We found our stay to be very comfortable for a week. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooking a few meals when we were there. The kitchen truly has everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the double-headed shower in the primary bathroom was really helpful when coming back from the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided when we went to the beach, as well as the boogie board, sandpail, and spade. The washer and dryer worked well as we did laundry a few times. We appreciated the carpet so that we didn't walk on sand throughout our stay. Walking distance to some Wailea shops and coffee. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo property was very well located, 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, beach. Grounds were very well landscaped and maintained. Pool and BBQ worked perfectly for the times we used it. Was not very busy/crowded.
Condo itself was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice surprise to see how well stocked it was. For the short trip and family of 4 it worked for our needs. Lanai had a useful awning to block sun in the morning. AC worked well and no issues all around. Would recommend, great value for money.

We were in Kapalua when the fires struck, and managed to get out of the area three days later. There were no hotel rooms to be found except for one night at the Hotel Wailea, which is one of the highest-rated luxury hotels on the island. We stayed the one night then were fortunate enough to book this condo. The interior design, A/C and amenities are as advertised, luxury.

Jane's property is ideal if you have adult children or two couples as it has 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The property is situated so you are close to everything in Wailea. It is well stocked and ideal if you are out and about. Quiet evenings are perfect for relaxing.

We loved the location…as we could walk each morning from our unit to the beautiful beaches….loved watching the sunset from our balcony deck, enjoyed meeting others in the nice hot tub, steps away from our unit. The 2-bedroom was perfect for us! We love Grand Champions!!! Mahalo for a special vacation!!!!

Wonderful, well-equipped condo! Very clean and easy access to the beaches. Beds are comfortable and the unit is quiet (except for early morning tennis players). Great value.

The property is great - large, quiet, clean, good location, large modern bathrooms. Can walk to Shops at Wailea ... but easy enough to drive also. Nearby Wailea beach is fantastic. Wailea is quieter and more peaceful compared to Kihei, Lahaina, and Kaanapali - which was just what we were looking for.

The location and the property was great. It was very quiet which we enjoyed! It was nice having two master bedrooms essentially with king size beds so that way one couple didn’t have it better than the other. Would stay here again!

What a Blessing!!! Do not know where to begin! Villa was amazing and it’s Location unparalleled!
All was so easy to just move in w/out actual check-in. Just payment and owner/manager did everything else.
Wailea just gorgeous and so much to do! (This is understated about villa and surroundings). Really is the “Beverly Hills” of Hawaii!! Have stayed in Hawaii so many times, as my husband had meetings for many years on Big Island and Napili/Kapalua Maui! We have stayed in most wonderful hotels, but Wailea area…..the grandest of all locations, and loved our villa at Grand Champions! Quiet and Beautiful!
It was in the most posh location on the island , and had everything we needed and beyond extra! Honestly, wonderfully stocked to live there! All was Lovely!!!
Owner and Manager made themselves available and so kind….. although had no issues, at all!
We just loved our unit too …#128. Close to “Shops at Wailea” and all the best eateries on Maui! Another 10 to be extremely close to “The Shops,” for actually shopping or eating at Tommy Bahama or just casual walking thru really high end outdoor shopping center for fun! We actually shopped at gorgeous boutiques w our daughters, as there are Amazing boutiques … the best we could imagine! Truly like being in Palo Alto, etc. Quiet but sooooo nice!
Just situated perfectly, and stocked truly as though did for everyone in mind! Views were Fabulous from deck, where we raced to get out every am to enjoy the birds and view w only gorgeous manicured scenery ….flowering plants and beautiful lawn area! Was so peaceful and serene. We also had a view of ocean and another island as we sat on our deck.
We were reeling from the serenity and activities!
We had family staying on island as well, and they chose a diff area of island to stay… well they came to our area everyday to spend all day and evenings for dinner! It was beyond a 10… we were grieved to leave…honestly!
We hope to return for a another time of respite and activity filled days! Beautiful memories!
We are so sad to have left, but very grateful!

Excellent condo for family or couple! The reviews for this condo are spot on! Loved how well stocked this home was- ice chest, beach chairs, etc. Super comfy beds and great AC.
No need to look further- this is THE BEST condo we have stayed at in all Hawaii!

This is a great place in Wailea! Just need to be courteous of the downstairs owners and not stomp about. Could figure out how to customize the lock code but we memorized the original one in the end.

Made it out to Maui for a business trip/vacation with my brother. First few days were spent at the Wailea Grand which was nice. Made the move over to the condo and in my opinion, a huge improvement. Have stayed in 2 other properties on the Grand Champion Villa - this one was superior! Loved the location and all the extras. Thoughtful owner. Would consider removing the carpet and putting down tile, easy to maintain!

The property was just as described - perfectly clean and spacious in a quiet community. Parking was right in front of the unit. Having a lot of beach equipment came in super handy on our beach days and we were able to use them after we checked out until the next guests arrived (thanks again). There was a local tennis tournament going on during our visit and we heard some noise from the outside from all the tennis balls bouncing from the practice but nothing too bothersome. Super close to all five star hotels where we had dinner most of the nights and also only 10 minutes away from the major grocery stores plus Kihei restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in Wailea.

This was our first visit to Maui and GC 128 was in the perfect location. The condo is well appointed by its cleanliness and from everything you need during your stay. It has a beautiful kitchen, great master bath, washer/ dryer, and beach items that we used frequently. One of our favorite things every morning was to have breakfast on the lanai and look out at the spectacular view of the mountain and ocean that surprised us! You can also view beautiful sunsets and we had an awesome view of the Wailea resort fireworks. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

The suite is beautiful - it is very continently located near Wailea Beach, and a short drive from various restaurants and grocery store. Haleakala is just an hour and 30 min away. The suite came with everything we needed during our stay and we enjoyed it immensely. Property management team is friendly and responsive to messages. Check in process was super easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who stays in Maui.

We have stay at various units at Grand Champions over the last decade or so, but this one was arguably the nicest! Super clean, completely updated, A/C if you needed it, really nothing lacking. We especially appreciated our communication with Jane and her flexibility in allowing us park our rental car there early (since the unit happened to be vacant) and a couple of extra hours late checkout!

The condo is equipped with quite literally anything you might need for your stay. Jane was an amazing host and very communicable; she reached out before and after our stay to make sure everything was up to par. Master bedroom and bathroom are PHENOMENAL and it is nice that both bedrooms have a king size bed. View from the lanai is crisp, clear, and lush- perfect to start the morning with your cup of coffee. Washer and dryer are extremely convenient. All appliances are well maintained and the condo is thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Located centrally by resorts, shops, cafes, and malls. 10/10 would love to stay again.

Unit 128 exceeded our expectations! Comfortable furniture and beds- I slept so well there. Also having quiet, central air conditioning is unusual and a big plus. The unit had all the necessities and has been beautifully and fully remodeled. The finishes are top notch with quality bedding and everything we used functioned as expected. There was one question getting linked to the wireless and Jane responded immediately to help us resolve it. We appreciated the special touch of coffee and a treat being provided and enjoyed the in door ice maker for cold drinks. . I miss the quiet early morning coffee on the lanai with the birds and beautiful view- a far view of the ocean as well. This is the fourth stay for us at Grand Champions and this unit was by far the most comfortable!

My family and I have stayed all over Maui in multiple locations and condos, this one is by far the nicest and best maintained. Not to mention the location is just spectacular, with mountain and ocean view. Super quiet, beautiful community, and walking distance to some delicious restaurants, cafe's, beach, and shops at wailea. Owner was super considerate, nice and gave really clear instructions. I would highly recommend this unit overall.
