We had a wonderful stay! Loved that we had a free parking space there which saved us a lot of money. Beautiful view of the mountains and just a few short blocks walk to the beach. Loved the convenience of the kitchen also!

Bedroom lanai door does not lock. Inside shower curtain smelled musty and warm water pressure flow in shower was minimal. Cold water pressure was fine. Maybe something to do with hot water pipe/valve?

The Location is not only super, it’s really great! Is it near to the Waikiki Beach (5Min. Walk), but the crockery was sticky and the interior furnishing is old.

We had to book this place last minute. The check in process was good. Free parking was great. The resort is pretty tired and old but the elevators were efficient and the location was good. The view from the balcony was a good view of the mountains. One huge downside was the air conditioner. It was so loud, clanking and popping all night long. We had to have it on too because there weren't screens on the doors or windows. The shower head was messed up and the water pressure was not great either. Other than that it was good for what we needed.

We were very satisfied with the rental. Good location for us. Property manager was very helpful for us. Very quick to respond. The unit was quite well equipped. The only down side was that the kitchen was not very clean. The doors and handles on the cupboards were quite greasy as wee as stove knobs and range hood.

Centrally located, parking is a great perk. If you are predominantly a pool swimmer you may not like this location as the pool is mainly shaded. We are more ocean swimmers and it was a quick walk to the beach.

If you are on vacation for a week, this is a fantastic location a couple blocks South of the beach and also right next to one of the nicest parks in Waikiki. That said, I would not recommend this for extended stays (over 2 weeks) as the building is undergoing heavy maintenance and we had water interruptions, fire alarms that required us to go down 12 flights of stairs in the evening with our 12 month old, and the air quality coming out of the aircon was making my family sick. I would highly recommend the management property management company however. They were extremely responsive to any questions / concerns we had and addressed all issues within their control immediately.

Great and very clean apartment, great location. Free parking is a huge privilege.Very disappointed w the renovation of the hallways that started on the 5th day of our vacation. Nobody let us know about that coming. Lots of noise from the outside. Host did offer other apartments in the building but those didn't fit our needs.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was walking distance to the beach and most everything. We also liked the balcony, and watching the sunrise. The pool was never crowded. The condo itself was comfortable and furnished very nice/upscale.

The unit was very clean, and stocked with just about everything we needed - basic utensils, glasses, plates, cookware etc. The location was great - only a couple blocks down to the beach and main street and within a reasonable walking distance to lots of restaurants, beach bars etc. We loved being so close to everything! AC worked really well (and was to come home to after a long day in the sun), and it was handy having a little pool in the building for a quick dip after a long day. Byron, the property manager, was excellent! Responsive, timely, and super helpful with suggestions and local knowledge. He came right away when the wifi wasn't working and was thorough in making sure the issue was properly fixed. Our only side notes - the unit is not as upscale as the pictures suggest - it is functional and clean which worked well for our purposes but a little more basic/older than expected which is fairly typical for vacation rentals. Laminate "granite look" counters, some wear in the bathroom etc. The pictures were accurate but perhaps a bit outdated. We would stay here again anyways but would adjust our expectations a little. The pillows were also really uncomfortable - lumpy, and so soft that they offered no support whatsoever. There is lots of extras so we were able to make do, but would suggest the unit purchase newer pillows to improve the otherwise excellent experience.
