COVID-19 TRAVEL NOTICE: Beginning August 1, all travelers arriving in Hawaii from out-of-state will be required to get a valid COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their trip, and to show proof of a negative test result at the airport, to avoid the 14-day quarantine. The FDA-approved PCR test from a CLIA-certified laboratory will need to be done prior to arrival. No testing will be provided upon arrival at the airport. Soft waves sounding in the background, multicolor spectacular sunset, birds singing in the morning, whales breaching from November to April, and plentiful of mangoes in the summer, are waiting for you in this beautiful townhouse by the ocean in Puamana, Lahaina. A large grass area in front of the condo before the ocean allows a safe area for children playing, sunbathing, and sunset cocktails. Snorkeling, swimming, surfing and whales watching are right in front of the condo. Turtles and fish swim nearby. You can sometime find a monk seal lying on the beach. The beach is sometime sandy, and sometimes rocky depending on the weather. You can just hang in this wonderful paradise or walk 1 ½ miles to the town of Lahaina that is filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment. Kaanapali is only 5 miles north of the condo. Puamana is a 30-acre gated community with tall palm trees, plumerias, hibiscus, two large mango trees and many tropical flowers. It is a wonderful place to stroll, relax and recreate. We have one tennis court, and three swimming pools, one of which is located on the waterfront. The condo is artistically designed with many special features. Etch glass door and windows greet you at the front door. The living room is wide open with sliding glass doors facing the ocean. You can rest on the sofa and listen to the ocean sounds or enjoy the views. The lanai has a dining room table where you can enjoy all your meals with views. An out door shower is provided to wash off after swimming. You can also view the ocean from the kitchen. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a propane grill, and a large marble island. There are four high stools next to the island where you can entertain while you cook. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed which overlooks the ocean. There is also a desk if you need to work. Sliding door open up to a lanai where you can bath in lounge chairs. Master bath has an open marble shower with a jumbo shower head. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a mountain view, and a connecting bathroom. The third floor has one bedroom with queen size bed overlooking the ocean. The forth bedroom with a mountain view has two twin beds. The third bathroom also has a marble shower with a hand-held shower head. Relax and recreate in this beautiful townhouse. The owners live down the street and are available for most repairs immediately. We welcome you to our paradise.
