If you don’t choose this condo to stay in you are making the wrong choice. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and anything you would need is already there. Feels like home. The AC in the bedroom and in the living room make it very comfortable. All the beach gear you would want and the most beautiful beach right across the street to use it at! The host is amazing at communicating quickly, and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. An easy walk across the street to a gorgeous beach with good swimming and many honu (turtles). The condo was super comfortable, and even though it’s by the pool, it’s still private with grass and bushes between you & the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was heated which was very nice.
Oh! The big TV was a plus!
Mark, the owner answers any question quick and easy.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. All amenities were there. No coffee or tea though. The apartment's bathroom sink was not draining well but the host was very attentive and gracious about fixing the issue. Location is great. Lot of restaurants close by and beach too. We had a good time. Thanks Mark and Pam.

Beautiful property, check in was simple. Communication was great. This place is well taken care of and quiet. It’s within walking distance to the beach (across the street) and plenty of food or activities . Pool is right outside your back door. All amenities as listed including beach chairs, towels books and let’s not forget the 70” t.v. I would 10/10 recommend this condo for your stay.

We love walking the beach…and this location is perfect! We loved watching surfers, sand castle building, family gatherings, fishing…hearing the laughter of children…but best of all watching the turtles swimming! Paradise for sure!
The complex is very well cared for…pool & tennis court were close by! It is nicely stocked with almost anything you need! In either direction a short walk away are…wonderful restaurants…Ami Ami offers an excellent menu! Maui Thai Bistro…so good! We tried Shaved ice and Açai bowls…The Cinnamon Roll Place…yummy! Foodland for groceries and a great selection of Food Trucks is close by too!

Mark and Pam provided a beautiful condo in an amazing location for us to enjoy. We managed to sleep 4 adult size people and cook 2 meals a day easily. We spent many hours across the street at Charley Young and then more time in the pool.
We crashed hard every night in the super comfortable beds. Every morning we had local coffee on the lanai and then used the beach towels, beach bags, and chairs provided to hit the sand. We didn't get a chance to use the grill outside in the common area but will plan for it next time.
Plenty of comfy seating in the evening at the bar for a quick bite or to put our feet up and watch a movie.
We had one small appliance issue and Mark was quick to respond and it was resolved in just a few hours!
Our girls now consider Charley Young their beach and are dreaming of a day they can move to Maui and live in a condo like this one!

My family of four just stayed in the condo and we had an epic vacation. The unit is conveniently located, with pool just outside of the back and the grills right outside of the front. Charley Young Beach is right across the street and a ton of food choices that are just as close. It’s also only 25 minutes away from the airport. We visited tons of beaches and natural attractions, and the location of the condo was super convenient. We would love to come back soon, hopefully during the winter next time. We loved our stay in Maui.

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Maui and the stay at this property was perfect and met all our needs. It was centrally located for our travels to the south, east and north sides of Maui and super nice beach just across the street. Grilling was easy and convenient as was using the pool which is mere steps from the lanai. Hosts was very responsive and front desk of management company was also very helpful in getting parking squared away. We would most definitely recommend this condo for your stay if in the Kihei-area.

My boyfriend and I spent nine nights at this great condo. Communication with Mark was easy and quick, though we didn't need to contact often because everything was good to go. I don't generally use the term "well-appointed," but that's a good way to describe it! We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas, and I even tried the boogie board one day. We liked having the option of the murphy bed to use a few nights because sometimes I need a break from snoring! Our favorite part was the four-minute crawl to and from the beach. It was easy if we needed to run back for something. We had breakfast on the lanai most mornings and enjoyed having a full kitchen and plenty of fridge space to stock with local brews. We walked to the Kihei Kalama Village for dinner and drinks multiple evenings. This was the first time in Hawaii I even bothered to use the pool, but it was hard to resist being so close and convenient. This condo helped make our trip as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

This was a great stay. It was across the street from the beach, ground floor. It seemed more crowded than it really was. I personally didn't like being right by the pool, but for a family with kids, this would be perfect. This place has everything, so that's nice. Overall, good, we liked the giant tv. ;)

We love this condo! Ground floor location with a large lanai and close to pool. Short walk to Charley Young beach. We consider the condo our second home, with all essentials provided. We are so thankful to the owners, Mark and Pam. With our recent stay, we had an airline delay, they responded quickly and were willing to work with us to extend our stay. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return next year!

We stayed two weeks at Maui Vista 1108 and had a great time. Everything is as listed and in great condition. The location is fantastic, steps from the pool, the bbq grills right out the front door as well as the garbage and recycling. The beach is right across the street and there are chairs,umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and more in closet. The a/c works great which we appreciated being from Ak! The fridge and freezer were very nice and the ice maker really keeps up. Parking is first come first serve so if arriving late it's a little fun finding a spot close to building 1 but not a big deal.The washer and dryer were brand new and worked great. We were impressed the owner's replied to us very quickly on any issues or questions would definitely recommend this unit and would not hesitate to book again when we return to Maui. Thanks Mark and Pam for a great trip.

This was our second time staying in Mark & Pam's great condo and it was even better we recalled it from our first stay a few years ago. Realtors always preach "location, location, location" and this unit has that it spades. Literally just steps from the pool, as closes as you can get to the beach in all of the Maui Vista complex, and with all of Kihei's amenities in walking distance, this is as good as it gets.
The condition and features of this unit rival it's location for appeal. All of little extras means you can simply grab what you need from the closet and you're ready for a fully-equipped beach outing. Just excellent.
We highly recommend this unit and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maui.

The location was the perfect access to activities such as our snorkel cruise out of Wailea, golfing, walking a block or two either direction for happy hour or meals, and more. Our daily 'stroll' (if can call it that) to the beach was great. Loved this beach all around - not rocky and water was clear entire time we were there. Mahalo for sharing your place as described!

It would have been good had we been informed that there was parking construction at the condo complex. We were told by the condo office to park at the lot across the street from the condo but we got a ticket for parking there. This really ruined our trip. Other than that, the location is walking distance across the beach.

The condo was absolutely perfect for us - wonderful location & easy access to the beach, literally a 3 minute walk. Close to Kihei shops & restaurants & an ABC Store just a short walk away. This was our 3rd trip to Maui and first time staying at Maui Vista. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Fully equipped with all the essentials and extras such as all the beach gear you could be! Super close to the beaches, restaurants and shops! Mark answered any questions promptly. Most importantly the property is clean and looks modern. The unit has definitely been renovated.
The location is perfect, you really don’t want to stay on another part of the island. It’s close to many beaches, and 20 minutes from the airport. As close as any other location to hot spots like the road to Hana and Haleakala. Great restaurant and shopping with in walking distance. It’s only a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches we found on Maui.
The owners are easy to get in touch with and are very accommodating. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc…. are provided too!!!!
This property is a gem, don’t look any further you found what you are looking for.

Your condo is situated directly in front of the pool and a 4 minute walk to the beach. Keep in mind I’m a slow walker! Beach toys (umbrellas, coolers, boogie board, noodles and towels) kitchen supplies provided! Restaurants close! Great communication with Mark!

Condo was clean and fully stocked with all essentials for Maui beach vacation. Closet was stocked with all beach toys - 3 boogie boards, four beach towels, two beach umbrellas, three beach chairs, bag pack and snorkeling gear. Amenities such as pool by the lanai, common barbeque, efficiently placed dishwasher and washing machine/dryer were great to have. Parking was easy and always available. Best part is that it is located only steps away from a beautiful beach across the street. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST VRBO we have stayed in. Absolutely perfect for our much needed family vacation. It was supplied with everything we needed to sleep well, eat well, and adventure well! The kitchen is the best stocked I've seen in rentals, comfy beds, clean and quality linens, and toys for the pool and beach made everyday easy and fun!
