Sun Splash Villa C301 is a newer vacation villa rental opportunity within the Wailea Beach Villas, a residential villa resort set directly on Wailea Beach, on the leeward sunny side of Maui Island.
C301, a top floor corner full ocean view villa, boasts three bedrooms (King in Ocean Master Bedroom Suite, two Queens in second Master Bedroom Suite, King in third Master Bedroom Suite), 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, and more than 3,500 square feet of exquisitely decorated indoor and outdoor living space.
This C building, top floor accommodation is a corner-end unit with a large outdoor alfresco veranda and extra windows on three sides. The C building is directly behind the A building, and also on level ground with the A building, the adult pool, and Wailea Beach access. Unlike many of the other accommodations within Wailea Beach Villa, there is no up or down a slope to walk in order to reach the adult pool or beach.
We named Sun Splash C301 because this top floor corner villa is blessed with abundant natural light that filters through the many windows and lends the interior with a golden glow of cheerful sunshine. The property owners have created one of the most sophisticated, chic, comfortable, and warmly decorated vacation villas in all of Wailea.
Inside C301 is all new paint, all new bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, new furnishings, new electronics, and all new and mostly all original top quality decor. C301 displays art glass, oil paintings, carvings, watercolors, and other original and tasteful art and crafts from some of the island's most creative and talented artists and designers. The color palette in C301 encompasses all of the colors found in our Hawaiian paradise, including various shades of yellows and creams, burnt orange, brick, bronze, gold, blues, and deep greens.
The stunning sea shell painting "Great Triton" on display in the great room of C301 was created by Tracy Effinger. Upon seeing her work featured in Sun Splash C301, Tracy exclaimed, "Sun Splash C301 has a lot of lungta." Lungta is a Tibetan word that means to have a lot of soul or positive life force energy. To be infused with lungta supposedly brings good luck - according to Tracy and Tibetan tradition. We agree with Tracy. C301 is a very warm, loving, joyful, and comfortable home. A 70" television is wall mounted in the living room, and each bedroom has a large over-sized new flat panel television, an iPod alarm clock radio, and HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions.
We also offer complimentary no-charge Netflix programming in the living room and each bedroom. Wi-fi and hard-wired internet service is provided, along with a custom crafted desk in the great room that is stocked with useful office supply. - Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- The outdoor patio furnishings can get hot during the day and may be best used for sunset viewing and starlit/moonlight dining.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
- On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.
- The Grand Wailea Resort, which is adjacent to the south side of Wailea Beach Villas, is currently upgrading their guest rooms and periodic audible construction noise may be heard from the lanai. The extent of the noise and impact to our guests has been variable. Please call our office for the latest updates.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get settled. The setting and layout of apt was ideal for our group of 3 couples. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, beautiful views, lovely deck, plenty of amenities, location was awesome--walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, everything! This is a lovely property in a superb location. It is a very large unit, high ceilings, three very large bedrooms, and has the most well-stocked kitchen we have seen! Close to pools, right up the hill to shopping, beach access, sunset views.

As a family of design professionals, this was the perfect villa for us! We were so impressed with how every detail was thoroughly executed - from the fully equipped kitchen to the incredible art collection. There was absolutely no detail that wasn't well planned and thought out in the design of this villa. We were equally impressed with how impeccable the property is maintained....it is spotless! This is a clear winner in our books for the perfect property if you are a traveler who wants "perfection"! Our family will definitely request Sun Splash when we return to Maui!

We traveled with 3 kids age 14, 10 and 8 and grandma. The interior was gorgeous and outfitted with the finest cookware and furnishings. It would have been my absolute favorite all time vacation rental except that the beautiful pool which was situated on the ocean was not open to children. This was a deal breaker for us as we had to leave the property daily. The beach was nice but crowded and we ended up paying a fortune to use the pool the grand wailea...something we did not budget given he cost of this unit. The children's pool was just ok, situated way up on top of the property, with no ocean view and buildings all around. I could have swam in this pool at home.
The policy would have been understandable if the no kid rule was for certain hours during the day and not all the time.
Anyhow, go...it's beautiful....but don't go with kids.
