This condo is exactly as pictured, probably better. It is RIGHT on the ocean and the view from the balcony is amazing. There is not a beach in from of it (just a beach wall) so driving to a beach is necessary. A car is needed at this condo as it is not really walking distance to anything but it is a short drive from everything you would want to see and do near kaanapali beach. Wonderful stay thank you!

We Love our little piece of Paradise, We found KR 208 to be very clean upon arrival and user friendly with all of the Kitchen necessities for coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning. Fresh paint thru out, and the Art work in the unit gives it a real island feeling.

Love Perfect stays and will continue to go through them for our condo rentals. We had an issue with the sliding glass door upon arrival and the repair guy was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Clean nice place to stay and will be renting again. Mahalo.

We truly enjoyed this perfect place. Very, clean, comfortable, and calm. The view was spectacular! The location (to us) was much better than Wailea. Especially if you're on a budget and looking for paradise (which is a few hop-skip-jump away). Only thing I would suggest is an AC unit. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and it couldn’t have been easier. The location was amazing! We could see sea turtles, dolphins and whales from the deck. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again! It was a very special belated honeymoon and well worth the wait.

We only stayed for a few days but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Place was clean and management was very communicative. There were a few fruit flies when we got there but nothing of concern. Great cross breeze in bedroom. There was some construction debris as it appeared the outdoor carpet was being changed.

Kahana Reef made our vacation amazing! The location is great and everything about accessing this property so easy. It appeared to be well stocked although I did not do much cooking and we’re pretty sure the TV probably worked, but we never turned it on! How could you with a view like that and whales jumping around in the distance?! Our two favorite amenities were beach chairs and binoculars! Well done! And thank you for sharing this beautiful little piece of paradise with us… We will definitely be back!

It was very clean very nice. Loved the location very close to the water. You could hear the waves crash all night. The room was clean but could use a little bit of updating especially the lanai chairs. They were nice in their day but it’s time for some new ones.

They answered my questions very promptly. Very polite. Unit was clean. Grounds were tidy. We did not use the pool. Check in was easy as we arrived late so the lockbox came in handy. Good amount of plates silverware if you wanted to cook. Coffee maker was used every morning to enjoy the view. If I had to complain, I’d say pillows could be replaced but I’m not complaining. Was happy overall. Neat experience.

lovely stay with great ocean and sunrise/sunset views. Kitchen was nicely stocked with some spices and all cooking equipment needed (and my husband cooked most days.) Nice furniture although some cushions could be refreshed; dining room table chair and couch. Have already reserved again for next January

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is amazing. There is a little beach right next to the property as well where we could walk from the backyard of the property (from near the pool). Kids enjoyed pool a lot - it was clean and there were pool toys for use as well.
The property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it felt very homely.
We will certainly stay there again in future.

This 2nd floor condo was clean and well appointed. There is an elevator in the building so you don't have to haul your suitcases up the stairs. The view was amazing and the pool was right out front of the lanai. There was an excellent breeze that ran through the condo, keeping things cool and the bed was very comfortable. A lockable screen door which we used a lot, provided a steady breeze. A huge bonus were the Tommy Bahama beach chairs which have an insulated pocket as well as other pockets for stuffing with all your beach needs. There were plenty of extra towels and a clean, open laundry room on the main floor if you needed. The internet connection was excellent and we could even go out to the front lawn and still be connected. If you like TV, there were lots of channels to choose from as well. The fridge has an ice maker but we weren't fans of the taste of the water so we bought a large bottle of water in.
The pool and BBQ are very thoroughly cleaned every day and it was a surprisingly quiet complex overall. The pool closes by 8 pm so it kept it quiet in the evening. The condo has a lovely beach just to the north of it that you can access from stairs down the seawall and we spent a lot of time there. Turtles feed just off the front of the condo sea wall and there were lots of wind surfers and kite surfers to watch out front. This is definitely a place I would recommend to others. The property managers were excellent to deal with and responded quickly with any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience.
