Over all condo was perfect and location was as well. Ground floor and pool view was very nice as well. BBQ area for public is was all new BBQs and close to the condo . My only request for the condo to maybe have is some Tommy Bahama beach chairs as they are easy to carry and nice for the beach. Other than that they did have some full size beach chairs which worked well and good .The entire place had a Christmas pot luck dinner , where everyone who signed up brought a dish or two . Was actually fun and a perfect set up and opportunity to have Xmas dinner and meet some people . 5 stars . Would for sure stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ally’s condo. It was the perfect location for exploring Maui. We LOVED the location, right off the beach. The beach right by Ally’s is very popular for sunset, and we had a front row seat every day. The condo itself is minimalist, which was fine for us as we were rarely there. It had everything we needed to serve as a home base. Breakfast places and grocery were all in walking distance. We had many of dinners in Wailea, which was a very close drive. Definitely recommend this place as a budget friendly option if traveling to Maui.

The host was really wonderful to work with. She made everything smooth and easy, and went above and beyond. The unit was clean and close to the pool and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed several sunsets and boogie boarding and lounging...exactly why we went to Maui in the first place! I would highly recommend the unit. The handful of restaurants nearby were great. I even took a surf lesson right down the street and had a blast. Thank you Ally!

The condo was very warm and inviting. It was the perfect size for kicking back and relaxing. The view from the lanai was beautiful and very fragrant. We loved sitting out there in the morning while enjoying our coffee. The kitchen was well equipped and the location of the barbecue was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely look at staying here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, it was clean, modern and well equipped. It was nice overlooking the pool and it is a great pool. We like the vicinity of the condo close to the most beautiful beaches, eateries and shops. The only down side for us was no laundry but it was just a few steps to the Kai Nani laundry which was fine.

Great location! The pool looked great, didn’t get a chance to use it since the big blue pool across the street kept calling. There were soon ants in the kitchen, this is Hawaii so it was expected, kept our food in fridge or closed containers.

The location was great, across the street from the beach, and very quiet. The condo was everything we needed and expected. It was comfortable and we would stay here again if we go back to Maui. We did not contact the property manager as we had no issues. The communication before we arrived was perfect and included everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very convenient to everything and so easy to use. The pool is a few steps away and the beach is across the street - and many restaurants nearby. The condo complex is older but it is well cared for and the unit has been updated. Each morning the pool and pool area is cleaned and set to order, the lawns are watered and seeded. The lanai in this unit gets afternoon sun rather than morning sun. This unit is well appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and other beachy items which are all in good working order! The kitchen has everything needed to cook and some basic spices too! The unit has air conditioning in the bedroom and the living room and coming from Alaska this was important to us! The walk in shower is really nice too. There is a great little stock of books and lots of little extras that make Ally's place so convenient and easy. This place is a great stay for the price and we talked to people who return to this condo complex year after year because it is so convenient. It is not a fancy resort but it is a really great value for the price!

This condo unit is a hidden gem. It is perfectly located next to the beach, pool, and several wonderful restaurants. The pictures online do not do the unit justice! It is gorgeous inside and also has a wonderful balcony with views of the pool and part of the ocean. We had such a wonderful time and wish we stayed longer! Thanks for having us.

This was a an beautiful condo in a perfect location facing the pool, 2 minutes walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The condo was stuck with all the nessesry items from cooking, cleaning items and having the best time on the beach. We are definitely booking this place again for our next trip.

This unit was very accommodating to my family. They had everything you needed for a small family (including a 10 month old). All beaches very extremely accessible and the unit include items for you to use at the beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I purchase rental of this property as a surprise for my son & his new bride. They completely enjoyed the condo and the location. They said if they had do-overs they would even spend more time cooking there and enjoying the property.

This was a great location and had plenty of space for the two of us. It was also pretty quiet even though it was right next to the pool. We didn't spend too much time at the condo but Ally made everything super easy for us and really went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience.

Property was across the street from Kamole Beach 2, close to popular restaurants and easy access to the hiway leading to the Road to Hana and Haleakala Summit. Owner provided beach chairs/towels, umbrella and an ice chest for our daily visits to the beach. Although we didn’t get the opportunity to cook, the kitchen was well stocked, ready for cooking and baking. The lanai was perfect for drinking our morning coffee and for evening relaxation. It is a very quiet complex. We had a chance to visit an open house at the complex and our unit definitely had many upgrades like two A/C units, the walk-in shower. The kitchen appears to have been remodeled. We would highly recommend this property and hope it’s available the next time we visit.

7th trip to the KKN omplex, Ally's unit 147 was the cleanest and best equipped we've had. Kitchen is great, can cook full meals easily. AC units top notch. Location overlooking pool and view of ocean were amazing perks. Hope to stay at this one again. Owner Ally was very attentive when we couldn't find the tv remotes - she called us right away. Kids on pull out couch worked, but as an adult it wouldn't be great. Overall an outstanding stay.

Outstanding location - next to many shops, restaurants and the complex is located just cross the street to the beach. The view from the lanai is lovely. The condo is clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

This condo is just what everyone would want, we think! Great location overlooking pool and plumerias with ocean view in distance. Very quiet at night! Wonderful patio for breakfast, etc. Great sunset viewing from beautiful beach just across the street. Clean and updated one bedroom, one bath unit. Fully stocked with everything you might need. Walking distance to shops, a great General Store and 7 different restaurants. We really loved this spot and hope to return again very soon!!

Location: This was a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation in Maui. One of my favorite things about the location is the fact Kamaole II is just a short walk away as it is right across the street. Kamaole is one of my favorite beaches (soft stretches of white sand with shower/restroom/lifeguard) and a great place to do a sunset bbq. If you like Kihei, I definitely say location wise, this is great.
Place: people at the office front desk are very nice and helpful. The place was as advertised with a spacious enough kitchen and nice pluses like coolers, snorkeling gear, and beach umbrellas and chairs that were in pretty good shape. Plenty of utensils and dishware and a small dishwasher, though everything else seems like it depends on what people left behind. TV was big and AC worked great. There was a view of the pool, though honestly I kept the blinds closed since I preferred privacy and the beach is so close I never went to the pool.
All in all, I would stay here again.

I was fortunate to find this lovely condo for a rather short notice 4-night stay. I arrived at night you et it was easy to get in and get settled. It was very clean and in good repair. The furniture was very comfortable and functional. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with ample pots, pans, utensils and eating ware. The refrigerator is newer and kept food appropriately cold. The bed was comfy. There were ample linens provided, including beach towels! The lanai was nicely furnished. I appreciated the ground level - the view provided a nice sense of space. I would gladly stay here again. And - it is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The beach is right across the street.

I have been vacationing in the same neighborhood of Kihei for several years now and this condo is definitely one of the best places I have been.
The unit has a lovely lanai with a long chair and a small dining table where we enjoyed coffee in the morning shade and dinner in the evening breeze. The sun exposure is also great and being just above the pool, it receives always some breeze and offers a partial view of the ocean.
The condo is clean and the furniture is comfortable ; it is supplied with everything you need, including plenty of gear for the beach. Being at the ground floor would be ideal for elders. The complex is quiet and well kept. It has a good size pool, which is a great alternative to windy days at the beach.
The beach down the street is great for everyone, and offers good snorkeling opportunities with turtles passing by close to shore.
During our stay the dishwasher was not working, but the owner informed us ahead of time explaining that the new one was ordered and would arrive about 4 weeks after our departure., which is understandable being a special size machine. This was not a problem for us, but someone could think otherwise.
The only reason why I do not give the 5 stars is that the unit does not have a private washer/dryer but you have to use the common laundry room with coins operated machines. I had some negative experiences with these machines, mostly because you never know what other people wash in there and sometimes I ended up with clothing smelly or stained, as it happened this time.
All in all I do highly recommend this unit and the owner is also great to deal with!

Beautiful unit, so convenient to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything from a juicer to food processor. We loved the decor. It would have been perfect if a washer and dryer were in the unit but the laundry room is close by if we needed it

This condo is in a great location, within the complex. Beautiful sunsets & view of the pool. Really comfortable furniture & handy A/C (top of the line)! Our comfy setting was around 80(when/if needed). The unit is positioned perfect for the always welcomed trade winds. Lots of happy hours/restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Fantastic weather, not a drop of rain during our extended stay. Great beaches EVERYWHERE!! We've been staying in the KKN Complex for 6 years now, but the first time in this unit. This unit is in a perfect location AND very quiet for sleeping (very important)! Also; steps to the pool & laundry facilities. The owners were amazing for a quick response time, for any questions. Really nice people!!As we all say - there's a time when the vacation endsUnfortunately we head home to rain - SO, YES we'll be back!!!Thanks again for a wonderful stayK & G (Canada)
