few more dishes and cooking utensils. We had a great time.

We loved staying here! It’s a little dated but it was great for our family of five. We loved that they had boogie boards to use along with beach umbrellas and a cooler. The pools were nice and it was great to have parking right in front of our complex! We loved the access to the gym and to the proximity of the local market. We would stay here again it was comfortable and really enjoyable!

The townhouse set-up was perfect for our family of four with the adults having the upstairs bedroom and ensuite and the teenage boys having their own space downstairs with a bedroom and bathroom.

The condo was in a good location and was accurately described in the listing. There was enough room for my family of 6 to stay comfortably. We appreciated the beach chairs and tennis rackets available to use. I have a bit of a phobia about cleanliness. Overall it was clean enough for me to feel comfortable. The master shower has a little mildew and the bottom needs a good scrub with a magic eraser. There is a little loose carpet in the master bedroom I tripped on a few times during the night. Over all we really enjoyed it and would stay again. We would recommend this property.

The condo was exactly as advertised and very nicely equipped / furnished. The unit was clean and even included a very nice little starter package with coffee and snacks. All the usual beach accessories were provided so we didn’t have to rent anything. Our stay was brief (1 week) but it was perfect for our family of four. We would certainly consider renting it once again should Waikoloa be our next vacation destination.

Near the beach to enjoy kayaking and secluded sunsets. The shops are very walkable and many. One could literally not need to drive around while there. Very relaxing. Felt at home while staying on the property.

Highly recommend! The rental was even better than the pictures make it seem. Clean, spacious, and very well stocked. The rental community was gated and extremely safe. Location was close to attractions and other resorts. The rental property company was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 7 nights at this property. It was a great location for exploring this side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked for staying in, and there were beach chairs and such for us to borrow when we headed out. We were very happy with our stay.

Our family of five stayed here for about 10 days - 2 adults and 3 children ages 3, 6, and 10. It was spacious enough for our trip, conveniently located to one of the two swimming pools and communal BBQs. We did not visit the other / larger pool but we did utilize the fitness rooms and tennis court.
Well appointed - no shortage of towels, sheets, blankets, and kitchenware and there were a few beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards which we appreciated. We did not use the murphy bed but appreciated the option.
We had some things delivered in advance of our trip, and the staff at KCV was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
A few things that would make this place even better:
- It could use a deep clean. The rattan furniture had significant amounts of dust between the wooden slats if you looked closely when the couch cover fell off, which it did frequently. Some of the corners of the upstairs shower has accumulated some mildew due to a broken door that doesn't close completely
- All of the amenities (pool, tennis court, fitness rooms) require a key to enter AND exit. This made it extremely difficult if half of our party wanted to do one thing (play tennis) while the other did something else (swim). Two keys would have made things way more flexible for our family to fully enjoy our stay.
I recommend this property and would absolutely stay again - but think it could be even better with some of the comments noted above.
