You have dramatic ocean views and can walk right out your living room sliding doors to the beach, pool and BBQ’s from this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay! Located on the beach level just 30 yards from the sandy beach and 50 yards from the pool! It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean, pool and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night! The sandy beach is just 45 yards from the villa and the pool and BBQs are just 10 yards in front of the villa!

The bay itself is beautiful - wonderful swimming and snorkeling. We were amazed at all of the amenities available - boogie boards, snorkels, fins, towels, chairs - everything we needed and more. The surrounding area provides plenty of hiking, horseback riding and golf. We also loved being able to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's gym (for a fee). It's a quick and beautiful drive to Haleʻiwa, Sharks Cove and Waimea Falls. Also, loved the detailed instructions on how to get there!

This time we brought the whole family and rented two adjoining villas (105 and 106), a studio for my husband annd I and a three bedroom villa for our three young adult kids. We were afraid they wouldn’t find enough to do at Turtle Bay, but I think they had a lovely time, and I know my husband and I did. The kids snorkeled, swam, went mountain bike riding, made new friends at the pool, etc. My daughter and I went to the spa at the resort hotel. We ate at most of the restaurants at the resort, our favorite being the Beach Club by Roy Yamaguchi.The villas were clean, beautiful, right at the beach and pool, and had every possible amenity. We had a little problem with having enough hot water in the larger unit, but they sent someone out right away to address the problem. Every bedroom had its own tv, plus a large tv in the common area, so everyone was happy with entertainment.We would definitely return for a third visit!

My wife and I took the bed and our college age daughters took the sofa bed, both very comfortable. Great location being in close proximity to the beach, pool, and BBQ, all of which we used frequently by walking out the patio door. Having direct access to the grounds gave the villa a spacious feel. When making the decision to book the unit, we had concerns about being on the lower level, fearing noise and heavy resort pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk just feet from the room. Upon arrival we saw that the whole villa area was entry controlled so only residents have access, providing a safe and peaceful environment. The villa came as advertised with no surprises, and everything as expected. We used the galley kitchen (which had everything needed) to prepare the many meals that we enjoyed on the patio while having a world class view. Well protected from the occasional rain shower, we were able to pretty much live outside on the patio when we were "home".Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again without reservation.

The place is very nicely done and in a wonderful location. The communication was not the best. I had asked if I could get an early checkin since their checkin and check out hours are a bit outside the standard, but I did not get a reply. Another standard that was missing is coffee. That's pretty common in a short term rental and since there is not a store near by, it really should be provided.

This condo is in the perfect location! It was very clean, organized and had everything we needed and more. We explored all the walkable beaches and the little towns were close and many foods trucks near. The hotel is close enough to enjoy the amenities but far enough that you don’t feel the hussle and bussle of a hotel feeling. The pool, bbq and near by grass lawn and beach were perfect for our family of 4. It was never crowded and there was plenty of grounds people walking around making sure everything was clean and I’m working order. I would definitely come and stay again. We had a great vacation!

It was a sweet set up and I was pleased with how clean and comfortable the villa was. The outdoor patio was perfectly situated and close to both the beach and to a pool. We used the outdoor grill one night for our steak dinner. The parking space for the unit was very close to the unit, which was convenient. The only disappointment was that the washing machine was out of order during my entire stay. We did call the customer service and they let us know that a part was on order. Fortunately, I had family in the neighboring villa and I was able to use their washing machine during my stay.

Here are the highlights: View of the ocean from our patio; easy walk to beach and pool; lots of beach & snorkeling gear provided; beach was lovely, pool too; easy walk to the resort which offered free & fee fun things to do like, dining, surfing lessons, sunset yoga, ukulele lessons, sunset cocktails, spa treatments, sunset horseback riding. Lots of other nearby beaches to explore, including Shark’s Cove (snorkeling & turtles) and Laniakea (more turtles).Gina & Vincent were a pleasure to rent from. Everything was perfect.North shore is a terrific vacation spot an Gina’s Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay is the perfect base.

It was clear that the A/C was not working and the cleaning /opening crew had to know it. I called the maintenance man via the phone number provided. No answer. I left a message and received a text later that the maintenance man was out of state and clearly knew that there was an A/C switch problem, instructed me via text to reset it, finally got it working but it never worked right the whole time we were there. Later, I spoke with the owner , a nice guy who was also out of state . By then, I discoVered that the safe did not work, the side door to another unit would not lock. The absent owner had them fixed the next day, but the A/C never really worked right. By then, we noted the bleach stains on the rug, the threadbare towels and accepted the fact that this stay was going to be less than expected. Save your money and stay somewhere else on this beautiful property.

Our second time back and we loved it even more then the first. 105 is super clean and perfect location near pool, barbecue, and ocean. Sat for hours on our lanai looking at the ocean, birds, peacocks. Shave Ice just a few minutes away at the Rainbow House. Definite must! All our meals from Lei Lei's. Walking on the shore and discovering Kawela Bay, WOW! The snorkeling is the best, just a few steps away. And time in the pool and hot tub after. Thank you for AMAZING memories!

I was a little worried about the studio layout with the kids but it worked out perfectly. I also really liked that we were on the ground level which let my 2.5 year old play on the grass while we relaxed on the lanai. The location was extremely close to the pool and the beach which gave us a lot of flexibility in activities and was probably my favorite aspect of this rental. The place itself was very nice and clean with everything you would need. The only downfall of this place was there wasn’t a dishwasher and there was minimal counter space but that’s a trade off I’d be happy to make again for the quality of this rental and the awesome location for kids

We would relax on the patio and walk to the beach that is only forty yards away. The golf course clubhouse is only about a three minute drive. Security was always walking the grounds and the grounds were well kept. The property management company was very accommodating with the pandemic issues. The only issue (this was our fault) was that we bought too much food that needed to be refridgerated and the refridgerator is only half size.

Our mornings were spent on the lanai watching the winter swells roll in, nice cove beach, and gated community property with several amenities, though COVID had restrictions on most. We would visit again, after the hotel construction is completed.

We can't say enough about the unit itself, the location and of course the North Shore. The unit was beautiful, well kept and located right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. It was hard to leave! It is conveniently located on the beach (if you don't want to leave the resort) but also within a few minute drive to the other amazing beaches of North Shore. We will absolutely be back!

We have a 1 year old so it was great to be on the 1st floor and walk out the lanai to the pool or bay. A small bummer was the room. The stove top didn’t work well. We kept having to flip a breaker. And the tv remote doesn’t work unless the credenza door is open...kind of ghetto. So the room itself isn’t amazing but the location is worth every penny.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed an amazing vacation on the North Shore, using three of the Ocean Villas as our comfortable, user-friendly, beautifully located home base. This was a high stakes holiday for us, in that we were treating our large family to what we hoped would be a dream vacation - and it met every expectation and more. The very private pool area was one of favourite gathering spots. The beach just steps from the villas was fantastic for reading (using the provided chairs and umbrellas), swimming (quiet protective cove) and snorkeling (colourful reef fish and even a few turtles). The adjacent Turtle Bay Resort was the perfect place to gather at sunset for a drink at The Point - the amazing colours augmented by late day surfers and live music. It also provided an array of activities - we enjoyed surfing, golfing, segway tours and biking the many trails, as well as a lovely spa. Great restaurants within walking distance - we loved Roy's and Lei Lei's. Close proximity to many other beaches, food trucks, grocery stores, Waimea Valley(Toa Luau is a must!). We spent our last day in Waikiki and were so glad we had spent our vacation on the North Shore in comparison. Our hosts were easy and friendly to work with, from phone calls to emails - they were prompt and concerned with our stay. We had an AC issue and they responded as quickly and effectively as was possible, solving the problem as soon as they could. The onsite staff was friendly - in fact everyone we came into contact with was very warm and made us feel welcome. The villas are very spacious - large living room and kitchen area and have so many amenities that we really wanted for nothing. We used the bbq area a lot and even though there are only two, we never had to wait. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were nice and although a bit of wear and tear on the furniture, all was clean and comfortable. This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We absolutely loved it!

The shower smelled of mold and there was visible mold in the cracks. The toilet bowel had a dirty ring which we had to wipe out with the toilet brush. The coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned and had sludge in the bottom. We swept the floor after feeling sand all over and ended up with a dust pan full of it. We had to wipe down all the wood and cushions on the patio furniture to remove bird droppings.

This is our 3rd time to turtle bay and first time not staying in the main hotel bungalows. The rental was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a king sized bed instead of the queen but we made due! The location was great for pool and beach access. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai for coffee in the morning and being greeted by the peacock family. This is a great spot for families as there are mostly groups or families staying near by. I’m not sure my hubby and I would come back here alone (as we like to have a little more privacy) but would definitely bring the kiddos. It was nice to have the well appointed kitchen, although we really only cooked breakfast, but had everything we needed to cook full meals if we wanted to. The safe was also inoperative so we weren’t able to use that, but felt like the condo was pretty secure over all. Overall a great little spot. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Great view, great location, and great amenities. There’s a smart TV where you can log in to your streaming accounts, I just wish we could figure out how to use the surround sound because the TV speakers weren’t the best. Beautiful walk-out patio with ocean view, we even had peacocks visit us most days. I love that it was a walkout but you couldn’t lock the sliding door behind you. So it was really just for sitting instead of using it as an exit to go to the beach. The kitchen was great and had tons of dish-ware and kitchen utensils. Just remember to buy your own oil/butter to cook with. FYI there’s also no dishwasher in the studio villa. Bathroom and laundry were great as well.

The location was great. Steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the miles of walking trails that are part of Turtle Bay. And it’s easy to visit the west and east side of the island. The villa was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Our mornings were spent on the lanai watching the winter swells roll in, nice cove beach, and gated community property with several amenities, though COVID had restrictions on most. We would visit again, after the hotel construction is completed.

The small studio is dated and in deed of an update. The floor was not clean and the carpet is very dirty. Several light bulbs were out and the property manager did not come replace as promises. The property was not equipped with working flash light and when the power went out we were in darkness for several hours. I would not recommend thja property nor these listings managed by this property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Email communication was great with property management and they were receptive to a phone call prior to our trip. A few small issues detracted only ever so slightly (safe and garbage disposal didn't work, bedding sheets could have been a little nicer) however I'm sure they would have been remedied if I had elected to call maintenance, however I didn't want to sacrifice the time. I would happily return to the same rental without hesitation in the future. It's a beautiful spot and they made it easy through Vrbo.

Beautiful, comfortable, and tranquil accommodation for this youthful Senior couple. All imaginable amenities. Especially appreciated features were large washer/ dryer, well-appointed kitchen, roomy walk-in closet, spacious living area, large bathroom. Not at all the typical cramped studio. Gracious and roomy. Immaculate too! Excellent, prompt, friendly, detailed communication with the Liottas. Most seductive feature was the lanai, with that gorgeous beach and water view and the darling cardinal birds who visited. Fun people watching too, yet felt very private. We are VRBO veterans of many luxury properties, and Four Seasons veterans, and this property met all our demanding criteria. Another great yet not often noted feature: the unit is well insulated. This is a dense condo complex , yet noise from neighbors was minimal. SO much to explore along the dramatic North Shore. We barely scratched the surface! We’ll be back, next time w/ 3 gen family in tow. Finally, don’t miss the ribs at Lei Leis. Like none other.

Stayed two weeks. First week we got married at Turtle Bay. Second week was our honeymoon. The villas were absolutely perfect for both occasions. We will be back next year!
