Had a great stay. The room was as described, it was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, the sunset view was incredible, and the location made several restaurants quite accessible.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Easy check-in. Good communication. Great location. Everything in the room worked and kitchen was quite well fitted with cutlery, plates, pots, etc. A few items felt tired and the room could benefit from some minor maintenance but overall very good value

The maid was still in the unit at the check-in time. That's not good. Maybe we rushed her. The place was dirty. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. Coffee residue in mugs. Floor was dirty. Trash underneath the sofa. Really?

I was traveling with a 78 year old family friend & Veteran. that wanted to tour Pearl Harbor. The room code & instructions were sent to me so there was no check-in at the desk which was nice. The condo had everything we needed. We were on the 18th floor & the balcony view was of all the boats in Marina & Ocean. Absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with anything we needed. We decided to book the room one more night & it was available. We could easily walk to the ocean across the parking lot. Walk to stores & nearby restaurants. The on-site restaurant had delicious food, there was a 3 person band one night with Hula dancers, very fun ! There were no fireworks, due to Covid they were discontinued. We used Uber’s 1/2 the week & rented a car 1/2 the week & used Valet parking. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The Ilikai is a great location for staying in the Waikiki area. Its away from the incredible congestion of tha main area, but close enough if you want to go there. The lagoon fireworks were awesome! The beach by the lagoon is not as crowded as the rest of Waikiki. Plus, the Ala Moana beach is the best. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and the shower was wonderful. Would definitely recommend room and it's magnificent view.

Floors and some dishes were dirty, but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin my experience. Directions should’ve been more clear upon check-in about which building the condo was located. It left us with a lot of unnecessary walking with luggage. Room was HOT so we had no choice but to lower the A.C. beyond the stated “no lower than 72•” sign in the room. Thankfully we really didn’t stay in the room too much, so the rental served its purpose. Comfy bed, good water pressure. Would stay again for the price we paid (it was on special), but no more.
