We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. The slack key show at the Napili Kai is starting back up. The natural beauty of Kapalua remains! Lets come with the utmost respect and support the locals. Aloha !

Perfect location in Kapalua Golf Villas with unobstructed views! We enjoyed our week long stay. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beach towels & chairs, cooler, etc. also provided. This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and my needs, and the communication throughout the entire experience was just right. The condo had all the amenities needed, in addition to beach supplies (snorkels, chairs, etc). This was our first time in Maui and based on traveling around to other towns on the island, Kapalua was the perfect destination to call home for our week+ long trip. Thanks for the great experience - we look forward to visiting on our next trip.

We had a great trip to Maui. Overall, the place was really nice. The location was great, the views were awesome, and we had lots of birds come visit us on the balcony! The furniture was different then in the picture as there is not a sectional sofa. That said, the leather sofa was fine and comfortable. MyperfectStay was responsible and got back to us when we had some comments and needs and we appreciated how they handled everything...super professional and they checked in on us via email to ensure we were good. The place could use a few appliance upgrades like the vacuum is from 1950 and the pantry does not have some of the other normal appliances like rice cooker etc but again, we would definitely stay in this unit again as it was cosy, safe, and was amazing to see whales from our balcony terrace. not sure it gets much better!! Thanks again!

We very much enjoyed our time at Dr Ken's condo. It is a quiet spot, with nice views, and nice amenities. If you're looking for a busy beach scene, with restaurants and a boardwalk, this isn't it. Zac at My Perfect Stays was very good to work with. Enjoy yourself!

Aloha, I had a great time during my stay at Ken's golf villa! Not only is the place filled with aloha spirit through decorations and cleanliness but the staff was lovely & helpful. The views were unbeatable! Very quiet and relaxing location with views of the golf course, Napali town and neighbouring islands. Ken's villa was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Aloha! Its been a while since we've been back to Maui but this trip was a blast! From snorkelling with turtles in Kapalua Bay to hiking in Haleakala to sailing to Lanai with Trilogy Excursions we had a blast, and always had our gorgeous Kapalua Golf Villa to return to! The view and amenities are amazing, they even put a mini blender in for personal size yummy smoothies! We'll be back for sure!

We can't say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.

This beautifully appointed condo is absolutely perfect! A quiet stay with a fantastic view of the ocean sunsets every evening in a very high end neighborhood . Everything you need to feel at home . So many thoughtful amenities. The stay includes a shuttle that will take you pretty much everywhere you need to go including the market , different beaches and to some of the best restaurants on the island . We love Kapalua /Napili Bay /Flemmings Beach and we were able to use the shuttle for all of them ! There is also all the equipment you need for the beach! Snorkeling gear, chairs , umbrella , cooler . Just make your sandwiches, call the shuttle and head out! We would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui.

Great condo for two people. Sleeps four but pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Not on ground floor so expect several steps to climb and descend. Great view. Covered lanai.

Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo itself had plenty of space and included updated finishes. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views of the golf course and distant ocean were amazing. However, despite the upscale nature of the neighborhood, the amount of noise from adjacent condo units was very distracting and had a negative impact on our ability to fully relax. Unfortunately, the lanai for this unit is not as private as others have said and you can easily hear people having loud conversations. In addition, we found the nearby pool area to be crowded most of the time and quite noisy as well. If you're looking for peace and tranquility during your visit to Maui, this property may not be a good option.

This can be an excellent rental if the owner does what is needed. The location is excellent, the unit is nicely constructed, and the property manager was exceptionally responsive (thank you Zac). But, when the A/C doesn’t work and cockroaches make you move, there is only so much you can do as a manager. With investment, this unit can be returned to what it probably was - a very high quality property. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that for us.

My family and I had a very nice stay in this condo. The view is amazing, those huge windows which all had nice shades on them. Kitchen is an amazing space, we both like cooking. The pull out couch is quite spacious and very comfortable. I personally found it slightly more comfy than the bed even! Kitchen has pretty nice pots and pans, utensils etc. My only comment where improvement could be made and its very minor is would be more towels, in the kitchen and for the pool or beach would be nice and more convenient. Plenty in the bathrooms, newer and nice quality. It was just hard coming from the beach and going to the pool with wet towels. Four were provided and we were a family of four. Condo is excellent and being close to the store was very nice!

The condo has a perfect view, is within a 20 minute walk to multiple beaches and is right on the Bay golf course. It was very quiet, the complex and pools were immaculate and the condo was clean and comfortable. The property manager were great to work with and checked to make sure if there was anything we may need. They also responded promptly to a question we had. We would stay here again when we return to Kapalua.

The condo is beautiful and quietly situated on a golf course. The closest pool on the property was empty nearly every day and there were no loud families as you’d typically expect with a resort community stay, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Very close to old town Lahaina with a 15 minute drive which was great for dining and shopping. Overall with our travels across the island, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in at the villas again. You won’t find a quieter or more serene area!

This unit is at the end of a quite condo complex and is super quiet with really nice views of the golf course, ocean and Molokai. We saw lots of whales in the distance from the lanai in mid January. The unit was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The place was wonderful with lovely view of the ocean. We had a magical time in Maui. We walked everyday to Kapalua Bay to snorkel. We walked every night through my favorite part of Maui. The place has everything you need: complete snorkel equipment and beach chairs for a family of four. There was 2 coolers and an umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We brought an air twin mattress because a sofa bed's is too small for my two adult children. The staff at My Perfect Stays at my Kapalua Golf Villas for wonderful bringing extra bedding, a pen, and numbers for a taxi when our rental car did not start on the morning of our departure. I would stay here again and hope to return. For eating I recommend Joey's Kitchen and The Honolulu Store - minutes away. I also recommend Leoda's Kitchen and Pie Shop. You can call and pick up as you drive back to Kapalua. I highly recommend this place!!

We had a wonderful stay!!! The views from the lanai are spectacular. We loved the location. We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Kapalua Ridge and Kapalua Bay Villa's in previous visits to Maui. This was our first at the Golf Villa's and hands down this particular unit was our favorite view. We also love the location of this unit. It is the last group of units adjacent to and just below Pineapple Hill (an exclusive gated community). It is also a top unit (one flight of outdoor stairs) which is desirable. It was also a quiet unit. As for the space: This unit is ideal for a couple. Our teenage son slept in the pull-out sofa which was just fine. It would also be adequate for a family of four with two young children. The two full bathrooms are renovated and nice as the photos suggest. The kitchen is also renovated as the photos suggest. We will miss our morning walks through the Cook Pines and in front of the Montage and adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. We will also greatly miss our breakfast on the lanai and the views of the cook Pines, the ocean and Molakai off in the distance. The perspective (view) is incredible from this unit. We very much look forward to returning and would stay at this property again.

Great looking property with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was a personal grill, but the pools had public grills. Nice ocean view over the golf course lands. Each condo had its own assigned parking. Napili Market is close by, for grocery shopping, and there are a few good beaches within a few minutes of driving.
