Great location. Had a fantastic lanai with a view of the golf course and sunsets over the ocean. So nice to have our own bbq and to be so close to the pool and the tennis court.

This location is close to the end of the property (so close to the pool). This is a well stocked place for all kitchen implements and feels more like a home than a rental.
It’s paradise, so my only recommendation is to shower off at the hale before heading to the pool because of the local critters.
Every morning, we were greeted by three little birds, which added to the charm of the place. Towels and items were well stocked as well as ice chests and snorkel gear.
Would absolutely stay here again. Had friends staying two drive ways over and I absolutely loved this place by comparison.

Very attractive and comfortable condo. Several stairs to access front door. Our family member with walking difficulties opted to go in and out through the lanai door. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is a little worn, but the overall space and location are excellent. Everything is in working order and the condo owner is very responsive to questions and any concerns. Beautiful location!

The accommodation is in a fantastic location to explore all of the Big Island and the view is lovely. The unit itself is a great size, has comfortable furniture (although the beds were overly firm for all of us), and has everything needed for making meals. The manager was easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!!

The property was in a great location and very well stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and the breeze flows nicely through the main living area. The patio was great for sunrise, sunset and having relaxing meals. Would stay here again for sure.

Very nice condo! Check-in was easy. Proximity of unit to the designated parking spot, pool, tennis courts, and grocery store was great! I would stay again just for the sunset view and huge lanai! The unit/complex is a little older but well-maintained; no issues overall. Would definitely recommend!

I spent 11 days solo at this unit and could not be more pleased. The view from the lanai is lovely. The property is well maintained and the home was clean and nicely furnished. Pools are a bonus. Very convenient being at the southern end of Alii Drive to get to sights and adventures south of Kona. Grocery store, restaurants and Saturday Farmer's Market within walking distance as well as a Wed. market by the resort nearby and another in Captain Cook. You will be happy you purchased something unique and local! Great communication with owner. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I stay on this side of the island. Aloha!

If I ever return to Hawaii there is no doubt that I will be staying here. The layout is great with bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, lanai has beautiful view with ceiling fan, there is no road noise, and it has the added convenience of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We did have 2 issues, however, those were taken care of in less than 12 hours by Kevin's manager. Would definitely recommend! The only problem that I could foresee--if it is hot, there are A/C units in bedrooms only. The ceiling and oscillating fans in common area were more than adequate for all of us, however, the outside temperature did not go above 83.

Location was good. A bit away from Kona down town and a 20 minute walk to the closest snorkle beach.

Our stay at Kevin’s condo was perfect. We are 2 adult women. The condo is in an excellent location close to many beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. The unit is well stocked and clean. Both interior and exterior space is generous. The lanai was a lovely place to spend time mornings and evenings. Beds were comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to emails and very accommodating. Would definitely return.

Tried to get outrigger canoe, man in charge of Kona canoe club had no idea what I was talking about. No outrigger canoe. You should take that off your list of things provide. I was really looking forward to that.

Not only is this a well-equipped condo but one that you find in just a few days, totally relaxed. Lovely view surrounded by lush green. Comfy beds, enjoyable pool and a refrigerator and spice cupboard with many things you don’t have to purchase. You will totally enjoy yourself here.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything that was provided for us! Snorkels, chairs and boogie boards for the beach, plenty of towels, lots of hot water! Even a grill and we hosted a pool party for our sons birthday- thank you for everything!

We just returned after 5 days here and I would not hesitate to stay here again. This is a very well kept property with all the comforts of a home for our family of 3, but it can easily fit more people comfortably. Everything one needed was provided. Just bring your clothes/bathing suits. Thank you very much for sharing your place with us!
Below are some highlights for our family.
- Very clean with all items in working condition.
- Is exactly as pictured, even bigger than expected.
-Close to a shopping center with a grocery store, Long's pharmacy, a few restaurants in walking distance (about 5min walking)
-Near an excellent family friendly snorkeling beach (3min driving or 15min walk, but it was too hot for us to walk with all of our snorkeling gear.

The location is perfect and central to many different activities and excursions. We were just down the road from our snorkeling tour and manta ray tour and a short drive from many beaches and restaurants. We loved the availability to borrow things such as snorkeling gear or boogie boards. Unwinding at the pool or hot tub was the perfect ending to every day. Kevin also was an amazing and generous host and we truly look forward to visiting again in the future.
