Condos are professionally managed and maintained. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in our condos or lanais and will result in loss of the security deposit.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, closet doors would benefit from maintenance (always coming off track) as well as blinds(missing blades). Overall rental was a 4 1/2, may want to consider liquid hand soap and upgraded toilet paper. Never had time to cook or watch tv, but all needed items were there. Would look at renting again.

I booked this property based on previous reviews which were all pretty good. However I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Yes, it is old and dated but it could use a serious deep cleaning. The floors were quite dirty in some areas and the rug could use a good steam cleaning. As well, the hide a bed was very uncomfortable and noisy with every slight movement. King bed was fine and linens were clean. The condo had what we needed although we didn’t do any cooking in there. The location is good with a really nice beach a short walk a way.

Large kitchen and bathroom, everything supplied but the food. The condo has island feel and so nice. Bed super comfortable and the lanai, fabulous! Had a great dinner at the rooftop restaurant, there is a more casual restaurant on ground floor as well as shops and a great convenience store. All staff I met were super courteous. Been to Oahu 8 times, but this is the one I'm coming back to.

Was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room was! Thank you to our host for supplying us with the necessities until we were able to shop. Everything was so clean and inviting!
We had a great view of the water, the pool and of any festivities they had at certain times.
This was a family vacation and so my daughter and I shared the king size bed and one night my 2 granddaughters stayed and slept comfortably on the sofa couch. Plenty of room for family of 4.
When we were in our room (which wasn’t that often)…the AC kept us nice and cool. The patio blinds could use a little TLC but all in all, it didn’t take away from our wonderful stay here.
Everything is within walking distance and there is easy access to the bus for transportation.
Markets, restaurants, coffee shops all so close!
If we ever make it back to Hawaii…I’m hoping to stay here again!!

Condo was pretty much exactly as represented. Would have appreciated a small supply of coffee to get us thru the first AM. Nothing stocked in kitchen other than salt and pepper.

Same floor has coin laundry, 2nd floor has nice pool, also nice restaurant, pancakes&Cofee shop, yummy icecream, and very close to walk to the beach. stress free entrance and go to the room.
2 Abc marts close by, food groceries store near by, nice local food restaurant close by.
Hawaiian(samoan's) favorite sweet 'Pani PoPo' has 2nd floor.it was so yummy!
Bed lines were clean and king size nice firm bed!we love it!

A lovely wonderful condo with beautiful relaxing tropical decor. We loved the bar stools that complimented the condo with comfort and cushions. The king size bed was very comfortable. The couch was queen size. The furniture and TV were just the right touch. Our kitchen was large enough for 2 or more to work in with great appliances. Our bathroom was a good size with a wonderful shower and a shower head that you could take off or lower. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. Our lanai had a beautiful tall table with the tall chairs to see over the railing and a beautiful flower arrangement. We spent many nights having a drink or snack looking out on the Pacific Ocean watching the sunsets and rainbows. The mornings, we ate our breakfast viewing the many colors of the ocean, regattas going out of sailboats, long boats, parasailing and more. We were within walking distance of Waikiki and Ala Moana Beaches. We could pick up any bus to anywhere on the island as well as tours outside the Ilikai. We loved all the shops (yes we shopped and ate at them all) within the ilikai. We also loved that we could walk to any of the many restaurants and shops around the Ilikai. The people we worked with to book this condo were great to work with on anything. We hope to come back again.

Very clean and great location. Firm comfortable king bed. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels.
Bathroom was older but totally functional.
Keyless entry was very convenient.
The hotel had a good coffee shop and restaurant and also a general store for food, drink and other misc items.

Excellent location and view from the lanai. Comfy chairs and stools for eating on the lanai. The bed is great, but the pullout couch is not very comfortable. Not very well stocked: ran out of dishwasher pods, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. No salt, pepper, cooking oil, or kitchen scissors. Good value for the location, though. Take a short walk to Magic Beach to escape the crowds of Waikiki.
