We arrived on Maui the day before the tragic Lahaina wildfires started. On our first morning, we awoke to no power. I contacted the property manager to ask for help opening the garage door, and he sent someone over right away. He also checked in again a few hours later to see if we needed anything. We lost all cell and internet service that afternoon so we weren't able to communicate after that, but his quick assistance on Tuesday morning made a world of difference.
The townhouse was equipped with two emergency LED lanterns and two small flashlights. Those are not things I would usually look for in a vacation rental, but they made such a huge improvement in our otherwise difficult situation. We were immensely grateful for them.
The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. We were able to cook some meals on the grill, and there was a french press so we were able to make coffee as well (boiled water on the side burner of the grill). We spent a few days at the beach, so the beach chairs, wagons, toys and snorkel gear were appreciated.
Overall, we feel grateful we were safe and had the amenities we did (shelter, running water, food, grill, lanterns, etc). When vacationers begin returning to West Maui, this would be an excellent spot. The townhouse is very nice, it's in an excellent location (Napili Bay is amazing!), and the property manager was top notch.

We felt so lucky to have found this gem. The location was incredible, a few steps from a pristine beach (Napili Beach). While others struggled to find parking to go to this beach, it was on the doorstep of this townhouse. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, two wagons and sand toys. This was all a delight to find. We snorkeled at Kapalua Bay Beach (a short walk from the townhouse) and saw tons of beautiful fish and even a few turtles. The Kapalua Coastal Trail was a short walk away as well as "Dragons Teeth", so there was much to see and do pretty much right outside the door. The Seahouse Restaurant was also a short walk and it had wonderful daily happy hours (overlooking Napili Beach). The garage included a second fridge which we used for drinks and to store overflow groceries from a big Costco grocery shop. The kitchen was fully equipped with many kitchen essentials like olive oil, sugar and spices and ziplock bags/foil and plastic wrap. The townhouse was clean and updated. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio a few evenings. There were also a selection of board games which our kids enjoyed. There was a full size washer and dryer in the private two car garage which was a huge asset. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment, especially if you are a family traveling with children as I really don’t think you could beat its amenities.

This was the perfect spot for our Maui vacation with three kids (ages 10, 13, 16). We don't like the bustle and crowds of Kaanapali, and we much prefer the relative tranquility of Napili. From this beautifully appointed condo, we had multiple beach options within walking distance -- snorkeling in Honokeana Bay and Kapalua Bay, swimming and sunbathing in Napili Bay, boogie boarding in Oneloa Beach (driving is actually easier for that one, and there are spots available in the small parking lot if you arrive before 9:00/9:30).
Property manager Kevin was wonderful to work with, both by email, answering my questions before our stay, and then by text while we were there for the couple of small things that came up.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. It’s situated in a lovely part of the island, walking distance from wonderful beaches, good restaurants and grocery stores and fun places to explore. The ‘townhouse’ is well laid out, nicely furnished, clean and excellently equipped. We had a mixed age range of four children (4 months to 10 years) plus four adults and it was great! We had a wonderful time at this townhouse. The location was great. You can walk to both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. This is a busy area, but the townhouse is in a small gated development and is very quiet. There is a well stocked market just a few minutes drive from the house. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. The house is well stocked, including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. We enjoyed snorkeling at Kapalua Bay and at Airport Beach (Kahekii). You can sit and watch whales from the shore during this time of year, and they are truly amazing to see. We also did a whale watch boat tour that gets you even closer these beautiful animals. There are 2 very good restaurants within walking distance to the house, Sea House, and Merriman's. The view from Merriman's is spectacular. We enjoyed a day at Haleakala. To go from sea level to 10,000 feet elevation in under 2 hours is a unique experience. So many beaches are just gorgeous. Maui truly is paradise. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We really enjoyed our time at this VRBO. I'll break down pros and cons.
Pros: amazing location, walking distance to some amazing beaches and restaurants. Well stocked house, especially for beach gear, I was very impressed. Clean, comfortable. Kids loved the ukeleles. Having independent entrance and place with gate/security is always nice. Loved the backyard! Host was very responsive and dropped off a welcome gift one day 2.
Cons: there are some signs of wear in the house (cracks, loose/uneven flooring at times), but it's still quite clean and comfortable. Garage was nice, but it is a bit on the shorter side so made it a bit difficult to park our van (overcome by parking sideways in front of the garage).
Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again should the opportunity come up

The property delivered as described and more so! Kevin, the property manager, was awesome, responding immediately to any requests. The property was ultra clean and came equipped with quality amenities. All appliances were in good working order and the patio/lanai was a great surprise. A group of us stayed here for our first time in Hawaii and we LOVED it! This vrbo was a short walk to Napili beach (great sunsets) and 10 min from Kapalua beach (great snorkeling). Some highlights of this place include hoses outside to rinse off before coming into the house and aaaaall the equipment you need to hang at the beach (chairs, towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, bougie boards, inner tubes, wagons to carry all this stuff, coolers, pool noodles). In addition the property manager was very responsive across the board. Would def recommend staying here!

The townhouse was nicely updated and recently painted. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Overall, all rooms were clean and comfortable. Outdoor amenities also made our stay very welcoming.
Our family really enjoyed the location so close to the beach for snorkeling; easy walk to Napili and Kapalua.
We especially appreciate Kevin, the property manager, for his thoughtful response to a few issues upon our arrival. Kevin addressed our concerns with patience and came to the unit promptly.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely consider returning here when we come back to Maui. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Condo was perfect for our family. Lovely lanai, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, tons of beach equipment. Beach was easy, short access. Garage is on driveway level, kitchen and living area is on main floor and bedrooms are on second floor so need to be able to do stairs. All needed equipment available for babies, including gate, high chair and crib

We had an amazing time in Maui and were so thankful that we chose to stay here. The residence was beautiful and everything within was very high end. Kevin was an amazing host and made sure that check-in was a breeze and that we had everything we needed througout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Napili beach (just across the street) is probably our favorite beach in Maui and Kapalua Bay was just a short walk away. We enjoyed walking to Kapalua Bay to enjoy the sunset and found a few hiking trails in the area. This side of Maui can not be beat! We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We recently stayed with two families comfortably and were able to use the pullout sofa and an aero bed. The backyard composite lanai has a large amount of seating with a shade structure for eating or playing cards.
We used the lanai to enter and exit the house from the side yard so we could easily wash our feet and beach gear.
The property manager was great and very communicative. He helped us work through a couple minor issues and was very gracious.
The beach chairs and umbrellas were a lifesaver - and there are plenty of beach towels for use as well (plus a clothes hanger in the backyard.)
The location is fantastic - close to several amazing beaches, shopping, restaurants and safety gear.
We highly recommend this condo and the great property manager!

Our family had an amazing time in Maui at the house. It is exactly as described in the listing. Napili beach which is a few minutes walk is probably one of the best beaches in Maui. The house had everything you could ask for. The Lanai in the back was great for evening time with our family. Kevin was super responsive our entire trip with any questions or issues and resolved a air mattress issue within a few hours while we were out. We also brought our baby daughter with us and the hosts provided a few extras that made our stay much easier. All in all a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend it for your trip to Maui and would book it again on our trip back.

My family and I, along with my 3 month newborn planned a trip to Maui with lots to celebrate. This Napili home was perfect. The family was very accommodating especially with a couple extra requests for my newborn. The home is located in an awesome neighborhood with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and great snorkeling. I would highly recommend this home for any family's stay! We felt so welcomed and the home was great for our family. We made breakfasts at home and even did a bbq after long beach days, then walked right across the street for sunsets. We hope to return to this Napili home again in the near future!

The property was as advertised. It was clean, and the house was well stocked. The wagon and ice chest were a big plus to take to the incredible beach nearby. We had issues with the air conditioner and our host contacted the service tech twice. He finally got it right. Our last night the water pipe in the neighborhood busted and we were without water for several hours. Our host apologized as this was out of his control. Not a perfect stay but we would return to this beautiful refuge.

The house was very well equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to beach gear, towels and to cleaning supplies. We had a family of 7.. Two of the teenagers slept on the sofa bed. Owner was extremely helpful in providing support and details before during and after arrival/departure. You wont regret booking. Agree with other reviews.. The wild Roosters in the are very much loud early morning wake up call.. so keep it mind if your a light sleeper.

The owner and property manager were great. The master shower / bathroom is top notch. The home itself feels like it's on a slope, which felt a little weird. There's also clearly a chicken farm or something nearby, which we could hear. It wasn't too troubling to me, but my oldest said it kept him up a bit. Nice easy walks to the beach.

The toaster was broken, but replaced with a nice 4 slice toaster the next day. We noticed a problem with the dishwasher not draining the first day we moved in. We contacted Kevin and he had a repair man in to unclog the drain the next day. However, when we ran the dishwasher, it still did not drain. Turned out it needed a new pump but it was going to take a while to get the part and have it installed. With 8 of us staying here, we would have run the dishwasher every night, but we had to handwash dishes every day. Kevin was willing to either hire someone to come and do dishes each day or give us a daily refund for the inconvenience. That is what we opted for. Dishwasher was not repaired until Friday of our stay, and we left on Saturday. During the week, Kevin gave us daily updates and we understand that we are staying on an island and it's difficult to get things fixed or replaced quickly. House was well appointed. It would be nice to add a dust pan and brush for quick crumb cleanups. Vacuum worked well. Location was excellent for Napili Bay - just walk across the street. Great beach for boogie boarding.

It doesn't get any better than the location of this property, Across the street from Napili Bay beach. The rental itself was immaculate, it was clean, roomy and well stocked with all the necessities you need for a long stay with kids and family. The extra bonus was the outside patio and Lanai. I plan to stay here again when we come back to Maui, as we had such an excellent experience here, check in and check out were a breeze and the host was very communicative and checked in regulary to make sure we had everything we needed.

Easily the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Host was awesome and gave us great advice on how to make our trip even better. Great location short walk from the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach as well in the garage. Shower, sauna and stone sunken tub were amazingly relaxing. The unit was great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and kitchen was well stocked. Overall stay was good. However if you like your sleep, you should probably stay next to the beach in a resort or hotel as the roosters will keep you up at all hours of the night. We were up at about 5:00 am each morning as they began singing again. Still, nice place, right across from a great couple of really nice beaches and just a few minutes from Lahaina shopping and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui & our stay in this home.
The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to Napili Bay, the beach gear that is provided, and the wagon which made transporting the beach gear a breeze. We also enjoyed using the cooler on our trip down the road to Hana.
The beds were so comfortable and we loved having a garage to park our Jeep in. I greatly appreciated the light switches being labeled & the USB charging stations in each bedroom.
The home matches the pictures and description.

Cannot speak higher of a listing! This place is great, especially if you have little ones. We stayed their for our wedding weekend at Merriman's. It's proximity to the beach, Kapalua and dining was so convenient. While our other guests were closer to the Westin properties, it was a mere hop skip and a jump away. Every little has been thought of - sand toys, beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas, towels, wagons, scuba gear etc is there for you. The house is clean and cozy and has all the supplies you would ever need. Kevin, was also super helpful as well. Cannot wait to book another stay, definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have had a better experience in Maui thanks to this property! It’s location right at Napili Bay made it so we literally never had to leave and still got the best of Maui - multiple snorkeling sites where we saw turtles everyday, beaches, sunsets, walking paths, restaurants and resorts, all within short walking distance. Not to mention we were traveling with a 4 month old, so the hospitality from the Property Manager Kevin truly made this trip incredible. He was quick to respond, got us all the info we needed with recommendations and more. He even offered to walk over an infant carrier because we had forgotten ours!
If you want a family friendly, beautiful, relaxing vacation - I can’t recommend this spot enough. We will absolutely be back!!!!

We were in Maui for 3 weeks so we moved around the island and of the 3 places we stayed at, this was hands down our absolute favorite place that we stayed at. At first we were worried the walk to the beach would be far from the townhome but it really isn’t at all. Literally right across the street. It took longer for us to get from our room in an oceanfront resort to the beach than it took us to get from this unit to napili bay. Kapalua bay is .3 miles down the road and is great for snorkeling. Kevin was an amazing host! He was very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. We had some perishables that needed to be refrigerated and he was super flexible in allowing us to store food in the fridge before check in. The house itself it beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We’re so glad we found this place and am already planning on coming back. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!! :)

Our stay at Abe & Heather's property was just amazing. Kevin, the property manager, was so responsive and had awesome recommendations. He even referred a massage therapist in Downtown Lahaina who was great and so reasonably priced compared to those you would get at a resort. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, and we were just a short walk to Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay - both wonderful beaches for little ones! I thought we would miss having a pool, like you would have at a hotel/resort, but after staying here we quickly realized we didn't need one. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was perfect. It was nice coming home to after a long day exploring or a day at the beach. We will definitely be back!!!! Do not hesitate, book here...you won't regret it:)

This house had everything you needed for a Hawaii vacation. Beach towels, 9 chairs, 3 surfboards, sand toys, swim shoes, pool noddles, 2 child wagon strollers and more. There were many USB outlets around the house to charge things. Check out was perfect with the ability to leave perishable food items in the fridge. A quiet sound of Roosters woke me up in the morning which I loved. Very lovely stay.

Beautiful condo in quiet cul de sac. Great communication before and during our visit. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen...all the dishes and cooking pans you would need! The beach was a 5 minute walk and there were 2 wagons to carry the chairs, umbrellas, beach mats you need( all were provided). Added bonus were the charging plugs and black out curtains in every bedroom. The master bedroom was large enough to hold a full size blow up mattress ( they had several mattresses available). The free laundry was another bonus! The dining table could seat 8 and was great for meals and games. The outdoor area was fantastic! A canopy with lights, lots of benches and chairs with cushions and a table was used every day. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it!!
