We had some large luggage upon arriving around 1pm and preferred to drop them off before going grocery shopping prior to the official check-in. The property management was kind enough to let us do just that so we could spare the time and car space to shop for groceries for our stay there and beyond. The property was very clean and had all the necessities available. During our stay, the food disposal in the sink stopped working but it was immediately taken care of. Our stay at this unit at Keauhou-Gardens was one of the best stays we've had through VRBO.

The property was well positioned to anywhere on the island. It was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. It was a big factor in making our stay a success. The morning coffee on the deck looking out over the grounds and water in the distance was so relaxing. A great start to every day. Very quiet location within the complex as well. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This condo was lovely! It's been well maintained and the layout was really nice - there was a lot of space for all of us! The lanai was absolutely stunning - probably one of our favorite parts of the condo. The location was nearby lots of things, so that was also great. Really, everything you could need for a relaxing stay in Kona - comfortable bedrooms, fabulous & huge lanai, ample kitchen, great bathrooms, and even a washer & dryer! Overall, it was a great condo and we'd definitely consider staying there again! Knutson & Associates were awesome and very timely with responses - also a great experience!

We loved our stay here. However, we were unable to get the TV to work, even with instructions. Also, it’s not a smart TV and there are no streaming devices provided. I would suggest buying a Roku unit for the unit (thru cost $30) snd sending someone to fox the access to cable TV. You need to anticipate that people stream nowadays.

The condo was exceptionally clean! Everything was in good working order. There was beautiful decor throughout. It was lovely. We never heard the neighbors and wondered if they existed. We would love to come back and that's traveling with our disabled son. Excellent stay.

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities are plentiful and modern except for the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. It is very quiet and close to Keauhou Shopping Centre where we bought our grocery items from KTA Super Store. We highly recommend this condo for the visitors who want to relax like home while vacationing in Kona area.

This property is total luxury! Every room is spacious and well-equipped. The location is central to anything you may want to do in Kona but away from city noise. This unit is perfectly placed and perfectly priced! Just a couple of blocks East to the farmers’ market and a couple of blocks west to the Pacific, this is a perfect location to escape for a couple of days, weeks, or months. The Kona Country Club is basically next door and one of the nicest resort courses we have played. Our evenings on the lanai provided fabulous sunsets and lasting memories.

Provided 2rolls tp per toilet 1 small soap per bathroom 1small shampoo 1small conditioner no Kleenex . Dish soap paper towels 4laundry packs salt pepper veg oil we asked and and received 5 dishwasher capsules. Good ac which switch up to fans .cons the site we booked on says nothing about resort fees 300$ or security deposit also you have to sign a 9 page requirement agreement about cleaning and lock up etc

We really enjoyed the Lanai for all of our outdoor meals, the beautiful artwork and the proximity to a pool, grocery store and shaved ice place. It was very nice for each couple to have their own bathroom and we were very conveniently located for short drives to snorkeling spots and downtown Kona. The property owners were very responsive too!
