The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. The sunset views from the balcony were unbelievable, we saw spinner dolphins, whales, and so much more right from the comfort of the balcony! With amazing snorkeling only minutes away and restaurants nearby as well this place is everything you want in a vacation property! After 3 weeks we are finding it hard to leave!

Beautiful place right next to the Ocean. No AC but the place was well ventilated and it didn't matter. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the sunsets!

All the comforts of home.
The amenities we great. We loved having the option for laundry (in unit) and the lighted pickleball courts.
Only downside is their is no air conditioning, but many fans helped and it wasn’t an issue.

The apartment is spacious. It is very tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding. Shower wonderful. Washing machine and drier superb. Very comfortable and large bed. We loved the bamboo curtains. Balcony area is lovely to sit and eat and drink watching and listening to the sea. Location very convenient but you need a car. Parking is good.
Communication with the management company excellent. We will be back!

We have been going to Kona for years. We have had our regular places, but they were not available for our dates this year. I am so happy because KKSRC was perfect for us. Location, accommodations, community. All perfect. Unit well appointed for cooking in. Sitting on deck with the waves crashing on the rocks. All very perfect. Thank you!

Great location with beautiful views of the sun setting on the ocean. Property listing is very accurate. Very clean and comfortable place. Listened to the waves crash against the shore all night from the master bedroom. The only thing I would change is I wish the property had air conditioning. There were a few days it got kind of muggy in the condo and AC would of been nice. Over All beautiful property with great property management. We would definitely stay here again.

Our first trip to big island. Location was very good if you plan on visiting all of the island. No a/c but fans kept it cool enough. Be aware, birds will be your 6am wake up call if you have windows open. Carpet needs cleaning but everything else was good. Mgmt company is top notch!!

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, peaceful and it was exactly what we were looking for. It had a great location. Close to plenty of things to do. The snorkeling literally one minute down the road was the best we have experienced in Hawaii. I would stay here again without hesitation.
There was one detail that should have gotten a note in the description. The unit does not have air conditioning. This was not a problem but it would have been nice to know in advance. A couple of nights were quite warm.

We like to cook! The kitchen in this condo was amazing in terms of having everything you would have at home to cook. The owners of this property took the time to stock their kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pans/pots, wine glasses, nice serving bowls (no plastic!). Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days, my husband and I, with our two 17 year old boys. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Kona Coast Vacations were great to deal with. The condo has everything you could need and the Keauhou shopping center is only 2 min away for groceries & drugstore.
The condo is beautiful, although more weathered than the listing photos show and the carpets & sofa really need to be cleaned, they are smelly, but the amazing view makes up for that! The sunsets we had were spectacular!!
Afternoons at the pool chatting with the different visitors and residents was fun!

We enjoyed our staying at this condo! Amazing view of the sunset every afternoon, very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is no air conditioning but it was not a problem at all because all rooms including the bathrooms have a fan. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. We will definitely come back and recommen this beautiful place to family and friends!

This is our third time staying in this condo. Reasons we love this place and come back: sunsets every night on the lanai, 24/7 peaceful ocean waves with the occasional dramatic pounding, ceiling fans in every room to stay cool, spacious open floor plan, quiet (especially compared to the crowded resorts), it's clean, all the basics are provided. We do some sight seeing but are also perfectly content just hanging out here.

The Condo my husband and I stayed in was amazing. Listening to the waves at night was relaxing. The home was well stocked with basic supplies. The home is beautiful and well furnished. We had a wonderful stay here. It is right on the water and has beautiful sunset views. We had breakfast on the corner lanai every morning!
It is spacious, clean and well stocked with all you will need. The pool is lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Our first trip to the big island and we loved our stay here. This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The lanai is fabulous and we’d love to return. You are close to neighbors, which can be a factor since it’s a windows open type environment, but the unit feels as secluded as can be given proximity to others and it wasn’t an issue for most of our time there.

Incredible place. Way nicer than what I normally stay at. If my girlfriend gets used to this level I'm in big trouble!
Kitchen was really well stocked with quality pots, pans, knives, etc and not cluttered with unnecessary extras.
The only slight downside with the condo is the doors between the bedrooms don't provide any sound insulation, so if you have snorers or particularly enthusiastically romantic folks in your group you have to account for this.
Swimming in the ocean in front of the condo requires good knowledge and experience with the ocean. I jumped in from the rocks directly in front of the condo to go freediving, and while out there I ended up having to help rescue an open water swimmer who got pulled out in a rip current from the beach on the north side of the property.

Nice comfortable place. Very roomy with great outdoor space.
Positives: nice kitchen appliances and we cooked often, sunsets from lanai were beautiful, good location to some open restaurants and supermarket. Nice to have clothes washer and dryer.
Negatives: we were on 2nd floor and we could hear footsteps and furniture moving in early hours (4 am 1 morning) from 3rd floor guests. This happened 6 mornings out of 14 mornings because of frequent guest turnover.
All in all it was a great visit and
we would come back.

This property is beautifully decorated and is well appointed with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The views from the living area and lanai are amazing. We spent many of hours relaxing on the loungers watching the boats pass by the complex and ate most of our meals at the lanai table. The sunsets are directly in front of the property so you have a front row seat for great pictures.. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. Very open floorplan with lots of windows and doors to create a perfect flowing breeze throughout the house. The kitchen has everything that might be needed if you plan to stay in and cook. The location is also close driving distance to other food options and a store if needed. Great place to use as a base point for daily trips or just stay and relax.

My husband and I got married while in Hawaii and stayed with our guests at another property for the first leg of our trip. After the wedding we selected this property for the "honeymoon" portion of our trip. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean, detailed instructions on how to use everything in the condo and a view to die for! Morning coffee on the lanai before heading out on our adventures was our favorite part. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

This is a high end condo on the beach in Keauhou Hawaii. It os quintet, the view s are stunning and it is wonderfully updated and maintained with top of the line amenities. Whether you stay to enjoy sunset views on the wrap around lanai or sue it as a base of operations for adventure, you will be very happy.

Our unit's oceanfront location was stunningly beautiful! We enjoyed the lanai's privacy when watching powerful waves or gorgeous sunsets. The condo's proximity to beaches and a grocery store was wonderful.
The unit lacked sufficient cleaning supplies (particularly laundry and dishwasher detergent) to meet the demands set by the owner for laundering of beach and bath towels, as well as dishwashing. Only 1 single use laundry detergent and 2 dishwasher pods were available for 4 people on a 10 day stay. Snorkels and masks described by previous guests were no longer available in the gear box. Hopefully, the water filter on refrigerator will be replaced to end its frequent "replace filter" beeping each time drinking water is obtained.

We were there for Ironman and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were close enough to the action to get to the transition area with either Uber or bikes but far enough away to relax when necessary.

Our group of 4 adults enjoyed our stay here. The view of the ocean is beautiful and we enjoyed the Lanai every morning and evening. Good location with easy access to restaurants and activities. There is no air conditioning in the unit - it was a bit muggy the first night, but cooled down with fans and open windows. We would absolutely stay here again!

Condo is beautiful inside. Outside property is very nice and well maintained but a little dated. Pounding surf noise is fantastic. Bring a frisbee or badminton racquets... community grassy area right outside (although you can’t hear or see anything other than ocean and surf from the unit). Great kitchen. Easy access to shopping. Feels very safe with gated access to parking. Pool area is clean and the Hawaii sun is magical. Although I never did contact them, the property manager was terrific about getting me information on the condo (and things to do and see on the big island). They seemed eager to assist me if there was anything we needed. Walk north of the condo project and there’s a path to a public beach with sea turtles and some ancient Hawaiian rock structure. 15 minute drive to the Captain Cook monument trailhead if your looking for a good hike (not too easy to get back up). 5 minute drive to the Kona Country Club if you’re looking to golf. We enjoyed the location... far enough away from the crowds of Kona and magic sands but a quick drive to town when we wanted. No negative surprises. The pictures are a good representation of what you get... except the ocean view and the noise of the pounding surf which can’t be captured in a picture. Beautiful.
