As others have said, this place was beautiful. The cleaning crew did an amazing job before we arrived. Knutson management were excellent, quick to respond, and I would not hesitate to rent a condo from them again. The kitchen has a good stove and really good cookware, which is a nice change from most rentals. Odd that there were only 2 wineglasses and they were mismatched, but that isn’t super important. The only issue was that the binders with condo instructions were thick and outdated. We found it hard to dig through all the pages and discover what is relevant and what wasn’t. They mention water jugs. Didn’t see them. Couldn’t access the 2nd floor storage unit to look for beach stuff. But you can tell the actual owners of this beautiful unit clearly want everyone to enjoy it the way they have, and that inspires you to take care of it for them.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The sunsets and moon sets were amazing! We also enjoyed the surfers every day. The location was very convenient, close enough to town but away from the busy area which makes it easy to head out in any direction. The unit was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable (which was a big plus). We enjoyed our meals on the lanai but the outdoor furniture wasn't very comfortable. The lack of AC did lead to a few uncomfortable nights even though the unit had ceiling fans and another large fan they didn’t cool the unit down much. Before our arrival I asked the management company if there was a small cooler, beach towels, or portable beach chairs that we could take off the property. I was told there may be chairs in the storage area on the 2nd floor but no cooler or towels so I packed our beach towels. When we arrived, I checked the storage areas and they were either locked or nothing in them. The unit ended up having a small cooler and a couple beach towels. It would have been nice if there were a couple portable beach chair to take to the various beaches on the island. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet and reached out to Knutson & Associates. They were very responsive and had a repair person out the same day. All in all it was a great unit for our stay great.

Knutson provided excellent and responsive service.The condo was fantastic. Very large space.Most importantly, that lanai. We sat out there almost 24 hours a day just watching the ocean and the surfers on Banyon Break. So absolutely amazing.

As they say - location, location, location - and this place has it. The bed and pillows give a great rest. There are 2 bathrooms - great for after a full day at the beach. Even though it is the warm time of the year there are fans and shades for the windows. The property management is absolutely awesome! Thank you Hunter for your excellent customer service! Will continue with this agency for sure!

If you love looking out at the ocean from morning to sunset, then you will LOVE this condo! The views are stunning. The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Most of all, we loved eating breakfast and sunset dinner on the outside patio over the ocean.

Everything was so convenient from the parking, the elevator, and the location, the pool and hot tube. The unit was large with plenty of space and a great balcony and views. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a Kona stay.

You can’t beat the ocean front view here, the condo is comfortable and has everything that you need. This was our third stay in this unit, we just love it. The rental agency was very responsive and helpful also. Banyan Tree 404 is highly recommended for a wonderful trip!

The view was spectacular on the lanai. It's private and the morning ocean breeze was breathtaking. The host was very helpful and very communicative when we needed any information. The amenities offered, such as dryer and washer were super helpful. The place was clean and the fans that were provided to us helped keep the place cool quite a bit. I'd definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Blake tried his best to help, but just couldn't. Upon arrival the lanai chairs I was assured were there were missing.Big disappointment. Beautiful view but the lanai was underwhelming in the furniture department and not inviting. The kitchen was not well equipped, not even a pitcher for making lemonade. Per the letter to guests the owner stated his philosophy is "Make do". Repair rather than replace. Would not stay there again. Unfortunate that the owner has a binder on how to care for his unit but gives no consideration to the comfort of his guest. Don't stay there.

We had a fantastic time! The view is insane 24/7! It feels like you are on a boat with the views, it’s amazing. Bed was super comfy and everything very clean. Will definitely book again!
