Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jet skiing, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)

Condos are professionally managed and maintained. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais and will result in loss of the security deposit.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Unclean, unsafe and unkept. Broken dishwasher. Broken refrigerator. Broken Master Bedroom bed. Broken light fixtures. Ants. Mold on the ceiling in the living area. Nails and staples coming out of walls. Marijuana cigarette remnants left on the Master Bedroom balcony. No central air. Two extremely loud window air conditioning units. A/C units much too small for the space. Second bedroom had no A/C unit making it uncomfortable for my children to sleep. One of the neighbors was a tobacco smoker so there was often a nasty smell on the balconies. Filthy. I mean disgustingly filthy. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself. Did I mention the outrageous cleaning fee? We paid upfront but were told refunds would have to be requested after our stay by email. We wanted to leave immediately. I contacted Hawaiian Vacation Properties (HVP) numerous times. My concerns were disregarded. Staying here made our trip far less enjoyable than it should have been, especially for the cost. I have lots of photographs. I don’t see a place to post them. I will never stay at another HVP. I would never recommend them. I had to give them 1 star but that is because it provided basic shelter.

Awesome views and great location. Central to everything. Parking valet is a little inconvenient, but other that the property was great overall. Could use some updated kitchen knives and utensils overall. Sliding doors were not fully closing and walls are very thin. Overall still a great place to stay and enjoy Waikiki.

Nice location in Honolulu for beach access. We used the kitchen almost every morning instead of waiting in line for coffee and breakfast at restaurants. Really enjoyed our property to relax in after a day out.

We loved the condo. It was very accurately marketed. We appreciated the boogie boards, cooler bag and beach chairs provided. Only issue was the cleaning fee and then there was so much dust on the tv stand I could write my name in it.
