Unit was as described. Well equipped kitchen. Well stock with bath and beach towels. Unit has everything you needed for the beach, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Kiki the concierge was fantastic. Close to Costco, Walmart and Target. Good location, easy to access all Kauai had to offer. Would book again.

Central location within walking distance of restaurants, stores & a beach. Only downside is the air conditioners were on a timer and shut off randomly at night. We eventually figured out how to adjust. Would stay there again.

Banyan Harbor is an excellent place to stay. The location is central to everything you'll be doing on the island. The property is very well maintained and very quiet (except for the roosters of course!). The unit we stayed in was well maintained and we didn't experience any negative encounters. Would definitely stay there again.

Banyon Harbor has everything you need. It's your home but on Kauai....all of the amenities of home, but a block from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful with any question you may have. All of Lihue is just minutes away. You don't need anything else.

Property is close to grocery store such as Costco, Walmart, target, Starbucks, food trucks, and many local dining restaurants. It’s very center to everything you need and the beach.
The condo itself has everything that you need such as towels, cooking ware even rice cooker, boogie board, beach chairs x 5, beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. You really just need to bring your personal stuff.
There is a beach park across the street. Overall the location and the condo was great. Had a great time and created lasting memories with family.

Our overall stay was great. The property is clean. The condo was equip with all the things we needed during our stay. Furnitures are great. Location is perfect. This condo is close to everything. Costco, target, Walmart, restaurant, abc store, food trucks, beach, and all grocery stores are close by . The only thing the condo needs is more lights . It was a little dim, specially the living room dinning room area . Remove the big armoire for the tv (takes too much room). Thank you for the beautiful condo. We had a great time in kaui and created beautiful memories.

The best thing about this condo was the fact that it was across the street from Kalapaki beach. It appears that there are permanent residents at this complex which may account for the general poor condition. We did not feel all that safe here. Spoke to neighbor renter who expressed same concerns as well as being unhappy with condition of their unit. Unit had nice laminate floors which were spoiled by dirty area rugs and carpeting on the stairs and entire 2nd floor. A home in a moist climate such as Hawaii should not have carpet. The tiny lanai which overlooked the parking lot also had an area rug under the table. Wondered what the point of that was. Advertised as having AC in the bedrooms and living room but not the fact that they work on a timer, with I believe a maximum of 6 hours. So if you are gone all day and come back after 6 hours the condo is stifling. Don't think it should be advertised as having AC when there is a limit as to how long you can use it. The furniture was dirty. Have no preference as to the type of decor a place has, but it would be nice if it at least looked clean. Stayed in Poipu for a week prior and the 2 locations couldn't be more different. Poipu has a very tropical look and feel, while this condo in Lihue is like being in the hood. When we arrived we were given a paper telling us the Wifi password was located by the TV. Could not find it. Finally we noticed there was a paper tacked to the wall in the kitchen with the Wifi name and PW on it.There were no kitchen towels and the management company responded quickly.

The rental was absolutely incredible! It was clean, location was the best ever and the management was perfect. We were across from great restaurants, stores and a fantastic beach. We were within minutes of Costco and Walmart. Everything in the place worked perfectly. We did have 1 broken beach chair. We went and got a new one and was reimbursed without any troubles. I didn't look for reimbursement, but they wanted to. I was shocked how management/staff were so accommodating. The others around the rental were quiet at night and very friendly. Without a doubt when we go back to Kauai, we will be staying there again!

Me and 3 other friends stayed here for 8 days and it had everything we needed, including all the necessary beach gear (umbrella, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear). Kitchen was well stocked! Beds were firm but comfortable. AC in every room was so nice to have! And we loved having laundry in unit. We wanted to stay in Lihue so we could be equal driving distances all the way north Hanalei, as well as all the way west to Waimea Canyon, and were very happy with the location. I saw some reviews that said there was noise from the ship harbor or being close to the airport but I never noticed it at night and it never bothered any of us. The beach nearby was quiet and the water was calm there, if we didn't want to venture out for a beach day. Would definitely recommend!

This rental was nicely equipped with everything you’d need including the small things like zip lock bags, paper plates & plastic cutlery. We had a rental vehicle and explored the area. It’s a great location to venture out from to enjoy the south and west side of the island. It’s close to drive to Costco/target & Walmart to get supplies. There’s a nice beach across the road with crosswalks to safely cross. There’s also an ABC across the road. I would stay in this unit again. Not all units at Banyan Harbour are the same but I would recommend this particular unit 🙂

Very nice, quiet condo. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Would be nice if it had more beach equipment like snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler & wagon like our condo on Big Island had last year. Kitchen was stocked with basics like oil and salt. Parking was quite convenient, although there was a small flight of stairs to navigate with luggage. A/C in both bedrooms and living room which worked well. The condo is conveniently located on the island and there is a beach within walking distance, along with some food trucks, a mexican restaurant, a bakery/breakfast shop and an ice cream parlor. I'd stay again.

I stayed here for 9 wonderful days. The condo is immaculately clean, cute and updated. The owner does many thoughtful things to make your stay memorable and carefree. Beachgear and towels are provided as well as many incidentals that would cost you extra such as spices, laundry detergent, etc. It truly is like a home away from home!! The condo is centrally located and very convenient to downtown shopping and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk to beautiful Kalapaki Beach. The condo also has a pool and BBQ area and the front office has a great concierge that helped me book a kayak trip that I enjoyed. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. I look forward to staying here again.

The condo was super clean and well stocked. I was amaze it made me feel like I was home and not on vacation. We had everything we needed to cook and clean. They also provide beach towels, sand toys and chairs, and umbrella will be helpful next time other than that everything else was perfect. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful they helpes us get a sitter and booked activities. Great Place!

The location is really good. 10 minutes by car from airport. Kalapaki beach 5 minute walk across street. Central because 45minutes to each end (northern and western). Property is pretty quiet and serene.Pool and other sports available. Unit is clean. All supplies such as utensils and appliances are well thought out and organized. Beds (a bit too.soft)and carpet seem a bit old but kitchen and bath very updated and clean. Books (leisure and Kauai tour guides), beach towels and toys, coolers were available. Great in house washer and dryer units. Cable on tv and internet great. Price was decent. We had a very nice stay. We would definitely come back.

After staying there it's easy to see why everyone gives it 5 stars. The house is absolutely clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked with quality products (Dawn, Clorox, Body Glove etc.). It is well located too, close to the south of the island and not a terribly long drive to the north. Checking in after hours was easy. It is very well decorated, we ran into no problems at all. The 3 air conditioning units work really well and certainly make it so much more comfortable. We rented 2 more places in Hawaii (on the Big Island) during our 2-week-long vacation and we all agree this was the best of them all. If we ever go back to Kauai that is definitely where we are staying again.

This condo is in an excellent location. After I gave up my rental car I was able to use the local bus to get around. The grills were so close and handy. The owner included lots of extras that made our stay even more like home. Beach, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay. Would book there again for sure.

This condo is nicely decorated and mostly newly renovated. However the mattresses are the worst that I have ever slept on. The Master bedroom could not even be slept on. We had to push 2 twins together and that was barely passible. The ad says it sleeps 6 put if the futon in the living room was intended to be slept on - good luck as it was even uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was well appointed but has an electric stove. The other thing to be aware of is that the bedrooms are on the second floor. Not ideal for the older set. It also a bit difficult to get in and out of as it is on a very busy street. The beach is close and and the little bay is pretty calm.

The owner of this condo has done her homework well. The unit itself is uber-clean and comfy. It took no time at all to feel right at home (I didn't want to leave.....EVER!!). All the amenities you need are provided for daily living, as well as enough toys for the pool or beach. The location is the absolute best.....the pool, shopping, multiple restaurants/bars, the beach, car/scooter rentals, island adventure info, and on and on, are all within a short - 3 to 5 min. walk. And then, when the dreaded last day is upon you, the airport is a 5 minute cab ride. I am already counting the days as to when I can call this awesome unit my 'Home' again, and say hello to all of the amazing people I have met and call my friends. Mahalo.

This condo is gorgeous, super clean, comfy and very well located! The furnishings are beautiful and the place is cleaner than any hotel room. Two lanai's so in case you are sharing the unit you still have privacy. Across the street from Kalapaki Beach and two mini shopping centers with tons a restaurants only steps away. Beautiful pool and grounds and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect place!

Centrally located to all parts of the island, this vacation home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We felt very comfortable. The Costco is close by. We ate in during the day and ate out in the evenings. There are multiple choices of great restaurants across the street overlooking a beautiful bay and beach. The beach chairs are also a nice feature. It was great to have the washer and dryer available. We played tennis on the tennis court on the property and had a wonderful vacation. Mahalo!
