We just stayed in this unit for the past week and had a great time!! This unit has space which is fantastic, since we have 3 sons. The lanai is also huge! The unit was SUPER clean when we arrived and we were so happy to see the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to make your meals! We were VERY thrilled to see the closet had a full beach set up with chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! Made all our beach days turn key. ONLY disappointment is the extremely narrow parking spot. We are a family of 5, so we need a decent size vehicle and it barely squeezed into the spaces. I mean barely. Every time we moved the car in and out was a bit stressful, and they really don't have street parking. Most of the area around the unit says No Parking. Aside from the parking, the place was great! Prime location to great restaurants/ bars/ beaches. Lots going on, just down the street! No hot tub which would have been nice since the pool was very "refreshing". Overall, great place to stay!

Having the three large beds was incredible and an incredibly comfortable pull out sofa. 3 bathrooms is also a major plus. Condo is within walking distance of a ton. Very clean! And great communication and instructions from the owners.

The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was really nice and convenient to all our events. We were in Hawaii for our daughters wedding and it was an extra benefit to know we had a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, well-furnished condo. Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. Good communication from property manager. As other reviews mentioned, parking is a little tight but we were able to park a minivan with minimal difficulty, just had to take it slow.

This place is very clean, roomy ( there were five for us) a well stocked kitchen ( supply wise) amazing porch. Easy walk to town. Quiet at night. Beach chairs and towels available. Able to accommodate a later check out. Decorated very invitingly as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Top notch property. Everything was exactly as described. Unit was modern and roomy with great Air Conditioning and new appliances. Huge Lanai. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shops on Ali'i drive and short driving distance to beaches to the north and snorkel sites to the south. The only hangup is the assigned parking spot in the garage that comes with the unit is the narrowest spot in the garage, between two columns. If you rent anything larger than amid-size sedan then you'll have to park on the street outside of the condo. We rented a large 4x4 to go to the top of Mauna Kea and some off-road spots. So, we had to park on the street. Wasn't really a huge problem as there's ample safe parking on the street just outside of the condo, but, something to consider if renting a large truck or jeep. The activities concierge whom is also linked up with the rental agent (Dave the Kona Concierge) is also great. He set us up with some great activities).

This condo is great in so many ways: beautiful decorated rooms, proximity to restaurants and coast, quiet location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, grounds. We regret not able to use the free parking spaces due to its awkward location underground garage and tight opening wedged between a wall and a column. Given this condo has two bedrooms, there would always be a group of 4 to 6 guests driving a large car or minivan. It is suggested that alternative parking locations with easy access and large opening be offered for better stay experiences.

This is a nice unit, very clean, and close enough to Ali'i that you can walk to restaurants, beaches, and other amenities. Very minor: if you do rent a car or have your own on the island, be sure it is on the smaller side and that you are comfortable working in a small parking structure. Not an issue for us but may be for others.

Our stay, at Kona Pacific condominiums, was perfect! The location was great. A very short walk to lots of eating establishments. It is centrally located between lots of beaches and place to explore. The condo itself was lovely. Lots of room for a family of 4. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona. Our party of six (my family of 4 - kids 3yo&5yo and my In-laws) found the condo to be very comfortable and conveniently located. We appreciated the air conditioning and 3! bathrooms! We had several other stops in Hawaii so we brought most of our beach gear with us, but the owners provided everything you could need for beach days with young kids (boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler, etc.). As I read in previous reviews, parking was incredibly tight in the allocated spaces, but we were able to squeeze a mini van in (with someone getting out to boost our confidence with backing in to the spot). If we ever come back to Kona and need the extra space, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

The condo was big enough for 3 adults to move around, the kitchen was used and it had what need. A bit of a walk to the heart of Kona, so you are not where the action is but if you like quiet, it’s just the place. If l was to put a negative it would be the car spot location, very tight to get in and out, but we were given plenty of notice and recommend a compact hire car for the spot.

The condo is spacious, very well equipped, nicely decorated and close to Kona center. We really enjoyed the huge balcony. The only issue we had was the tight parking spot but with some practice we managed it.

4/2023 - truly a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Exceptionally clean, an easy check-in process, surprisingly well-stocked kitchen & beach supplies in the closet. We enjoyed spending time together on the beautiful Lanai that even had a bit of an ocean view. The condo is very close to the Kona shops/downtown center (5-10 minute walk). We had a blast here!

We enjoyed the condo in a quiet complex. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen.
The 3 full bathrooms in the two bedroom suite were really appreciated. We liked the fact that we could walk to Alli’i Street for restaurants and shopping and if we decided not to go to the beach there was a great pool to lounge by.

This was a spacious, well laid out condo for two couples. The extra bathroom and large kitchen and lanai made our time together so easy. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was in a great location for walks to dinner and downtown. We loved walking across the street to the Royal Kona resort for dinner, drinks and gorgeous sunsets.
The parking spot is difficult but we managed.
All in all, we would return.

I have zero complaints about the property. It’s close to the farmers market, restaurants and ABC stores. Very nice lanai where I spent most of my morning there, watching the birds and colorful lizards while enjoying my breakfast. Plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling gears, umbrellas and the washers and dryers. 2 bathrooms and 3 bathrooms 👍. The property is clean, quiet and safe. I highly recommended this location.

We were very comfortable in this rental. It was clean and stocked with everything we might need, including beach gear. The property was nicely updated, the grounds had beautiful landscaping and it was walking distance to shops/restaurants/beaches. Management checked in with us several times prior to arrival and called to check on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had every we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well equipped, great location - close to everything but not in the hustle. The lanai space was amazing! Staff was prompt with communication and very helpful. Will absolutely stay here again.
Word of advice - parking spots in the garage are *tight.* We had a mid-size SUV and I don't think we could have parked bigger (wider).
