D101 is stocked with useful guest supplies such as coffee beans, teas, popcorn, herbs/spices, full-size containers of assorted soap and paper products, make-up remover, and more. We also provide beach coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. These items are provided for your use on Wailea Beach in front of the resort, but the supplies provided in D101 are helpful if you wish to explore other nearby beaches and if participating in water sports or on boat/yacht excursions.
The great room has an 88 inch HDR TV. All rooms have Apple TV and HD cable boxes with HD programs. The great room has HD DVR to record your favorite programs when at the beach. D101 also provides free NETFLIX unlimited viewing in the great room and all bedrooms, alarm clock radios, charging systems, and a villa-wide central speaker system.
The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies including two Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker and beverage drawers, stainless steel five burner gas cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, Espresso machine, dual coffee makers, coffee grinder, and Viking gas grill.
Just outside the villa are abundant verdant tropical palms, hibiscus, banana, heliconia, bird of paradise, ferns, and other enchanting flora and fauna. We call this a "Pool Villa" because it is one of just a few villas within this resort with its own cold splash plunge pool. The pool is surrounded by a petite size grass lawn with chaise lounge chairs for sunning. Located off the master bedroom suite is a lava-rock encircled outdoor hot/cold grotto shower.
Access the adult pool and Wailea Beach by stepping outside and strolling one short block down a staircase facing a gorgeous cascading waterfall, then along a stream decorated with lily pads and pastel colored hibiscus flowers. - The adult pool closest to the beach welcomes all guests 18 and over. Younger guests are invited to enjoy the family pool located just below the lobby.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, noise and music from adjacent luaus, sunset horns, and periodic firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas within the resort is required.
- The plunge pool is not heated. On-site maintenance for the cold splash plunge pool and live plants is performed weekly.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. We had stayed in this condo once before and were happy with it so we booked it again. Condo had been updated and was amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item and utensils you could dream of. Beds are comfy, great pillows, lots of towels. The management team was superb! Quick to respond and took care of everything! They arranged our airport transfers, rental car and had it delivered to condo. It was there when we arrived! We will go back!

We knew we loved Wailea and wanted to stay on beach side. Location was perfect! Could walk to beach, pool, shopping, dining and drinks. Villa was beautiful and perfect for family of 5. Kitchen had everything and we enjoyed cooking dinner twice. Gourmet grocery store walking distance made everything so easy!
Loved our private plunge pool and relaxing on lounge chairs.

Fantastic location, right on Wailea Bay. The property is impeccably maintained, and is extremely quiet. We celebrated our honeymoon there and it was the perfect spot for relaxation, a day trip to Lahaina, dinner at Mama's in Paia, and several meals, shopping adventures, and strolls around The Shops At Wailea. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The property was just newly refurbished with beautiful, tasteful decor. All was very comfortable & the ocean view was the icing on the cake. The villa was well stocked & wish we had better checked it out before we grocery shopped. My only complaint was that I didn't enjoy the numerous communications with property management both before & during stay. I want it to be simple & not listening to messages or returning phone calls when I'm preparing for/on vacation. The various calls from different folks made it difficult to know who to call back & calls backs yielded voice messages that didn't seem to be from the folks who had left me messages. Also, request for concierge to provide info on hiking trails and fishing was a flop, as she just referred me to a tour service. That said Dave @ Wailea Beach Villas provided me with excellent info on several options for hiking around Maui that fit my requests. Clean up/reduce unnecessary phone communication and emails and I'll give the property 10 stars out of 5 ;) Can't wait to go back!

Perfect retreat with beautiful setting, views, and amenities. We brought our 2 adult children for our 25th anniversary and the villa had so much space to enjoy each other and have quiet time. Lots to do outside. There is a daytime pool from the hotel next door which can be noisy, during the day on weekends, but the week was perfect! We will definately come again!

It is centrally located, so all of the fun Hawaii outdoor activities (boating, snorkeling, even Road to Hana) are just a short drive away. We would not hesitate stay in the same unit again if we come back to Maui.

The customer service from Topical Villa Vacations is outstanding and the condo is very well appointed. It is located near many great restaurants and activities.
Our family of four especially enjoyed dining at The Monkeypod and kayaking with Clear Bottom Kayaks.
