Location is one of the best in Kihei. View is spectacular. Lanai always an option - no direct sun. Unit is clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Will be booking it again when we return.

This condo was an absolute perfect place for our little family of 4.
So clean, updated and perfect location!
The condo comes with everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher were all wonderful amenities. Everything else is close by, within minutes!! Restaurants, coffee and smoothies stands, rental gear, stores, little souvenir shops etc.
The roof top deck was beautiful place to have dinner with the sunset. We would cook all our food, go upstairs, BBQ the meat and have wonderful family dinners up there!
You never need to leave the resort, that beach is the best!! Perfect for swimming!!
We saw turtles, octopus, and so many beautiful fish every day when snorkeling! Having sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys provided were a wonderful addition!!
Karen, the owner was so accessible and easy to communicate with prior to arrival!! We will definitely recommend this little piece of paradise to our friends and family!! It's worth it!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this condo. It’s a spotless top floor unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The entire condo complex was so clean, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a snorkeling/paddle board rental place right across the street. My husband and I, along with our kids ages 18 and 21 had plenty of room to relax in the unit, and we spent every evening on the lanai or on the rooftop garden watching the sunset. We also appreciated that the unit had beach chairs and umbrellas, and body boards. There was also a cooler and sand toys for families to use. We are so grateful to Karen our host for her amazing communication, and will absolutely be back!!!

The property was perfect for the four of us (2 adults + 2 11yo). We walked out the back of the building to either the pool or the ocean depending on the day! The balcony is exactly as the photos showed: you have a beautiful coastal sight line to the second of three local beaches. Parking was easy and the location was tourist central for Kihei. There were plenty of food options within walking distance and easy access to other driveable areas of the island. When the weather was windy we were at the pool, but obviously had the option for the ocean! We saw turtles along the coastline and took in plenty of sun. It was an amazing space for our group and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking at the Kihei area!

We loved everything about our stay from the views, location, comfort and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries, laundry soap, and spices. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and happy hour on the balcony each day. We saw many sea turtles everyday at the beach. The town had so much to offer from restaurants to rentals. We will have lasting memories to last a lifetime!!

Worth the money to stay here. So close to many restaurants all within short walking distances. The rooftop is magical for a sunset dinner. Owners are great communicators. Beautiful and clean accommodations.

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Karen’s beautiful condo. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The views are gorgeous and we ate many meals on the lanai. We loved hitting the beach in the morning and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles on each day of our stay. We strolled the beach at sunset and enjoyed nature’s beauty. Two couples enjoyed our weeklong stay in this beautiful condo. The unit had everything we needed. We loved the balcony for morning coffee and late night games. The property is in a perfect location for walking to beaches, restaurants and shopping! The pool is shaded until late morning - no big deal, but worth noting. We loved this unit, and everything about Maui! We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! My kids are still talking about how comfortable the beds and pillows were! The view off the Lanai was beautiful, we enjoyed it in the morning and afternoon!
The location was great. We were within walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shopping!
The condo came equipped with chairs, boogie boards and sand toys so it was nice not renting. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our first stay at the Royal Mauian and it definitely won’t be our last. My husband and I took my elderly mother with us to Maui. The floor plan was perfect! The condo is very well stocked, clean, comfortable bedding and is perfectly located. We enjoyed the rooftop deck!

We are renting places all around the world for years and it is the best condo we have ever been too. The place was so clean we could have eat on the floors. The view is to die for and the trade wind makes it so comfortable on the balcony. Nicely renovated unit with a beachy decor. Very well equipped kitchen…nothing is missing. We loved our time at this well-appointed condo in Kihei. Everything was super clean and updated wonderfully and we loved hanging out on the lanai to watch for whales and all of the watersports going on nearby. It was a short walk to the beaches and we snorkeled right out front. It was fun to grill on the rooftop deck where the sunsets were breathtaking. The owner was responsive and friendly.

Our family of four had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s condo, we had to tear ourselves away when it was time to leave. Breathtaking views from Master, Living Room and Kitchen, extremely clean, great location right across from general store, restaurants and shops, right on great beach, very well appointed with everything you may need (beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchen supplies, etc), and our two tween kids loved the TV apps. The master bed was really comfortable, and there’s enough storage space throughout the condo to neatly put everything away. We can’t wait to return!!!!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! The first view when you open the front door is absolutely breathtaking! And it gets even better from the living room/ balcony/ master bedroom. We had such a good time staying here…the location is perfect: the best beaches in Maui are a short walk away (Kamaole 1 & 2), as well as restaurants, groceries and shopping. The the condo was perfect for a group of four…tastefully decorated, and well-stocked for our needs. There was even a curling iron in the master bath, so we should not have packed 3! 😉 They had snorkeling gear (and beach chairs plus 2 umbrellas) so we didn’t have to rent. My friends saw a couple turtles and several fish while snorkeling off the rocky area just outside the condo. Water was calm in the mornings and perfect temperature, even in mid-November. Rooftop view was amazing! Kitchen was also well-stocked. I hope I can come back for a visit with my family soon! , but we had I hope I can come back for a visit with my family soon! Thank you!!

We have been staying at the Royal Mauian just about every year for over 30 years, and have rented 10 or more different units during that time for either ourselves or our family. Unit 604 is by far the best! Start with the location. You can't get any closer to the ocean and the location of 604 is perfect because you still get all the ocean and beach views, with plenty afternoon shade on the lanai, hard to come by at the Royal Mauian. Inside is recently updated and very tastefully decorated, with everything you will need for a great holiday....beach chairs, umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The upgraded slider and windows were also welcome, especially on windy days. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to any question or request. Karen's "on-the-island" representative, Megan, is also fantastic. We can't wait to come back!

We loved the condo, the short distance to great restaurants/coffee shops/activities made our stay a breeze. We had our two year old daughter and enjoyed nap time with our large deck area to lounge and still be looking and hearing the water. Definitely looking at coming back next year! Thanks 😊

We were completely impressed with the cleanliness, the recent renos, the location and the maintenance of the property. Loved watching the sea turtles daily and snorkeling with them directly in front of the property. The beaches on either side were fantastic!!!! There is lots of shopping very close by and good restaurants as well. Sunsets were beautiful!!!! Rent your snorkel equipment and paddle boards from Auntie Snorkel right across the street, they were great to deal with.
There are just 2 negative things about this unit (I only mention them for your information, not to discourage anyone from staying in this fabulous unit), the air conditioning unit is on the lanai, so if you had air turned on inside, but wanted to sit outside, the heat the unit gives off is pretty unbearable so you can't enjoy the lanai while the air is on. Normally we would just turn it off and leave the doors open, but it was quite humid while we were there, so while people were sleeping or showering etc, others could not enjoy the lanai which was quite disappointing. We had planned on spending a lot of time there, it was one of the reasons we rented this unit.
Also, don't rely on the dryer, it takes forever to dry anything and it also gives off a lot of heat, so we had to be strategic when we used it so we didn't heat the condo up right before bedtime.
Despite these two small negatives, the condo was awesome and dealing with Karen was absolutely great. We would highly recommend this unit, the complex and the location.
Given the opportunity to visit Maui again, we would most definitely return to this unit.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. The location was ideal, every morning, we woke up, had some coffee, and walked down to the beach for snorkeling for a couple hours. The rocks/reef in front of the unit are great, and we saw lots of turtles (please respect them and give them space), all sorts of fish, eels, and all sorts of urchins/coral. Once the winds come up, snorkeling is over, and it's time to either relax on the beach, or head out for a day of adventuring.
The unit is located in Kihei, which offers easy access to the rest of the island. Kihei is fairly low-key, which was great for us. There's some good restaurants, lots of shopping, but it's less busy than other places on Maui.
Specifically for the unit, it was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The lanai view is exactly as shown in the pictures, and is amazing. You get a good view down the beach, the sunset, and it's in the shade for most of the day, so makes a great place to just sit and relax.
Oh, and the A/C is the best. It was really nice for the evenings where the wind died down, and was still warm.
Overall, we had a great time, and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Enjoyed the location close to grocery store and many good eating places just across the road. Kitchen has everything to make a good meal though its small. We enjoyed the view from our large deck facing the beautiful beach only steps away and has all the beach chairs and boards available. The laundry facilities were a big plus. Bedrooms a good size and beds very comfortable. Karen our hostess was very friendly and responded quickly with whatever information that was needed.
