We liked how close we were to beaches. The kitchen was unusually well stocked and the communal gas grill was a pleasure to use. We would definitely go back.

Very comfortable condo with every possible kitchen appliance (including pretty serving trays and pitcher) and beautiful interior design. No place to put groceries, though, except on the counter.
The beach is just a few steps away, with great snorkeling.
The listing said there was a washer and dryer but it was out of order. This was inconvenient as we had packed light, assuming we had access. The complex had a laundry but it was always busy. We called Home Away Kauai, and they argued that the listing didn't include a washer and dryer. They later apologized and said they would investigate the situation.

The condo and the location was everything we could have hoped for. The view was amazing and the kitchen provided with everything we could possibly need or want, including a blender, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker and more dishes, glasses and kitchen gadgets than we have at home. The bed was perfect. The towels soft and plentiful and the task lighting provided perfect. We loved how the condo was thoughtfully curated with comfortable furniture, a small office, and fine art on the walls. We enjoyed the eastern facing lanai and the roosters and sun greeting us each morning. The pool was lovely, and there was a beach with snorkeling just a short stroll away and several other beaches just down the road. There were at least a dozen restaurants nearby and another dozen 5 0r 10 minutes away. This is where we'll stay when we come back.

The room was clean, and the view from the balcony at sunrise was dreamy. The kitchen has everything and we were able to cook dinner every night. The host provides a small cooler to use throughout the stay and to take home, this was great for packing snacks for day trips. They also provide a few larger coolers for grocery shopping and beach day. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This condo feels roomy, has good workspace from a built-in desk, a comfortable king-size bed, ocean views from the balcony, and is well-equipped with everything you need, including a floor fan for the intense Kauai temperatures and humidity. No air conditioning! Nice pool area. The decor is "old Hawaii", and the furniture and decor could use some updating, including a door keypad to eliminate the use of a key, a higher toilet, and a grab bar and non-slip mat for the shower.

We love staying in unit 212. It is very clean and includes all the amenities one needs. It is very close to beaches, shopping centers and restaurants. Love sitting on the balcony and looking out at the bay across the street.

If you love a beautiful view, beautiful gardens and pool and a super-equipped living space, Prince Kuhio is the place to come on Kauai….we had the most fabulous time. We are avid snorkellers, and across the street is the best on the island….sooooo many fish and turtles galore. Thank you 😊

We had a very wonderful experience overall with this property and Kauai Vacation Rentals. The property was in an amazing location—we walked to the little shopping center more times than I can count and enjoyed a few amazing sunsets across the street at the Beach House! The condo was stocked with literally everything we needed minus food and drinks. Not having AC made the days a bit uncomfortable but luckily we were busy with activities around the island so it wasn’t a huge issue! We left the windows and sliding door open at night and slept quite well overall. The sound of the waves at night was just dreamy. Thank you so much for everything! We would stay again and would recommend anyone else considering this property to do the same!

The owners have done so much to make this a great stay. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation rental. LOTS of glasses, dishes and cookware. You could easily serve a crowd! They also provide beach towels, coolers, beach chairs--all much appreciated. While I would have preferred AC, once you open the shutter windows at the front and the bedroom sliders at the back, the ocean breezes were terrific. The view from the balcony is sublime. The roosters were early risers and LOUD, but beautifully feathered. The location is close to restaurants, touring and shopping, and the condo complex's pool and gardens are gorgeous. We had some challenges with the TV, but that wasn't a huge problem. This was a lovely respite...

This property was beyond amazing. Lanai on one side overlooking ocean and other side overlooking pool and beautiful gardens. Wished the pool was open at night though. After a day being out would love to use pool at night. Closes at dusk. Very happy

This property is well-stocked with kitchen ware, so it's easy to cook if you choose. The grounds are beautiful and the hosts let you use beach chairs, beach towels and coolers, which is great. While the breeze is lovely, we really missed air conditioning during the day. Sleeping was comfortable--though the roosters start crowing any time after about 3:15 AM, so with the sliders open, you really hear them.

The property was clean and comfortable. There is a view of the ocean. The unit is well stocked. There is no AC but the nice ocean breeze and fans made the unit comfortable.
The best snorkeling on the island was at the beach just a block away. We would stay here again. My only complaint was having to return the keys in a location not convenient to our departure. ( miles away). Would recommend local drop off.

We just came home from a fabulous 8 nights in Prince Kuhio 212. The condo was very clean with ample supplies (towels, sheets, cookware, dishes). I just loved the balcony with its view of the ocean. The cooling breeze just made it delightful! The grounds at Prince Kuhio are well kept. We used the outdoor grill a few nights. The pool was rarely busy so it made it nice to really relax. Just wished it opened before 9 am. There is no A/C in this unit but when we opened everything up the breeze kept us cool. I would definitely recommend this local to friends and family.

We greatly enjoyed this condo's location and ocean view. You can easily walk across the street to a great snorkeling beach and have some shaved ice, or walk/drive a short ways away to a shopping center with great restaurants and a weekly farmer's market. Unit is comfortable and has beach towels and such available. We are definitely ready to come back for another trip. :)

The 1 bedroom condo was the perfect size and location was great. The ocean was just across the street with easy access. Memorial field off the deck gave a nice seclusion and ocean view. Kitchen was full stocked. Pool area was nice although we didn't use. Covered parking available. Puka Hawaiian dogs a must near the Poipu Beach.

We had a wonderful 2 1/2 month stay in Kauai. The condo was like a home away from home. All the amenities of home. Walking across the street to watch the sunset was wonderful. Being so close to the beach was wonderful too. It is a great condo to stay in. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay here! Great location, close to great beaches and restaurants. Beautiful grounds. Condo was fully stocked. Great view from the balcony. Very comfortable king sized bed! My only two issues were, parking is not always available, unless you came back early, not even in the parking garage. Also, we got in at 11:30 pm, definitely ready to go to bed and there were no sheets on the bed. Maybe just an oversight, but we had to put our own sheets on the bed.
