We just got back from 5 days in #905 and enjoyed our entire stay! The Palms are centrally located to everything and the condo location itself was perfect. We loved the walk-out bottom floor and the corner location made the outdoor seating areas very private and ideal for morning coffee and watching the sunsets over the water. The pool was also nice and easy to get to. All the amenities in the unit were high quality and worked well. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was also included - highly recommend and hope to return! Easy-peasy and island breezy.

We enjoyed staying at the property. The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The patio area was nice for eating and barbecuing. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Owners should replace the fridge. It’s out dated and ice maker doesn’t work so you need to get ice from inside. Also, an area rug would be nice to make the place seem more cozy. Property manager was attentive to questions and in addressing a couple concerns.

We really enjoyed staying here and we are so thankful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The location to the beach and the nearby town for food and surf lessons was ideal. We had a rental car and found it very easy to do day trips to see the island.

Good location, very peaceful, 2 minutes from pool, 5-10min walk to many good beaches, sunset views from lawn by patio, within walking distance of shops. Kitchen adequately stocked although new skillets needed. There were a few maintenance issues and property manager was very responsive when we let staff know. Comfortable and worked well for our group of 4.

The unit is exactly as it is presented: spacious, private, and comfortable. It is close enough to beaches and shops without any of the noise. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from just outside the patio. The unit is very clean and stocked with basics such as beach chairs (a must), boogie boards, beach toys, and floaties. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and spices! The property management (especially Matthew) is amazing and beyond accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was everything it said it was - beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed it thoroughly and would definitely come back again. A vehicle is almost needed though to obtain groceries and bring all the beach gear to the beach!

A beautiful, clean newly renovated condo. A treat to stay in! We walked to the beach and it was a great centrally location for getting around Maui. We rented a car and explored the island. The condo had great amenities and was very comfortable! I will mention that it does have 2 big steps to the main living room and kitchen so you cannot be elderly or disabled to stay here. We were not so all was great but it could pose a problem for others and this isn’t mentioned anywhere in the post for the condo.

This was our second time staying here and it was so great! It's spacious, clean, and close to everything. The best part are the amenities included. Because I've been there before, I knew that I could pack light. There's a washer/dryer, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc... and even a rice cooker! For a family of 4, I literally only packed 1 suitcase. So great! Will definitely look forward to coming back again and again!

We've never been to Wailea and this condo was the perfect place for our stay. It's located in Wailea (not Kihei) just a block north of the hotel row. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short car ride away. Each unit includes a parking spot.The condo itself was very clean and spacious and perfect for my wife and me and our two adult kids. The kitchen had all the essentials including oil, spices, etc. There's a small lanai where you can eat outside and enjoy the sunset. The pool and hot tub area is just a short walk. There is no on-site gym, however.PMI provided great communication and responsive customer service. This rental is definitely professionally managed.

This place is THE BEST place to stay in Maui. We come back time after time and it never disappoints. We tell everyone about this gem because it truly has everything. We can pack light for our trip because we know they have sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, and much more! My favorite is the laundry inside the condo. It's been so great to be able to have clean clothes everyday! We will be back again soon!!!

We stayed in unit #905 at the Palms at Wailea. It is very conveniently located just a short drive to shops (Shops at Wailea), groceries (Safeway), several beaches and many tourist attractions. Though some might be up for walking to these locations, hauling beach gear or groceries this distance would have been a bit much in the heat.The condo was very nicely appointed and appeared as advertised on AirBnB. Booking and dealing with the contract was very easy and check in was a breeze with us picking our own access code in advance as we arrived late in the evening. We had a message from PMI checking in with us the first day to ensure everything was okay and we were all settled in. I sent one message while I was there and got a very quick response.The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. We really loved this unit because it felt very private. It is located away from the main entrance and we rarely saw or heard other people in the units – even when we were sitting out on the patio. This unit is on the ground floor and I was initially worried about noise from above, but we never heard a peep the entire week.The beds were very comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the furnishings were very comfortable. There were extra pillows and blankets available. Having the air conditioning was definitely a plus as some of our days were very hot and humid. It made sleeping very comfortable! Ceiling fans also helped a lot.There are some good basics in the condo to get you started (hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap – hair dryer – laundry detergent). You really don’t want for anything in this unit. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Palms at Wailea. The condo was, for the most part, as described online. The only negative was the limited view of the beach. Other than that, everything was as promised. It's in a great area. The amenities were more than we expected. It's very comfortable for a family of 4. The washer and dryer are a little loud and the master bathroom toilet needs to be caulked. The master bedroom door doesn't lock but those are first world problems. It's located about a one minute walk from the community pool. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting outside and listening to the birds, take in the fresh air and the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again without hesitation.

The Condo was exactly like pictures. Had all the amenities, but an exercise room. The only issue is it wasn’t cleaned good. You couldn’t walk on floors without shoes on because there would be a bunch of stuff on feet. Probably sand, but with Covid everything should have been wiped down. The beach chairs & boards need to be replaced because they are broken & towel bar broke but it was a beautiful condo to stay away from home. Beautiful landscaping🌴 Tiiles fell off on my daughter while in pool, but if you have any issues, just email PMI & they respond quickly👍

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Palms Wailea #905. Communication with PMI was great. The place was very spacious and clean. We had a toddler with us and there was everything he needed (travel crib and high chair) as well as toys for the beach and a life jacket. We had a wonderful patio with a BBQ and the kitchen was very well equipped so we could make our own meals. The premises were well kept and the pool was nice. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Maui.

This condo is exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for a family of 4. My husband and I love the lanai. The pool was close by and simple to walk to. The only suggestion I would have for the pool would be some adult only hours.
The condo is in a great location. Quick drive or walk to many amenities. We would stay here again.

The rental was really nicely positioned near the resorts and restaurants but with the space of your own for a family. The area was clean and well kept. The master bed and bath were luxurious but not over the top. The lanai was very functional although it is near other families....but it was never a concern/intrusion. The other families above us did not bother any of us (even my husband who sleeps very lightly). I really appreciated the use of the lawn chairs and boogie boards. Having those small touches really made the vacation easier and the rental an excellent choice. Overall a great place to stay and somewhere we would consider staying again in the future.

The property is set in a beautiful location on the island. It is walking distance to beaches, parks, and dining. The property was well equipped with everything one would need for the beach. We loved that we had the use of a washer and dryer so we could wash our beach towels and swimsuits when needed. I would recommend this property and we would definitely stay her again.

This was a beautiful place that was designed not as a rental but as an actual vacation home by the owners, so it was very well equipped, even down to nice sheets and usable knives. We loved it. Good beds, obviously remodeled bathrooms, just lovely. Had a great time. You can walk to the beach about 10 muinutes away, or drive to several options within about the same amount of time driving. The sliding doors on the second bedroom don’t provide tons of sound privacy, but the outdoor space was perfect down to a great BBQ. Coolers and beach chairs provided. Would definitely rent again.

The only complaint would be the floor felt dirty like it needed to be mopped. Love the convenience of the keypad entry too! Great place!!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo in Wailea. The location was perfect for us.The description of the property was very accurate. It is a short drive to several high-end hotels, where there are wonderful restaurants and evening entertainment. Also, short distance to the Shops of Wailea, where there are high end stores. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had most of the essentials, just may need a couple of things like hot pot holders and replace dull knives. The pool is just a short walk. It is a very nice pool with great view and perfect bath water temperature. We loved the key less main door lock, so we did not have to deal with misplace keys.The air-condition in every room was wonderful. Several years ago, we rented another unit in this complex and that unit only had 1 air-condition in the bedroom. It was miserable. This is definitely a big plus for this rental. PMI was very responsive to our questions.This rental is definitely professionally managed. The only suggestion, we have is to increase the water flow of the shower in the master bathroom. We will definitely rent this property in our future Maui vacation.
