My husband and I had a great stay at Chris' condo in Grand Champions. The location is so convenient - a short walk to the Shops at Wailea, and an even shorter walk to Akamai Coffee in Wailea Village. And a super easy drive to all of our favorite Wailea area beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time in Maui with my partner. We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, as well as a friends birthday. They had been numerous times before but collectively we all agreed this was perfect for us! Wailea is a beautiful area and since we headed to Big/Little beach most days, it was much closer than other places. The complex was nice and well maintained. It was a short walk each morning to the Shops where we'd grab coffees and Acai bowls! The unit itself was clean, spacious, quiet, and overall in good condition! I had a few questions before arriving and the hosts were extremely responsive. Overall 5 stars!

We stayed 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Condo was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The check in was very easy and the owners are easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, great place to stay especially if you are going out during the day to adventure. Pickle ball has gained popularity and is played right off the lanai which can be annoying at times. Check in was late due to cleaner being behind but she allowed us to put groceries away. The location of the property is wonderfull, close to everything in South Maui. Chris communicated in great detail and was prompt in his responses. Enjoy!

We had a great stay here! Very nice condo with all the basics you need. All the beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows made it easy to find one that was “just right”. The unit includes beach umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler. There are no snorkels or beach/pool toys, but you can easily get these from a local shop or ABC store.
Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

We rented this condo for our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons and could not have been happier. Chris was an excellent host. He provided a great check-in package that was full of details, and helpful information. The condo was roomy, very well stocked, and immaculately clean. The information on VRBO was very accurate so no surprises at all. The unit is very well located close to a pool in the complex with easy access to all south Maui has to offer. We highly recommend this unit.

This is Wailea Living is beautiful,spacious and well maintained condo in heart of Wailea. Not far from beaches, restaurants and main attractions of South Maui. Chris is great host, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Grand Champion Villas is a beautiful place with great pools and facilities. Condo was perfect place to stay for 6 nights for our family of 4. Definitely would stay there again.

This condo was conveniently located near all our favorite places in Wailea. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. The condo layout was open and roomy for the 4 of us. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and so nice that each had their own bathroom. The place was very clean. We also enjoyed the amenities of the pool, hot tub and barbecues.

This condo was excellent for our family of 4. Condo has every amenity we needed: full kitchen, laundry, a/c, lanai, beach chairs & umbrella, towels, walking path and pool. It’s located in the luxury resort area of Wailea; minutes from the best beaches in South Maui, shopping and Kihei town. Much prefer this area than Ka’anapali or Lahaina. Grand Champs is connected to a golf course and has ample spots to watch ocean sunsets every night, quick walk from the condo. A minor issue came up with the master shower, and Chris was very prompt with getting it cleaned with respect to our privacy. Like others noted, there are no beach toys or boogie boards kept in the condo for guest use but they are affordable at nearby stores. Would love to stay here again when our family returns to Maui!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Kitchen cookware, appliances and beach chairs and umbrellas were in excellent condition. Kelly was so kind and allowed us a late checkout since our flight did not leave until evening. The condo was exceptionally clean. If we decide to visit Maui again, I would definitely book this condo again.

From the very beginning just booking with Chris this has been a wonderful experience. I blew it and realized that i hadn't booked enough time to get there for my little sisters last night as a single woman and needed to come a day earlier than i thought...Chris was able to add a day with no issues and just a couple messages to make it happen. To sending me check in information days ahead so that i wasn't searching for a signal and WiFi trying to get door codes while standing in the dark at the door like past places i have stayed. Everything was as described once we got there which was wonderful even had some extras. It was super easy to get to from the highway and close enough to stores that when i had an emergency I had only to jump in my car and rush down the road to the grocery store for the item from a store that stays open for 24 hours. Super Convenient! Overall our family was very very happy here and it made my little sisters wedding so easy to deal with. Mahalo Chris for EVERYTHING!

The condo was in a great location and on a golf course. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable! It was also close to beaches and a shopping center. The owner was super accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We were traveling with a 1 year old and he suggested a baby rental company for equipment which I thought was really considerate, and we ended up renting a crib, highchair and rocking chair! It made traveling to Hawaii much easier for us and I am grateful for his suggestion. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo. Chis was very nice to work with. Had a nice breeze in the evening that would blow thew the condo in the evening even though it was a ground floor condo. The master shower is great. The overall condition of the condo is very good. We have been staying at Grand Champion for 13 years and would rent this condo again.

The condo was great for what we needed. The unit was clean and well equipped. My only negative comment is that the pool areas are quite small for the size of the complex and were quite busy while we were there, pre covid it probably wouldn't have bothered me, but we just spent more time at some of the nearby beaches instead.

This is our 6th trip to Maui. This is by far our favorite accommodations. The location is great, the grounds are beautiful, the condo was comfortable and very nicely decorated with an authentic island theme. We travel with all of our own supplies including beach towels and sun shelter, but for travelers that are less OCD, there are multiple beach towels, chairs and other beach gear. Beds are comfortable, rooms are large - I could go on and on. Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Wailea area.

We just finished a wonderful family vacation in Wailea at the Grand Champions Golf Course. Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including washer and dryer, excellent Wifi, well-supplied kitchen, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, etc. You are walking distance to both Wailea and Ulua Beach, though it would take longer than I would prefer to walk there, especially carrying gear, so we drove each time. We did walk multiple times to The Shops at Wailea, Island Gourmet Market, Akamai Coffee, and MonkeyPod Kitchen. Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay in your home and make memories with our family!

Our clan of 3 had the pleasure to stay in Chris’ condo in early November for 17 amazing nights. I had stayed in Grand Champions on a few other occasions and like the common areas, the proximity to the Shops at Wailea and a number of beaches. Wailea is also an upscale experience.
The condo was clean, functional and had everything we needed. Everything was as we expected and there were no surprises. We especially appreciated the beach gear including chairs and umbrella. The washer and dryer were quite new as was the dishwasher. Due to our long stay Chris scheduled a mid-stay clean and this was appreciated as well. We were always able to communicate with Chris with responses being provided almost immediately. We were also able to add a couple of days when airline schedules mucked things up and this process was effortless on our end. Highly recommend the unit and Grand Champions! You will love it all!

Wailea is beautiful and so is this condo. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of beach equipment in the storage room off the lanai- 2 adult snokel sets, one youth, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, 1 boogie board, 2 smaller snorkel boards, they did not have sand toys, but our kids are older and did not need those and you could get some easily at the ABC store. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. We loved the very large master bathroom shower with 2 heads and lots of hooks to hang wet suits.
Beautiful lanai- even though it is right by a tennis club, you can't really see or hear it. You can walk to the beach, but it takes about 20 minutes. There are many great beaches in this area with ample free parking, we especially loved Ulua Beach for snorkeling, Wailea and Polo Beach for everything else. We loved staying here!
