Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Conveniently located at the western end of Waikiki beach. Good access to the beach, shopping and dining options.
Well appointed apartment with comfortable beds and sofa bed available. While the apartment has had some refurbishments, the kitchen and bathroom are showing their age.

Nice place with great view. Building is somewhat dated but the apartment has been updated with normal wear and tear evident. Parking is tough unless you choose the $45 per day valet. Mattresses and pillows could use a refresh. Good value for the price and location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ilikai 1820. Condo is well set up and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely lanai. Location is perfect with easy access to the lagoon and beach, the Ala Moana shopping mall, and plenty of other shops and restaurants.

The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful views and perfect location. It was a bit small for two adults and 2 older teen children, but we weren’t there a lot and had no problem making it work. It would be the perfect size for smaller kids. We would rent this unit again if ever back without the kids!

The location and amenities were wonderful. However, I continued to have problems with the TV the entire stay. First, I couldn't get the input correct, and when I finally did, the volume wouldn't change. Other than that, great unit! Stayed with extended family (they were in a larger unit) at the Ilikai.

We spent a week in this location and thought it was great. Good proximity to the beach, pools, and dining at the Hilton resort next door. Most of the local tours would pick up directly at the location or next day making it easy to see the island without a car.
