Had a great time with my wife and three kids at the golf villas in Kapalua! Place is large and updated, with great appliances and a pool 50 ft away. Beach is only a 10 min walk down the hill where my kids swam with turtles and got to see a monk seal. Highly recommended for anyone come to Kapalua/Maui

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The cottage was spacious and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. Communication was great with the property management company.

We had a wonderful week at the Bay Course on the 10th fairway and enjoyed our mornings near the Banyan trees. Great snorkeling beaches nearby with nice walking paths. We will be back!

Wonderful condo in an amazing setting! The home was lovely and well appointed with all the basics you could need including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards....the Kapalua shuttle that is available is a wonderful bonus to get to the beach and not hassle with parking. KBM provided everything we could need to get us through our week vacation (dish soap, trash bags, detergent) and whatever we didn't have was easily purchased at the Honolua Store nearby. Watching the golfers every morning with our cup of coffee was a peaceful and wonderful way to start the day.

Our experience with KBM Hawaii was fantastic and would definitely use them again to book. Unit 14P6 was nice and location was good but unit itself needs updating especially with the in and outside furnishings. Overall though we had a good time.

KBM was very polite, welcoming and quick to respond to all your needs and wants. I am sure next time we will surely keep KBM in mind but probably a different location!

Beautiful location, views, weather and property. An exceptional condo; modern, gorgeous and quiet! Pool well maintained. My only complaint is that the floors were very dirty. Our bare feet were black the first couple of days until I had the chance to wash the floors. Brooms and dustpan should really be kept handy for users. I would not hesitate to stay here again! We loved it.

This well appointed place provided my husband & myself much enjoyment in relaxing views, privacy & time to listen to the birds and watch the golfers. The furnishings are complete and beautiful. There is a very nice restaurant near the golf club within walking distance. Stores, grocery and walks along the beach are close by. The grounds are beautiful with many plantings. This would be a wonderful place for two couples, families with teenagers etc. because of the privacy of the two bedrooms, bath, lanai. The kitchen is awesome and has every thing you need to entertain or a simple meal. On a little drive away there are many shops, beach walks, the Maui Hawaiian Aquarium and other things to see. The pool is just about 50 ft. away. In all, a great place to vacation!

This property was beautiful and everything was tastefully decorated. Our children had fun playing in the back lawn. I would recommend this property to someone who likes to be right on the golf course and does not mind if there is no ocean view. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the pool is conveniently next door. The listing photos have a caption including there is an ocean view, however we were disappointed as the tree line obstructs any ocean view and sunsets. Overall, we had a good time with our two young children and enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! First of all, the booking and payment transaction was easy and quick. I appreciated speaking with the owner prior to payment. When we arrived, we were blown away with the decor and all the villa offered....it was immaculate. It was even more impressive than the pictures. The four of us enjoyed the large, high end kitchen and appliances, the beautiful bedrooms and accompaning bathrooms, and the patio that allows you to walk right out onto a beautiful golf course and steps away from the pool. We grilled several dinners and had a fabulous time cooking and enjoying a meal with such beautiful surroundings. The convenient location allowed us to play golf, go to several nearby beaches and get to the grocery store easily. We really felt like we were on VACATION! Justin was a great host and welcomed us as we arrived and helped us get our bearings. Everything was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
