Our stay was very delightful. The condo had every amenity you can think of and more. The view was incredible from our huge, covered patio and the location was perfect. If I'm lucky enough to get back to Hawaii, I will definitly stay here again. The booking was easy and the Management company was awesome. I had texted back and forth a few times and the responce was almost immediate. If I had to give a negative, the shower towles can be updated.

Me and 2 other girls rented this amazing condo during Ironman World Championship week. This was 1 mile from the start/finish line and maybe 0.5 miles from the expo. I loved that we could walk to everything - Coffee Shops, Restaurants, shops, etc... We loved sitting out on the balcony everyday having breakfast and listening to the birds.
Communication with the owner was fantastic and the place was exactly what we wanted. HUGE plus that there was 3 bathrooms and an AC unit for each bedroom and one in the living room.
I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Spotlessly clean, convenient underground parking, WiFi & TV great. Gorgeous view of Kailua and sunset from the wraparound balcony/lanai. Very well equipped even down to ice maker, beach towels and snorkel gear. Knutson (agent) comms were a bit were a bit scattergun via email and multiple phone numbers ahead of the stay but once we checked in they were pretty attentive - replaced the broken toaster in 30 minutes! AC a bit noisy. 25 minute walk to downtown and this is a tropical climate.

It was great working with this property manager, sometimes I was worried because of all the legal-esque paperwork they sent. But it was an amazing stay. We were 3 adults here for our first time on the island, wanted to relax, have adventure and stay in a populated area and got to do all this.
Location: Great, walkable shops in the morning to get coffee, pastries, as well as evening entertainment, dinner, bars, and a walkable hotel with a Luau which we attended!
Property: Parking is covered, there's 2 spaces, we only needed one, take a very speedy and working elevator, lock was keyless (PLUS) in to a nice hallway, met with the first restroom, and kitchen which was quite modern and updated, welcoming music playing, large living room, and small dining area all great. AND THEN the Lanai which is HUGE much bigger than the pictures in my mind remembered. We spent time every morning and evening here, admiring the beauty of the views.
There are 3 full restrooms all had towels to shower and they had extra pool/beach towels GREAT PERK!
Beds were comfortable, each room had its own AC which we used intermittently, brought us to great comfortable temps.
I want to call out that previous guests and or the owners have left several pieces of useful things like an umbrella (could use replacing to a nicer more sturdy one, chairs, snorkel equipment, snorkel masks, fins, paddle boards, 2 coolers, and water shoes! We did not need to buy or rent any!
Washer and dryer in place worked great, I would like to see couple more tide pods since it was several of us staying for many days.
Communication with the host was easy on the first day we forgot to fill out the registration forms and they kindly never rude or pushy reminded us to do so. They reach out to you to see if you are interested in buying up real estate BUT are never pushy or forceful, we did not and it was never a problem.

Just the perfect condo with absolutely spectacular views. This spacious condo was reasonably priced with the perfect amenities. The condo had 3 bathrooms and we each had our own. The pool was absolutely amazing with beautiful deco area. It was close to all the shops and restaurants. Great private parking as well. Thank you for the extra night!

We did not expect to be so close to the beach, close to the elevator and close to the parking bay.
The place had a great view and we loved the quiet. The complex is also pleasantly well maintained.

Everything was made simple, from any questions I had to check in to check out. The condo was very clean, well supplied, and location central to both a quiet and safe area as well as a short walk or short drive to downtown Kona. Two parking spots were plenty and access to pool, elevators and garage easy. Definitely will be back and rent this condo again! Cool enough when air conditioning on and also nice to hear the birds in the morning. Lanai is amazing, beds comfortable, all well stocked. Can’t say enough good about it all. Pool area and grill area clean and fun and grounds so beautiful and well kept. Thank you so much!

Generally good, did not like the noise of the air conditioners. Needed more supplies, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. Paperwork indicated pull sheets and towels--at the last minute instructions were to complete laundry--should have known sooner but we left a day early and had time to complete.

We loved this place and have already recommended it to family. The location is perfect and the sunsets on the porch are breathtaking. They had boogie boards and snorkel gear in the hall closet and the AC was so refreshing after spending the week prior on the big island without it.

We found our condo clean and in a great location near downtown Kailua. Near shopping, rental services and restaurants. We could easily walk to town.We had a few issues in that the disposal did not work, the A/C units were noisy and the cushions on the lanai need to be replaced, but all in all, it was a great price point with a terrific location.

5 star overall rating. Parking is good. Fridge with ice maker is excellent. Minor problems... Couldn't get the living room a/c to work but we didn't need it and the beds and pillows are in need of an upgrade. Would pick this unit again.

We had a wonderful time in Kona-Kailua. The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to many restaurants and shopping places. The view is awesome from the huge lanai. We had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly by the property managers. They replaced all the bed pillows immediately when we told them the pillows there were flat as pancakes. That was awesome!!🥰

The condo was as pictured, clean and well-kept. We enjoyed bird watching and gorgeous sunset ocean views on the huge lanai surrounded by tropical landscaping Very quiet and private. The air conditioning in each room was loud, but it was good to have it because most places in Hawaii don't have any at all. There were some nights that we couldn't leave the doors open because of the noisy wildlife (non-human). We got used to it after a couple of days. Good parking at no extra charge.It was an easy walk to dining, shave ice and snorkeling and close to the waterfront and many conveniences. We enjoyed drinks looking out at the ocean at the Royal Kona across the street. We explored the natural beauty of the"dry" side of the island.After we left, the management called about a necklace I left behind. It had great sentimental value and I appreciate the effort to return it to me. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
