Gorgeous condo.
We have a such an amazing week in this place.
The space was very clean, spacious for our family of 4, and have all the things you need to cook and amenities that you have in your own home.
Located on ground level right across the pool was a big plus only 15 steps to the pool gate area from the back patio. About 1 min from the beach to watch a beautiful sunset daily.
Theres 3 windows ac 1 on each room and 1 in the dining/living room area, very nice to have since july it can get a little hot during the day (88-91).
Internet was great , tv have losts of apps to hear music or watch you shows or movies in YouTube tubi etc.
Wacher and dryer was great too.
We cook every day here they also have outdoor bbq grills if you want to use them.
Pool was heated to perfect temperature, also a very relaxing jacuzzi right next to it.
We only have good things so say about the condo and the entire property.
They keep the place very nice looking and the people that work there are very nice and polite.
We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and definitely come back again since we left a few activities for the future to explore.

Our first trip to Maui was amazing, and this condo was the perfect place to stay for our family of five. The unit is right next to the pool, has a lanai with a great view of the sunset, and is a short walk to the beach. Our kids also enjoyed playing shuffle board, tennis, and pickleball. Tammy has you all covered, too - beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, snorkel equipment, coolers, etc. We’d definitely come back!

We are so glad we chose Tammy’s property at Maui Sunset. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and Tammy was great to work with. The property and location are outstanding. You are literally steps from the pool and a two minute walk to the ocean. We enjoyed the partial ocean view from the lanai each morning as we had breakfast outside. The condo was spacious enough for our family of five. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Tammy, for sharing your home. We had a wonderful family vacation and created memories that will last a life time. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others. Mahalo!

We had an excellent time at Maui Sunset. Property is very well maintained and clean. Lush grounds, fabulous pool, right on the beach! Location is convenient for day trips to other parts of the island and easy walking to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Great condo!This condo fit our needs perfectly. Since we were traveling with kids and older parents the bottom floor made it very convenient. The pool is right across from the condo and so is the beach. They light the tiki torches every night. And you can’t beat the views of the sunset every night. It was super clean. Tammy is very easy to get a hold of and super nice. We were totally stay here again!

Great location, immaculate grounds, very nice extras, putting/chipping green, beach items in the unit. Ice maker needed a little help but buying one small bag of ice made up the difference. Sunsets from the lanai were spectacular through a little grove of trees. A minute walk barefoot to the beach right at the setting sun.

The condo was wonderful and Tammy was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was very clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and the activity options right at the condo make things easy. We enjoyed being able to walk out the patio to the pool and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice unit with everything you need to have a great vacation. We rented 3 units for this family vacation and all were nice. Think Tammy's unit was the most tastfully furnished of the three.
We have stayed at Maui Sunset several times and never been disappointed.

What a great condo. Super clean, fantastic location central to all the things in Maui. Loved the grassy area and turtle loaded beach! Floor level added another layer of convenience to this experience when lugging gear to and from the car. Enjoyed coffee, drinks, and card playing on the lanai. Loved daily beach runs and the super comfy couch that swallowed my family up after daily outings. Teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. :)

We had a lovely stay at the Maui Sunset. Everything was as described and met our expectations. It was very nice that the unit included a pack n play for our baby to sleep in and a travel high chair for meal time. We also appreciated all of the beach gear. We really loved our time at this fantastic condo in Kehei. It had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. The condo was incredibly clean and well supplied. I especially appreciated the fact that there was a coffee grinder. With so many great local roasters in the area, I was very happy to be able to brew a fresh pot each morning.
Kehei is a great location as it is an easy drive to most Maui locations and there are some great beaches very near. I’d recommend either Secret Cove or Makenna Landing. Both are close.
There is also a ton of great food options in Kehei…looking forward to returning someday.

We were here for just over a week for a vacation and a friends wedding. Location of the property was good for all the activities we wanted to do. Very clean and stocked with supplies for our stay. The walls are like tissue paper. You can hear everything outside and next door. However, it wasn’t noisy early in the morning or late at night. Overall the condo was a good experience for a first time trip to the island.

Tammy was a great host! The rental was good and had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, had great recreational gear and appliances. Only cons were there were 4 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days with 5 people; the AC units had a 2 hour timer so they shut off while sleeping and we would wake up multiple times a night due to being too warm even with the fans. Overall, I recommend this property to families for a short walk to the pool/beach and beautiful walk out lanai to see the sunset!

Very nice property, a place close to restaurants. Patio opens up to a very nice park and swimming pool within steps of the ocean shore. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are small but clean.
The only inconvenience is that the AC has a two-hour timer so it switches off and then we would wake up and switch it back on to get some more snooze time. Unfortunately, we sleep better if it's cool at night.

The outside of the property, from the parking lot, looked a bit weathered. But the unit was in great condition, is very well stocked with everything you need: kitchen supplies, beach chairs, linens.. the beds are comfy, even the sofa bed. The pool and hot tub in the complex are great, the sunsets are gorgeous and you can walk to restaurants and shops.

We LOVED our time in this condo! It is an excellent location, especially if you have children. With such easy access to the pool, you will be so delighted at how easy it is to come and go.
The beds and pull out couch were very comfortable. The condo was clean and well stocked….. we did run out of TP though, and had to quickly run out and grab some! Ha! so if you have a larger group you’ll need to pick some up.
There were beach chairs, sand toys and beach umbrella to use. There was one boogie board too.
I highly recommend this condo! You will love it!

I loved the views from the room and all of the awesome sunsets we had. the room was super clean. I had problems with the door into the washer and dryer.... it kept on getting off the hinges but other then that the room was awesome.

This property definitely lived up to all the other 5 star reviews! We like Kihei because of it’s central location on the island and this is the best place we have stayed in by far on the island. The condo was clean and well stocked (including a boogie board, several beach chairs, ice chests, snorkel sets, etc). The Maui Sunset complex is fantastic with a great pool, shuffle board, putting green, and tennis courts which kept the whole family entertained. The grounds are very clean and well kept. The location of this unit on the ground floor very near the pool was perfect with the kids. It made everything so much more accessible compared to all the other floors that had to use the elevator. Would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back to this condo in the future.

First time in Maui and we would highly recommend this unit. On the ground floor, close to the pool and beach.
Tammy the owner has kept the unit well stocked with games, coolers, reading material etc. Kitchen is also well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, cutlery etc. All we had to do was buy groceries.
And Tammy is very easy to contact with any concerns or questions.
The grounds are kept immaculate. Actually thought it was artificial grass it is kept so finely manicured.
Close to grocery shopping by car. And a market open daily about a 4 block walk away with fresh produce and souvenirs.

Great place to stay on Maui. Accommodations were roomy and very clean and everything was well maintained. Close to the beach,nice places to eat, and shopping. Wonderful place to stay with a family. Grounds are beautiful and the condo is close to the pool area. Owner (Tammy) is very personable and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to both adults and/or family. Great time.

Well-equipped, comfortable, and roomy. Tammy (owner) very kind and helpful. A short beautiful walk (no streets to cross) to the beach, and the exceptional beaches of Wailea/Makena just a few minutes away by car. Grandma, grandpa, mommy, daddy and a two and a half year old enjoyed our stay.

Easy to get to & from anywhere.The condo photos did accurately reflex the appearance of the suite. We liked the privacy that the Maui Sunset provided from the street. We loved the main floor.The condo was well equipped with every thing you would need for cooking, beach time & relaxing watching TV or sitting on the deck in the shade. When we called Tammy she was very friendly and quickly solved acouple problems we had. We can't wait to go again. Thanks Tammy for a wonderful time in Maui.

We arrived after a long trip and were very happy when we explored the condo and found it clean, comfortable, and super well equipped. As windsurfers, we loved the beautiful lawn in front to rig and unrig our gear and carry it a couple of hundred yards to the water. Super convenient to grab a cold beer when finished, and hop in the hot tub, just a few yards from our condo.
The condo had all you would need, including a massive TV and internet, as well as a comprehensive kitchen fully equipped. Nice and close to the shops, and an easy drive to the North and West Shores for windsurfing and exploring.
Tammy (the owner) was great to deal with and we would recommend this condo to anyone.

My husband and I, along with our two sons (19 and 16 years), travelled to Maui for a week for our first visit to this beautiful island.
It is important to us to have a safe and clean place to stay when we travel and we were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We found the condo very quiet even though there were quite a few people using the pool. The pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board courts are right outside the unit! There were beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, pool toys, and a couple of ice chests available in the unit. The activities desk at the pool had the shuffleboard supplies and you could buy tickets for island activities. At night there was a private security guard who patrolled the grounds.
The grounds were immaculate. We noted that workers maintained the landscape daily and the grass felt great to our feet!
We shopped at the nearby grocery store in order to make most of our breakfasts and some other meals. The kitchen was well stocked with many dishes, pots and pans, plus utensils.
We travelled into Lahaina and recommend Kimo's...get there early if you don't want to wait! Excellent fresh fish and hula pie. We enjoyed tasty fish tacos and salsa at Maui tacos.
Tammy was easy to contact and answered all our questions about the property. This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends. Our brother came to visit from a nearby island and was impressed with the accommodations...he talked about booking when he comes to Maui in the future for work related training.

The owner got back to me quickly upon inquiry of her condo, the price was well worth what was offered, it was an easy transaction/stress free and all went very smooth.
Upon arrival, I was completely satisfied with the accomodations. The condo was CLEAN, roomy and had a homey feel to it. The owner has it stocked well, with towels, sheets, all the kitchen necessities- including the extras (placemats, cutlery, spices, soaps, etc..).
I was so thrilled with how well stocked it was, I felt happy to leave my extra laundry soap, shampoo, etc behind for the next tenant.
The grounds are very well kept, the staff is friendly, even the 'regulars' that live there are welcoming and friendly. We used the BBQ's, pool and beach access to kayak. All were perfect!
I would recommend the aquarium, very close by. Also Maui tacos was delish. We enjoyed shopping at Longs and Safeway while there. We loved it! and the value for our money could not have been better!!!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks having a wonderful time with all the comforts of home. This is the most well equipped unit I have stayed in. Our first time with a ground level unit!!! We found ourselves enjoying the hot tub and pool far more often then when we stay in upper level units. It was so nice to sit in the grass and sun directly off the lanai. I could not believe the landscaping and how well manicured they keep it. We highly recommend staying here and hope to again soon.

We had a family reunion with all the kids and grandkids coming one week at a time for a month. Being on the ground floor so close to the pool and a short walk across the gorgeous lawn to the beach was perfect. The unit sleeps 5 and we had a toddler bed delivered for a very reasonable price. The couch also makes out into a bed which we did not need. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were surprised to find beach mats, beach chairs, and boogie boards for us to use. The unit was clean and well equiped. You can purchase tickets for any activities right in the pool area which is so convenient. There were tennis courts, shuffleboard, and paddle board rentals available as well. Wonderful restaurants, other beaches for snorkeling and boogie boarding are within 10 - 15 minutes away. I would recommend Five Palms Restaurant for fine dining and Stella Blues for good food and fun entertainment. If you like Mexican, try Fred's. We also loved the beach at Keawakapu for snorkeling , boogie boarding, and sun bathing. The kids took surfing lessons at Kamaole Beach. Every morning we walked the beach by the condo looking for treasures and one morning we found a large sea turtle on shore. We could watch the whales from the beach and the sunsets are unbelievable! Tammy, the owner, was very accomodating and helped us get connected to WIFI. As the kids and grandkids left everyone said "Best Vacation Ever!"
