The bedding, kitchen, bath, sofa, tv, balcony furnishings, ceiling fans, were high quality and meaningfully beautiful, even the clothes hangers sounded like wind chimes when they moved. Its so nice it was hard to leave everyday to go sight seeing. Wow, I wont forget any of it, and Melissa was available for any need, even local artist info. Thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a perfect place.

The tv armoire didn’t stay open so provided an odd view to the tv. There seemed to be pet hair on blankets and towels. Appreciate the coffee and other beach goodies. Host was awesome with communication. Overall a good stay and location was decent with a nice view.

Our first trip to Maui. We spent 8 days at the property. Easy access by a short drive to beautiful beaches with great snorkeling. We watched whales leap from the water every morning from the deck and slept to the sound of waves every night. Some good food within walking distance was also great. We look forward to visiting again.

This condo was so cute and clean! The views from the porch are incredible, face the sunset, and we even got to watch whales put on a show every day. She provides everything you could need including binoculars, beach chairs/umbrella, towels, and the most comprehensive binder I have ever seen! I think Melissa has information on anything and everything you could possibly do on Maui! She was very quick and responsive, we had no issues finding the location or getting in. We loved sleeping listening to the waves all night, and with the trade winds we never needed the AC. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!

It is a studio, so pretty small - pictures are accurate. Had just about everything that you need. A great view (2nd floor), good breezes, ceiling fans (which we never needed!), beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Kitchen was decently stocked with plates, etc., toaster, blender and more. We appreciated the full coffee container which was plenty for the week. It would have been nice to have more places to dry our towels and bathing suits. We love this location - close to our fav snorkel places (Kapalua and Kahekili), and nice Chinese food just a block away. The building looks like it needs some repairs, and no elevator. All in all, we loved it.

This lovely, quiet studio apartment suited our needs for a short stay while touring different parts of Maui. It’s a very clean, renovated unit in an older low-rise condo. It’s ocean front with lanai for great sunset but no beach. Beautiful beaches just 5 minutes drive away. The host is kind, responsive and great source of information. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Melissa, the host, was very good about communicating the details about the condo, which had everything we needed. Kahana is our favorite area to stay in Maui and this clean, lovely little condo did not disappoint. The view is amazing. Central to great beaches and food.

Absolutely a great spot for a couple to spend some time in! Super close to the ocean, which is full of sea turtles , about 100 steps away. Owner provided beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler to help with the beach experience.! The area has some great local spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Gorgeous views with rainbows and islands constantly.. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you plan on cooking there, and there was plenty of grills on the property as well. Gas station/ convenience store around the corner and Maui brewing co. Will definitely come back. The setting is romantic and quiet, ideal for honeymoon or an anniversary! Mahalo 🌴

This rental far exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and could not have been more pleased with our condo. The location was perfect. The condo is on a quiet road just a stones throw from the water and with an easy walk to gorgeous beach access up the road. The interior of the condo was modern and clean with every amenity we could have asked for. The view was breathtaking and we really enjoyed watched the sunset over the ocean every night.

Amazing views and sounds of the ocean. Literally only a few feet from the ocean. There’s a couple private beaches less than a 5 minute walk. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook. We could not recommend this place more highly. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this place. We spent two weeks in Maui and Kauai and stayed at several rental properties, this was the best of them all! Great location in Maui (close to both Kaanapali and Napili areas) and this unit is so special. It is as close to the water as you can get, the view from the balcony is amazing! We also loved watching the sea turtles every morning - they eat on the rocks right in front of the unit. So amazing. The host is also amazing - very communicative and accommodating. We were really impressed by the information binder provided at the unit - tons of information on the complex, what to do on the island, food, etc. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and great space for a studio apartment. It is also updated with a great kitchen and bathroom. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This unit was amazing! Not only the location and the view, but the amenities and the extra touches! This was one out of 4 different accommodations we had between Oahu and Maui, and I honestly think this was my favorite!!!!! I have an irrational phobia of bugs and I had to go out of my way to find this place and I couldn't have been happier! Very very impressed! There is a ton to do nearby there and I am so glad we chose this part of the island! The sunsets were gorgeous from the room. We were also provided a ton of beach supplies. The bathroom and the supplies smelled amazing!

We stayed here almost a year and a half ago, and talked about the day we'd come back. The condo is perfect for a couple! We love to cook to we cooked all our meals here, kitchen had what we needed, and dinner each night on the lanai watching the sunset was perfect. The bed is so comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing made for a great night. The complex on the beach side where we are is small (no crowds) and very quiet. Melissa is a terrific host, and we plan to continue to only book with her when we come to Maui. She has the perfect spot in Paradise!

The best part of our stay at Melissa's condo was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The unit is really close to the water and the balcony provides a gorgeous view. The unit was very clean, the bed comfy, and it was nice to see a pair of high quality binoculars on the coffee table for our use. We lost power one one night - there was a loud boom down the street. When I texted Melissa, she was very responsive... she's a great host and for anyone spending some time in Maui, this is a very nice choice!

A balcony gives you a stunning view of the ocean and the island of Moloka'i. It gives you a wonderful way to start your morning as you listen to the ocean crash and palm trees sway in the wind. It also gives you excellent sunsets viewing opportunities. The host was so kind and helpful. She communicated well by giving us all the info we needed about the property in a timely manner. Melissa’s place was in the perfect location. There were whales, sea turtles and breathtaking sunsets viewable from our lanai! There is beach access within a walkable distance. We did rent a car, so lots of stores and restaurants were within a 5-10 min drive. I did reach out before arriving and asked for some recommendations on a few activities we wanted to do, Melissa replied promptly with some fantastic places. Bed was like a cloud, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning but the sunrise on the mountains across the water make it worth it. Our experience at the condo was extraordinary. Everything was exactly as shown. It is impeccably appointed and very, very clean. But most of all, the view we had was extraordinary. On our first day we saw no less than 11 or 12 whales breaching. We were also visited by a couple of monk seals and those magnificent sea turtles. It was as if they had come to welcome us. Everyone was so friendly and willing to assist in any way that they could throughout our visit. Can’t wait to go back and do it again. So much to see. I highly recommend this particular condo. We really enjoyed our time here! For a couple visiting the island for a few days, this was absolutely perfect for us. It is a studio, but there is ample space in the main room for both the living and sleeping areas, and not feel too crowded. The best part of the property is of course, THE VIEW! You are right on the ocean, and the large lanai is perfect for watching the sunset over the water. If the weather's clear you also have a great view of the surrounding island(s)! Being there in February we were lucky enough to see whales from our lanai multiple times throughout our stay. Melissa was always available to answer any questions, and there were many thoughtful amenities provided such as beach chairs, tennis rackets, and a portable cooler! This was our first time on Maui, as well as my first VRBO booking experience, and the experience blew my expectations of both out of the water. This was a great find from start to finish! Communication was easy and very friendly. The unit is even better than the pictures! Super comfortable bed and couch and the unit is spotless, updated, just perfect! The kitchen is so beautiful, and stocked with whatever you need, including coffee! Parking is easy, great location. Also easy to get in and out of unit with a great passcode entry, not like those clunky boxes with key inside. The view is amazing of course, and the whales put on quite a show for us. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a magical time on our first trip to Maui. Part of what made it so fantastic was this wonderful condo to come “home” to each day. Melissa has stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need. When she says to just bring your swimsuit, she’s not kidding! We arrived late on a Thursday night and were blessed to wake up to coffee and a pot ready to roll! We loved having the beach gear and made use of it every single day. The bed was extremely comfy and the amenities were all impeccable. We were close to everything, but far enough to feel away from the busyness of the island. It is not many times that locations exceed expectations, but this place was wonderful!!! We stayed for 6 days and truly enjoyed every minute! We were close enough to things to get there quickly, but not in the center of the hustle and bustle. We were able to relax every morning and listen to the waves crash while drinking our coffee, and were even able to see who lakes jumping one morning. Highly recommend this rental!

The property was so easy to access and check-in process was very easy. The parking spot was right next to the property and was covered which was another nice feature. Melissa’s studio is even better in real life than the photos. The views are stunning and space is very clean and convenient. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. Everything you could need to take to the beach is provided and the kitchen is fully stocked for any needs. Check in and out is a total breeze. Melissa is super responsive and communicative when needed but otherwise leaves you to just enjoy. I’m obnoxious about cleanliness these days and this place was spotless. Bed was comfortable, cable for baseball playoffs, even a cooler and ice pack to take to the beach. Do not hesitate to book this place. You truly won’t be disappointed and I cannot wait to come back!

We visited Maui for our honeymoon and stayed here on the first leg of our trip. Everything about this spot was perfect for us! Great location, great size, and excellent amenities. Melissa was a fantastic and communicative host who provides everything you needed for your stay. She has really thought of everything! The kitchen and bathroom are both new which we loved. Also the balcony has a stunning direct view of the ocean. Outside, we were steps away from the water and loved to see the sea turtles in the surf and crabs on the rocks. Great coffee place very close by (although there is coffee & coffee maker in the condo!). Stay here if you can - I can’t recommend this spot enough!
