Property is great! The Lanai is amazing with great view of lagoon and due to location can enjoy all day. Had everything we needed to cook, rest, relax or enjoy time on beach. The host communication was great and there was someone to meet us when we arrived. The unit was perfect and would recommend to anyone going to the island.

This property is exactly as advertised. The Host thought of everything a family would need right down to the collapsible wagon to take a 2 1/2 year old and towels,etc to the fabulous pools.
The Lanai was the best - never in full sun, never got to hot with a great view of the lagoon. I really can’t say enough to adequately describe how perfect this property is, just stay here. You won’t regret it. The Host communicates everything clearly and has people in place to welcome you and answer your questions - so professional. Stay here if you are going to be on the IIsland!

We stayed at this property 10/22-10/29. First, Renu was super responsive and Nicole was awesome and accommodating. When we arrived at the condo all of our mouths fell open when we walked in...its even more beautiful than the pictures! And the Lanai...spectacular! What a great view of the ocean - I loved sitting on it at night and listening to the waves. My husband and I had the master, and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the bed, as well as the water pressure in the shower. This was our first visit to Oahu, but it won't be our last.

Brought family to celebrate our 40th anniversary as well as our birthdays! We had such a wonderful time. Our grands loved feeding the fish every day and playing in the lagoon. The Villa was beautifully appointed and comfortable for all of us. Would totally recommend BT404. Nicole and Renu were great hosts.

Fabulous property, beautiful location, great amenities. Unit was well-equipped with kitchen tools, small appliances, dishware, pots & pans, etc. Also plenty of beach towels and equipment available for use. Dedicated parking space a big plus. This condo and this trip were absolute paradise! I’ve stayed at many nice places but the view here of the sun setting every night made this place outstanding. I’ve never stayed at a condo that I didn’t have at least one suggestion to better the place. I can’t think of even one thing that would have made this place any better. The location is so private and unique, the pools were stunning, the condo had everything you need and more: beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest……. Honestly, this place is perfect!! Paradise can’t be much better

This property was perfect for our 50th Anniversary week with our little family. We had six adults and two children so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were excellent! The lanai is huge and has the very best views of the ocean for sunrise and sunset. We absolutely loved the beach chairs, sand toys, floaties, cooler, and boogie boards, which were all included right there at the villa. The kitchen was great for the meals that we did cook in. Renu, the owner, and Nicole, the Concierge, were very accommodating and responded immediately to emails and communications as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Paradise staying in this villa and I highly recommend it if you need three bedrooms! It was perfect!

Loved staying in this condo. We had plenty of room for our family and our teens enjoyed the extra space within the condo. Renu the property manager was great to work with. We stayed in the condo for 10 nights and needed a restock on a couple of items and Nicole responded to our request and sent someone to deliver items right away. We would recommend this condo and really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time staying at this property. The place is very kept very nice and the owner is very responsive. We love staying in KoOlina, there are things to do and a short car ride to other activities. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

We loved the location and peacefulness of this unit. Sitting on the lanai for morning coffee was a highlight. The lagoon that is a 3 min walk from the condo was never crowded, which we loved. You can walk to the Island Market in 15 min, which has great deli options (including breakfast, poke, sandwiches, and and açaí bowls). Major grocery stores are a 15 min drive. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 6. The beds were great and we loved having 3 full bathrooms. We used the communal grills on the resort property with no issue. The resort has a bar that allows you to take cocktails out to the beach 🍹. The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great week at this beautiful property, very clean and comfortable villa. Good communication with the host, quiet with a lovely view. Safety and comfort are priorities at this property. There was an issue with TV in bedroom not working but no other complaints. Conveniently located near the other hotels and restaurants. Lagoons are great for relaxing , and catching beautiful sunsets.

We were a family of 5- all adults. This location and property were perfect. Each couple/single had their own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided.
Location was amazing! The lagoon was perfection as was the pool area.
Host was very responsive; check in was a breeze.

Experience was great. The only issue we had was parking a surburban. Initially assigned to the garage which could not accommodate the vehicle. Then we were assigned to a spot outside that we could not pull in because the 2 compact vehicles were infringing on our car space. The staff allowed us to park in the employee lot and we were so grateful to them for accommodating our large vehicle

We really enjoyed staying at the beach villa. The check in process was really easy. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed fabulous sunsets on the lanai. We really appreciated the proximity of this unit to the elevator as one of our party is disabled. The beach and pools were easy to access. The pool bar was also great, but it closes at 9:00 so get there early. All in all a great stay!

The layout was great, every couple had a bathroom! It was nice to be able to cook most days although there seemed to be plenty around if you chose not to.The pool area was so nice for kids and family to hang out.There was live music a couple of nights a week at the little bar and also sorbet in a coconut shell and other snacks. The beach was nice and calm for even small kids, only negative was no shade tent was allowed to keep ninth month old out of sun. The Disney resort was in the next lagoon and you can schedule a character breakfast even if not staying there. You can also enjoy shave ice, shop in their stores , get a tour of their rooms if you want a change of pace. Overall, the condo was lovely and the views and atmosphere of God’s beautiful creation was amazing!

Very accommodating check in process with Renu. Excellent communication. Renu allowed us to check in early to accommodate my sons arrival from Japan with family that included 4 month old. Very warm welcome!!!!!
Some of the utensils in kitchen could have been cleaner cook top a bit hinky. Beautiful grounds well maintained would not hesitate to book again.

Great property in Hawaii. Beach, lagoon, and walking areas around the beach area were wonderful. The condo had beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and ice chest for us to use on the beach. The rules and regulations on the property were very strict - pool times, beach usage, parking, ext. But overall very nice stay!

Loved the location of our condo on the water at KO OLINI, OAHU, HI!
Watching the sunrise while sipping coffee on the beautiful Lanai, hearing the birds begin their songs, walking down to the sandy beach to float in the gorgeous Pacific, or having some delicious meals at nearby restaurants…and did I mention the sunsets? Perfect!

Our 6 trip to KBV and continues to be our Hawaii go to location.
Lots to do on Oahu or just enjoy the lagoons and local restaurants and shopping. Our favorites are always visiting Climb Works zip lining and visiting the north shore.

There were six of us staying in Room 404 at the Beach Villa Resort and we all loved the Villa and location! The open living concept (sliding doors opening to indoor/outdoor living space) was so enjoyable! We spent a lot of time inside, in addition to enjoying the beautiful resort and the entire area! Great place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured. A few things to note…
Bring your own coffee for the coffee maker.
They provide beach towels, chairs, large floaties and a cooler chest.
Do not forget to take your keys back to the desk. You cannot get down to the parking garage without your key to leave but if you don’t take them back to the front desk, they charge you over $10 per key. They did not explain this clearly upon check in.
Enjoy your stay. It’s a beautiful place!

This is a beautiful villa with lovely views of the ocean from the spacious balcony. The accommodation is quite large and affords plenty of privacy. It is clean and well-furnished; the kitchen comes fully equipped. We were able to reach the caretaker easily and our host was extremely welcoming. We will be back soon!

This Beach Villa was so comfortable for the 6 of us. It had everything you needed. Beach towels, beach chairs, your basic spices, Coffee maker. The views from the patio are beautiful and really enjoyed sitting outside. There is a small shopping center nearby, about a 10 minute walk. A great restaurant we enjoyed was Monkey pod, a Mexican Cantina, tropical pokey, and made several stops at the ABC grocery store. Just remember it will take you some time to get to Honolulu/Diamondhead crater if you head out early. We Reserved tickets for Diamond Head Crater, left the the Villa at 0620 and it took us two hours to get there. So later might be better, but gets warmer and more crowded. We spent a day at the North Shore, attended the Tao Lua, so fun and Pearl Harbor was so educational. Thank you Renu for your quick response to my many questions. You have a special place.

My parents, sons (ages 7 & 10) and I came here to celebrate my birthday. We spent the first few days of our trip at Aulani next door, which was wonderfully chaotic. The Beach Villas were the highlight of our stay though. It is SO serene here.
Check-in was super easy. Louie is laid back, kind and responsive. There were a few minor issues with the villa like the dishwasher not working and the dryer taking hours to dry each load. Those things were tended to within the day I brought them to Louie’s attention and I learned the washer and dryer will be replaced in September.
The villa had ample space for us all, though no coffee/tea, so be sure to bring some. =)
I went through a divorce last year and wanted to nourish my soul in a relaxing environment where I didn’t have to get up early to save a spot by the pool/beach, worry about the safety of my kids if they were in a different location, deal with the sound of loud/intoxicated groups late into the night, etc. This place exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning.

We went for a family trip and it was perfect. My son is 2 and he has so much fun everyday. Feeding the fishes in the morning was one of his favorite activities. The beach and lagoon you can’t beat anywhere. Would recommend to anyone. There is no food at the villas except hotdogs and pizza at the bar but the other hotel restaurants and the village are very close by. Otherwise we can’t wait to come back!

The space was great; the unit was clean and well maintained. Only things would be nit-picky, and not worth the time—insignificant at best.
The unit was situated great for lagoon views, and folks strolling along the walk path.

We had a great time on our trip. This condo and location is everything you want in a Hawaii vacation. The family enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the ocean. Kids loved being at the pool every day. Snorkeling in the lagoon, seeing all the fish and even a sea turtle was a treat. We grilled out one night near the pool area and often found ourselves at the pool bar (and loved the live music). There are several food options nearby and next time I come I need to bring my golf bag!
All in all, we had a great time, and next time we come to Hawaii we would certainly stay here again!

Ko Olina is a quiet great location to relax on the beach or pools.
Many restaurant options nearby to walk to or cooking is also easy with grills accessible and great kitchens.
This unit has many extras so you don't need to bring them along. A closet stocked with toys was very helpful. Grill tools also.
Parking is great - underground and tight however- renting a car was great to get around and shopping is nearby. We had a mini SUV and it was just the right size. I don't think I would go bigger.
You can order Instacart for delivery if you want to but Costco, Target and many other stores are about a 10 minute drive from the condos. Bring your own bags as you will be charged for them if not - there were some reusable ones in the unit. We also reused our paper instacart bags.

Property was even better than the pictures indicated. Great layout for our group (4 adults & 2 kids). 3 bedrooms & 3 baths ensured everyone had their space. The best feature were the disappearing doors that allowed seamless flow between the kitchen / living room and the lanai. Incredible views of the sunrise & sunset from the lanai. It was really nice being on the shady side of the building because the sun & heat would have been too intense to sit comfortably during late morning & early afternoon. Hallway closet was stocked with all of the beach & snorkeling gear we needed. Everyone enjoyed the convenience & luxury of this unit and it definitely enhanced our stay.

This property is perfect for families with small kids. We stayed with our kids and grandparents. Grandparents got their privacy while we were on other side of villa with kiddos. Common area was large and lanai was gorgeous. View was exactly as pictured. Only gripe was the floor could have been cleaner, but we were sensitive to this given we have crawlers. The beach is right there and is mellow for little swimmers. I think the villa lagoon is the best (smallest, least crowded). Could not have wished for a better location for a multi generational vacation.

The only downside is the rules in the pool, no floaties or toys allowed, with family that is a game changer. No umbrellas allowed on the beach, with babies and toddlers that’s a must. But all in all a beautiful place and location..

This property was beautiful! The lagoon was great for kids, and adults, and the main pool was also wonderful! Communication with the owner and greeters onsite was quick. We had an issue with the air mattress and we had a replacement the same day. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the waves. It was a wonderful vacation!

The property is on Ko'olina lagoon 2 which has public access, but us not crowded. Parking is tight, you do not want a large vehicle when staying here. The view from the lanai is a fabulous place for breakfast. There is no onsite restaurant, you will need to cook your own or go off property. The Marriott has restaurants within walking distance and there is a small shopping center about a mile away that has a couple of restaurants. Due to covid, we could not dine at the Disney resort, which is also walkable. The drinks at the pool bar and other restaurants are double what they are on the mainland. The villa has older plasma TVs with cable.

My family and I have been coming to Ko Olina since 2010, and we found this particular villa in 2015 and have been coming back to it every year since! The owner has always been very responsive with great communication and really ensures our vacation exceeds our expectations. This unit is super clean, and it has a wonderful view of the ocean on that side of the building. The pools are great for adults and kids, and it's such a close walk to the beach! The lagoon in front is perfect and calm for kids! And most importantly, the entire end to end experience always makes us feel like family when we stay there. From booking the unit, to being welcomed when we arrive, to our entire stay, and even the departure.....everyone is very friendly and accommodating throughout! Can't wait for the next trip! :)

We came for a family vacation and loved the unit and location. The property is very well maintained, the unit is exactly as pictured, (very nice!), very well stocked in the kitchen for cooking and has beach accessories which made enjoying the three lagoons so easy. Target, Safeway and Costco about a 10 minute drive. Renu was great and very responsive to all my questions while planning our trip. Being on the west side of the island you are about 30+ minutes from most points of interest so suggest a car to get around if that is something desired. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

The rental was as described. Had beach equipment in the unit for us to use. The lagoon being just outside the property was really convenient. Our daily routine was to go swimming in the ocean, then rinse off all the sand, then go swimming in the pool. Across the street from Ko Olina golf course which was the best course I played on Oahu. Ko Olina stores and restaurants were close enough to walk to. Also a big shopping center with Target, Costco, and Safeway that was a 10 minute drive. Would definitely rent again.
