Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Enjoyed our holiday at Ilikai. Spacious unit with amenities we needed for our family. Good view of marina from 11th floor. Condo needs some updating like the very loud primary air conditioner. It runs none stop and makes it hard to have conversations in living room and lanai. Some sleepless nights because of it. Stove knob broken on one burner. Slow drain in bathroom but luckily did not clog. We appreciated the beach chairs and bag for going to the beach. Overall Ilikai great property but feeling its age. Escalator and an elevator often not working. Wallpaper pealing off wall pooling to floor and no one seems to notice. Easy access to condo using door code. No desk check-in needed. Just go to your room. Thank you for great vacay.

Nice location. Beautiful views. The master bedroom tub was clogged and not drained prior to our arrival. I called the manager, they said they were sending someone to look at it. No one ever came. So the whole family of 6 just used the other shower.

The view is excellent overlooking marina/lagoon and wrap around to city.
The property was in decent shape....the kitchen and furniture was nice. The main issue we had was the A/C unit in the main area was extremely loud. They had it replaced while we were there but it was just as noisy as the initial one. I believe the unit is not high quality and the insulation needs to be thicker to eliminate the rattling. It was so loud we turned it off at night since you cannot sleep.

We absolutely loved the place! It was more then sufficient for the six of us. I will miss the fabulous view we enjoyed from early morning to late at night! The Ilikai was fully up and running and we were close to anything and everything we could have wanted to visit…especially the Pacific beach! Look no further…this has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous stay in Oahu.

Condo was dated but nice. Location was great. Had great views. Only negative was it was quite a walk to the beach for a family of 4 carrying everything. Condo staff was very nice and helpful. Also condo stayers weren’t allowed access to gym, only hotel guests. So that was a let down. Overall nice property

location was great and the room was exactly as shown online. However dishwasher did not work and there were lots of baby cockroaches mostly coming from under kitchen sink. Also beware there is no free parking and the fees are hefty. $28 per day to valet park. Also when you rent this property you will not have access to their fitness area, which was a bummer. Other than that yea i would probably stay at this location again.

Immediately when we walked into the condo, it was clear that cleaning was not being performed….There was a roach on the kitchen floor. The entire stay we were waking up to roaches everywhere.
The dishwasher was broken and did not work to wash dishes, so we were stuck hand washing the entire stay.
When I called the property management, no one answered or called back.
The only nice thing about the property is the location and proximity to some decent restaurants.

The property was nice but the negative is the elevator situation. The elevators are limited and we were on the 11th floor. Wait for elevators for my family of 5 took up to 25 minutes so we resorted to the stairs. 25 stories, and 5 elevators is not enough. Heard the same complaint from multiple parties.

The views in this condo were amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable in bedrooms, but pull out couch mattress was very thin. There were chairs for the beach and beach towels provided. The air conditioner in the main room is very loud, but unit in bedroom was fine. Great location near lagoon and beaches. Close to ABC grocery store. Good coffee shop and Ice cream shop at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks
