My family and I (2 teenagers and 3 adults) had a wonderful stay in Maui. The place was perfect for us and located in a great location. The condo is exactly as advertised and included beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc as listed in the description. Alisa responded in a very timely and helpful manner with any questions I had regarding our trip. She also provided us with some great restaurant and activity recommendations. Being able to walk and run along the Wailea beach path was a huge plus for us. As stated, the condo is located near the entrance at the top of the hill so it is approximately a 5 minute walk to the main pool and beach. This was not an issue for us and gave us a chance to explore the Elua property grounds. We had no trouble finding chaise lounges under the umbrellas down at the main pool and enjoyed the fact the property feels more spacious and quieter than the neighboring hotel resorts. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday soon.

We enjoyed our stay while vacationing in Maui. The owners quickly responded to a couple minor details when we arrived. Check in was easy and location of this condo is perfect. The owners booklet gave many great recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, etc. The condo offered plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs and equipment. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the views from the lanai both early morning and evenings. The property landscaping is beautiful and well kept. We will definitely return!

The property is modern, up-to-date, in good shape and well-stocked with linens, towels and beach gear. It's in a great location, with a front lanai with an ocean view and a gorgeous patio at the back. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The owners have a very light touch, providing us with space but also providing a handy guidebook of information, and recommended restaurants and activities.

Perfect condo to experience Wailea at it's best!
Lovely ocean view from your covered lanai - the place to be for coffee every morning. Beautiful remodeled condo, fully equipped, plenty of space in all living areas inside and on the outside lanai's. Meticulously landscaped grounds, private pickle ball court, relaxing pool areas and easy beach access. Walking distance to neighboring resort dining (Morimoto's, Humble Kitchin),
Wailea shops and market. Easy access to the walking path for morning walks to Polo Beach and back.
The owners were responsive, generous and super accommodating, they really wanted us to have the perfect Wailea vacation - and we did!!

We had an awesome time here - condo is a big 2 bedroom with plenty of space for the family, and the Elua Village complex is fantastic. We'd spend the mornings at the beach, the afternoons at the pool (which has one of the best pool views of probably anywhere in the world), and the evenings walking along the path. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed location. The showerhead needs replacing in guest bathroom- no water pressure. The back bedroom smells musty, mildew even with fan and air purifier. Two sheets in closet found to have stains need to be replaced.

We stayed for 9 days with our family of 5 and really enjoyed the property. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great ocean views off the front porch, and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the guest room shower had really low water pressure so the kids showered the master bathroom. The location is perfect and the pool area is excellent with easy access to the beach below. Great way to get a beach and pool day in. The pool area had a full kitchen , ice machine etc so you can bring food and drinks down for the day without having to back to the unit. We would stay here again which is the highest compliment we can give!

We enjoyed our stay at Elua Village. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and walking path to multiple resorts. We loved that the condo came with all the things to use at the beach! This made the experience that much better. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all things needed. Only thing to note is the water pressure in the second bathroom shower is minimal. Over all it was a great vacation and we had a blast!

We had a short walk to the beach and utilized the owners beach chairs, ice chest, mat, and other items. House is well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was perfect! We could not have asked for anything more. The condo had all you could need for a vacation..beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers. We'd pack up each morning and head to the beach and came back up in late afternoon. The condo was spacious for all 4 of us. The kitchen was very well supplied and easy to maneuver. Parking was right outside building. Owner was quick to reply to any questions asked. Only complaint was we should have stayed 2 weeks! Thank you Alisa and Tim for a beautiful place for our stay.

The condo has a large living space prefect for two couples or a small family. It is clean and well appointed for cooking. We all enjoyed being able to barbecue in the backyard area. The front patio has a nice view, comfortable furniture and it is covered from any rain. The only suggestion I have would be to add a extra hair dryer for second bathroom. Plus be aware the condo is at the back of the property so there is a lot of walking to beach and pool. The great thing is at the pool there is a refrigerator, tables and chairs plus bathrooms so you can take all you things down to the beach and pool just once a day. P.S. the pool area is gated.

Elua Village is located in one of the best locations in Wailea. This great property is minutes away from Elua Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were a party of 6 and found this upgraded unit very spacious to accommodate us all. Alisa & Tim provided a well equiped unit with everything that you needed from kitchen utencils to beach chair and outdoor equipment. Property staff was always cheerful and accomodating and we appreciated the property ammenities and extra security Elua offers. We thank Alisa & Tim for sharing their vacation property with us and will definitely try to make it back soon!!

This was the best property we stayed in in Wailea so far. We have stayed in the hotels near by before, which were nice. However, we love space in a longer stay and a well stocked kitchen. We loved that Tim and Alisa have fold up chairs for the beach, and flippers with so many sizes! The generosity of the property that they provided really made all the difference. We were first a bit concerned that we were so high up in the property. Then we discovered that we were so close to the Wailea Mall and the food store, which was super convenient! We loved the chairs by the cliff side that our property renters were allowed to go to. Fabulous! The biggest bonus for us was the pickleball court! We played everyday! LOVED staying at your place! We will be back! 💕

This was probably the nicest rental we've stayed in in Maui. We had previously stayed in this same condo complex before but that issue had some bug issues which was annoying. This unit did not have these issues. The location is a little far from the beach compared to other units which was ok walking down to the beach but kind of a pain for carrying your gear back up hill to the unit. So after a few days, I started just loading the car with our stuff, driving it one minute to the club house area, and parking over there. Then it was very easy to go back and forth with boogie boards etc and wash them off at the outdoor shower area before putting them back in the car. This is one of the nicest beaches in Maui and the condo development grounds are very pretty and nicely kept as well. Another thing I liked about this unit is that it had plenty of stuff you would need for your vacation including gear like boogie boards, beach chairs etc. we also brought some inne rtubes with us. They have snorkeling gear as well but you are probably better off brining your own. We liked sitting out on the front lanai and watching the sunset or just strolling down to the beach for that. One thing we weren't crazy about is that someone very heavy footed was staying upstairs and they were a bit noisy a few times of the day - I think they have a child who was running around. It wasn't intolerable but kind of annoying. I don't know if it was a guest or an owner. Lastly, be aware that there is a 2nd pool and hot tub (it is actually very hot) that we discovered on one of our last days and it's closer to the unit. The owner had told me it's for owners only but we went in a couple times and it was not locked. I wish we had known about it earlier in the trip because my kids love hot tubs and we wouldn't have wanted to use it earlier. I don't know what the story is with it being for owners or not but we were certainly able to use it. The pool is smaller but it's nice and my kids enjoyed it. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location, very easy to walk to all the resorts and restaurants in the Wailea area. We thought we would miss resort amenities, but the pool area and pickleball court made this just as fun. The only downside was the check in process. Our name was misspelled on the paperwork, so we had to wait about 30 minutes at the gate before the guards were able to contact the property manager and allow us to access the property. Otherwise it was perfect.

Our whole family was incredibly impressed with every single aspect of this vacation rental. From the prompt communication from the hosts, to the hospitality of the welcome note and gifts and the grocery discount card, we felt this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! There were ample snorkeling masks, chairs, beach toys and umbrellas to use if needed. The multiple coffee options were a nice touch as well! Having both the front and back lanai was a plus for our family with kids spread out 4 years apart from one another too! And the property was just lovely. It was quiet and safe, and we felt our kids could walk to/from the beach without issues. My favorite part is I never had to stay in the condo to cook meals! We just carried our items down to the grills and kitchen by the pool and used the fridge there to store a few beverages. It was convenient and lovely to be able to watch the sunset while cooking. This is a wonderful property in a beautiful location. Access to all Wailea has to offer from shopping to beaches and to the rest of Maui. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we have stayed in other condos on the property with grand views and higher end amenities. For example the linens and towels were of lesser quality and worn. One more example is that there were approximately three tissues for our use. Not enough paper goods to accommodate two people for even one week and we were there for two weeks (and it was just 2 of us in a 2 bedroom). But again, this unit is overall very nice, and located on the best property in Wailea and offers a great time! The owners provided great information on activities and places to explore and eat on the island. They gave restaurant suggestions that even we had never heard of, and we go to Maui frequently. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying here. We would stay in this unit again and only discount the one star due to our experiences in other units in this complex.

For many years we have admired Wailea Elua from the beach path & have always wanted to stay there. It was, by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed! From the lushly landscaped grounds to the Wailea Elua facilities & top notch staff - it exceeded our expectations. We also loved our unit - we were there for a month & was the perfect home away from home! Our daughter & her fiancée came for part of the time & the front and back lanais were perfect for working remotely! The spacious, well-appointed unit was not only comfortable but stylish. So much attention to detail - from our “Welcome goodies” to the spa quality toiletries & towels. A 5* star stay!!!

The condo was excellent, with a view of the ocean, actual sun going down is blocked, but does not affect the color. Was great for the 5 of us. The boardwalk is great, and you are close to a lot of the hotels/food/mall/good dining. If you want a free-iso luau you can walk over to the Marriott or grand wailea and stand on the side. About 2 hours, so long to stand, so a few minutes here and there is a good preview of a luau if you have not been. couple things to be aware of, not an issue for us, just for awareness.
The property can be a bit easy to get lost on day 1, google wailea Elia map to help yourself out. The walk from the condo to the beach is a steep hill. Again, not an issue, just be aware.
The beach is great. There is shade for the morning hours if you get there early for a spot. The water is calm between 6 and about 9 if you want to go paddle-boarding or kayaking.
If you do plan to rent a paddle board, bring a cable lock. You want to leave it locked at the pool. The steep hill is far more tiring while carrying a paddle board.
Overall, it was great. My family had a great time, enjoyed the condo, the property, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the wailea/Kihei area..

We are a family of four who spent six days in Unit 2105 during July 2021. It was our first experience with a rental, but we could not pass up the convenience of the location, the spaciousness of the unit, all its amenities and the freedom of being in a place that feels like your own 24-7.
The unit is just as described - clean, practical, well furnished, with all kinds of kitchen implements, condiments, beach toys, lots of charging stations. The hosts included a few thoughtful gifts, including tour guides and a Safeway Card to get discount at the nearby store. Cooking in the unit was very easy, but the nearby Shops at Wailea also offer plenty of ready-to-eat meals.
The hosts and the management agency were very responsive and attentive; even if everything was easy to figure out, we knew they were just an email or text away.
The location is very convenient: a few minutes' walk to a great beach, with the added bonuses of a gated lounge chair area over the cliff and a full club house. The condo complex, itself quiet, well landscaped and proportioned compared to the concrete blocks nearby, is located at the North End of the Wailea Trail, which offered us the opportunity for plenty of daytime and sunset walks.
Having previously spent time at one of the resorts in Wailea, we are glad we chose this option and woud certainly do it again whenever we come back.

We stayed with our family, we were surprised to find out that is a very beautiful protected gated community, very safe and very well-maintained, very quiet and everybody’s very nice. The beach attached is a private little beach which is never crowded it has the perfect little waves for all ages kids to play. We drove all around the island and this was still our favorite place to return. Everything possibly that we needed was available to us, anything from kitchen supplies, ocean supplies, comfort and cleaning supplies. The Balcony has a beautiful ocean view very relaxing. There is a paddle court, not a tennis court, but there is tennis courts across the street from the property that you can rent by the week or by the day. We definitely plan to return!

Tim and Alisa's place is amazing! We saw some other properties in Elua, and there's is by far one of the most updated. The place has everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, or just for some downtime on the lanai. The bedrooms also have blackout shades (great for a napping infant!), and the grill is just fantastic. It's really a tremendous place - just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a really nice/scenic pool - and we will definitely look to book it again the next time we visit.

We had an amazing stay - property was super clean and in fabulous location. Views were gorgeous and the short walk through perfectly manicured grounds to the beach was a multiple-times-daily occurrence. We took full advantage of the fully stocked beach toys closet, using boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. some previous reviews mentioned road noise but we didn’t hear that - at times heard the neighbors walking upstairs, but not in a way that would negatively impact our stay. We would definitely rent this same unit again!

The location was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The condo was spacious for our family of 4. The air conditioner is very effective. The master bed was comfortable, which is a rarity for me. The beach was lovely. The only issue we had was the 2nd bedroom smells strongly of mildew. We had lousy timing for our trip as the island was slowly shutting down due to COVID-19, however the owner refunded our last day since we left early.
