A great central base situated so close to Kuhio Ave stores, restaurants, and bus stops (Target coming soon just around the corner). Easy walk to the Kalakaua shops and beach and 30 min walk to Ala Moana mall. Parking space, kitchen, and beach gear (incl cooler) all very convenient. 2 elevators serve building and were normally reasonably quick (our last day 1 was out of service). Comfortable bed. Small but all we needed.

We love the location of Marine Surf , it’s central to everything- beach , restaurant & shopping . Having an allocated car space is also fantastic. We’ve stayed in this ( & others) unit before - it’s very clean & there are some handy things - proper beach towels , beach chairs , a laundry card . It seemed a little noisier this time & my husband had to reprop the bed frame , which is broken , The bed itself is comfortable, but the base needs to be replaced or properly fixed . Would happily stay again , had a great trip

The condo was well kept and clean. there was in issue with the key fob to get into the condo at check in but the staff there were very helpful and the owner was quick to response and solve the issue and i look forward to staying there in the future

This condo is close to everything. Really enjoyed having a reserved parking spot which was close to the elevator. It was nice having a well equipped kitchen to cook some meals. Definitely would recommend!

The studio had everything we needed with a full kitchen and bath and comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Location is everything and we were right in the heart of Waikiki. We could walk everywhere! Restaurants, shopping all, beaches, all within 5 - 10 min walk. The owners/management were lightning speed in responding to all of my questions/concerns. We would definitely book this studio again!

PROS: Great location close to restaurants and beach. Clean and comfortable Plenty of linens Nice kitchen area with plenty of cookware and dishes for two people Good value CONS: Restaurant on adjacent street was noisy due to bands playing in the evening but the a/c unit drowned out most of the noise Unable to use laundry because a smart card that you need to get from quiosk near mailboxes was out of cards Would definitely recommend

The checkin process is real easy. The unit is next to the elevator and the parking stall is next to the basement elevator as well. Only had issue with slow drain in the shower and sink but I use the plunger and was able to fix it. Overall, completely satisfied and looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Honolulu.

We’ve stayed here before and really like the closeness of this unit to the beach. There’s many choices close by for eating out. Parking is a bonus and there’s a nice view from the lanai. We were able to cook our breakfast everyday in the kitchen & eat reasonably because of making a Costco stop. The full size fridge is nice to have. We requested an item from Mark and it was promptly dropped off for us. Thanks for a nice stay, Dicki

Mixed property between vacation rentals and owners living. While Our dollar for value was what we expected we found a couple obstacles during our stay. -Only one access key was provided, so we couldn’t come and go separately. -Laundry was not well explained and another guest helped us find where to load the “cash card” to operate machines. -

The location of the property is fantastic in the heart of Waikiki. The condo was nice and clean but we did notice a bug in the bathroom during our stay. Couldn't tell if it was a cockroach. The price was good and the check-in was easy and owner's representative was very nice. We did have a couple of problems that judging from other comments should have been addressed. The toilet did not work for us too and we had to open the tank and fiddle with the flush valve. Also the part that I found unacceptable was the sliding door to the balcony was in desperate need of repair. The door required so much force to open and close that my wife couldn't do it. The closet door came off the sliding track and fell out but I was able to reattach it. The condo needs a little TLC but overall it was decent.
