Ryka, is an excellent host! She will take care of any issues you may come across quickly. House is clean and ready and its very nice its across from the beach area. the only issue we ran into is due to its location and being a popular destination. There is a lot of road noise from 5AM to 10PM if you are a light sleeper like us, you will need ear plugs.

We have been to Maui several times and decided to try something a little different- stayed in Napili this time. The condo was perfect for our needs! Definitely more than enough space for four adults, two young teenagers and two 9 yr old kids. The master bedroom is huge and there are two full bathrooms which are very nice (with a small powder room downstairs, too).
We were especially delighted at all of the beach accessories that were available for our use! So convenient and fun. We saw a family of turtles literally on the sand in Napili Bay, and whales were breaking everywhere on our walks along the Kapalua Coastal Hike. Amazing!
Groceries are available within a mile drive and the condo is also conveniently located to the Ritz (burger shack on the beach is 10/10), Merriman's (such good food and vibe) and just 20 mins from downtown Lahaina (front street for food and fun!) Thanks for the experience! Mahalo!

She had everything you would need for beach days which helped us! The property was perfect for our 6 person family vacation! It was very clean, updated and comfortable! Our family enjoyed a wonderful 8 day stay at this property! It comes completely as advertised: Clean, well-equipped and close to the best that Maui has to offer. The owner (Ryka) was as engaging as anyone we've ever rented with from VRBO (there have been plenty) and even met us personally to give us a tour at check in. She was also highly accessible in answering any and all questions we had about the property, town, things to do, etc. Everyone had an excellent time and, should we be so lucky to visit Maui again, we would certainly rent here again!

We throughly enjoyed staying at Ryka's place in Napili. The house was beautiful and perfectly located within walking distance to some great beaches, snorkeling and the Kapalua resort and golf courses. Just a 2-minute drive to great restaurants, grocery shopping, and to Lahaina. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Napili 16 was both immaculately clean and well provisioned. I am not sure of the age of the condo, but it was as spotless as if brand new. All aspects of its contents, from appliances to towels, were in excellent condition. It included beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use at nearby Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay as well as a lanai with a gas grill. We were a family of six and could not have asked for a better rental experience or a better host than Ryka.

The townhouse was everything it was reported to be and a wonderful location for the family. The owner provides everything needed for a day on Napili Bay. A short walk to the beach and to two of our favorite restaurants was perfect for our group. We were even able to extend our years on the golf courses at Kapalua just up the road!

Ryka has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. kitchen is well supplied, lots of comfortable furniture, lovely outside sitting area with great gas grill. Lots of beach towels. chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and beach chairs. Lots of room for 6 adults.
Check in was fast and efficient. Ryka texted several times to ensure we had all we needed.
We found it exceptionally clean, comfortable. Met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this property to all and would love to return soon.

It was absolutely amazing . Beds where comfy an it was nice to have a barbecue to grill food. Steps away from the beach watched the sunrise an sunset in Napili bay for 7 nights!! The Townhouse is everything the video advertises and is stocked with many amenities I have not found in other VRBO places such as toilet paper, spices, coffee filters and additional towels. Tubes and boogie boards for the beach that my granddaughters loved. I strongly recommend you rent this townhouse

I spent 3 weeks looking for a Maui rental as I was coming for my best friends wedding. I found Ryka’s spot and can only DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK! The townhouse was amazing there are three rooms with 4 amazingly comfortable, clean, and well maintained beds. There are three Bathrooms, two of which are full and one is downstairs as a guest/communal location.
The kitchen was perfect for a 4 day stay. All the things you’d need to cook, clean, and live are provided. The plus, if you don’t want to worry about breaking or losing anything Ryka has a specific set of plates, cups, and shot glasses for you to use.
The garage and outdoor patio were also amazing. Private and secluded so you don’t have to worry about the noise you make or the noise of neighbors.
Ryka herself is super super accommodating. She met me to check in a bit later in the evening as I arrived late from La. There is no doubt she takes care of you while there and her property as she is just a call or text away. I loved that every 2 days she would be available in the morning to text and confirm all is well and the trip is going to plan.
The area is unbeatable. 5 min walk to a local beach/cove, 7 min walk to a local cliff diving spot, 10 min drive to any local stores, and 6 min drive to any local resorts like the Ritz where the wedding was that I was there for.
Long story short, for the price, location, offering, and communication. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG HERE!!! If I ever return ti Maui which I assume I will, this location and any of her others will be on the top of my list and recommended for all others.

The property is clean, fully stocked and the owner Ryka was amazing. She helped us with early check-in and gave us directions to local stores and restaurants. The beach across from the property is paradise on earth. Beautiful calm water for the kids, snorkeling and paddle boarding for the adults and showers to clean it all off before crossing the street back to the condo. I would highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to go back!!

I made the reservation for Ryka’s property in late 2019. Due to pandemic, there were several postponements ‘til our stay in August of 2021. Ryka was understanding and always worked with us to coordinate dates to coincide Hawaii’s re-opening guidelines. And when it did the Haole’s hit Maui hard. It’s for this reason we truly appreciated the location of this unit as we had easy access to two of the most sought after beaches in Napili and Kapalua Bay. Others would arrive at 7 am to maybe find parking when we could simply walk across the street. The unit was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. Just bring your board shorts as there’s everything you need for the beach. Once we were there a car was not required as we had access to nearby restaurants, Kapalua trail, shaved ice, and not too far grocery store. We’ll definitely be back! Thank Ryka for your ohana spirit!

I absolutely loved my short stay at this condo! Decor is uncluttered contemporary with floor to ceiling windows letting in the beauty of maui. Super clean and offering every amenity. A two minute walk across the street to my favorite Napili bay where you can wash the cares of the world away as you roll up and down in the gentle surf, and dine in their superb outdoor cafe. definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Accomodations had everything you would want. The location was incredible, steps from beautiful Napili Bay and awesome dining. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of bathrooms and it was so clean!!! Towels, linens boogie boards, snorkel equipment, wine cooler, blender and a kitchen for a gourmet cook. A quiet patio to chill out on and all of the state of the art furniture and appliances. I can't wait to return. It was minutes away from the Kapalua Wine festival. Easy to book and the owner is very pleasant. Can't wait to return!

I love the Sea House, Gazebo restaurants which are close by.We ate breakfast at the Plantation House on the gorgeous golf course and loved being close to the Kapalua Wine Festival.

Our first impression of the townhouse was that it was immaculate. It is modern and spacious. Though it is on the street it was quiet. It is a short flat walk to the crescent swimming beach at Napili Bay. The Sea House Restaurant and George Kahumoku's Weds. night "Slack Key Show" are also a short walk away. We were there for the Kapalua Wine and Food Fest at the Ritz Carlton Resort and were pleased that it was just a five minute drive away. Ryka answered our questions with ease and was very prompt with emails before and after our stay. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Clean,comfortable, well equipped home.5 adults, spacious master,others are small-hey,we are just sleeping in them.Few minor glitches,however Owner lives nearby & no problems to come & address concerns & recommend restaurants etc. Didn't steer us wrong! Kitchen has everything you need to prepare own meals & supermarket is nearby. two good restaurants in walk distance. 'Iron Imu'-excellent BBQ and the 'Sea House". On the beach for sunset viewing. Fun place for happy hour & best value breakfast in the area. Excellent, beautiful beach within walking distance. Good swim/snorkel-love the sea turtles! Selection of beach equip. with house, adult snorkel gear needs to be updated.Appreciated the A/C-especially in evenings (roosters can be annoying). Easy access to hwys to travel around island. 'Road to Hana' & Haleakaka volcano are must do's! Leave early for Hana, or better yet,arrange to overnite in Hana & enjoy area at your leisure.Too much to see in one day. Take good walking shoes for volcano trip, hike down into crater is well worth the effort & most impressive.Past Napili, the road to the Nakalele Blowhole & Olivine Pools is worth the drive.Ignore rental car policy about travel to this area, everyone does, paved & safe. Hana road is scarier.Wailuku is worth the drive, pleasant town & area wth lots of history. Also, close to main shopping areas on island. Excellent pizza at Gianottos on Main St. Also, Iao Needle Park is nearby, beautiful gardens, lots of history & pleasant stream to cool off in, on hot days. Lahaina is a tourist trap-however a pleasant place to stroll & interesting. Lots of choices for good eating.Definitely think West Maui is the place to stay & thumbs up to the Napili area.
PS public transit is available,rite by the condo-don't know extend of route, however option if you are car less.
PPS Coming back with our grandchild & will stay here again. Have been to Kauai & believe beaches here are better for the youngsters.

We recently stayed at this property with 5 family members. The listing was accurate & the photos also. We had a great time there. The home was very clean & well maintained and had all the amenities one would need. Ryka was very helpful and followed up to make sure we were happy with condo. We had one very minor problem with a ceiling fan & Ryka responded immediately. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Of course we can't give enough praise for the area, activities and one of the best beaches in HI. A fantastic time was had by all.

This unit did not disappoint us again. When considering where to stay this year we couldn't get past how much we enjoyed this condo last year. Large and bright, it's a great place to relax when you just have to get out of the sun. And when you do go to the beach everything is there waiting for you in the garage to make it as easy as it could be. Loved walking every morning thru Kapalua, the Coastal Trail and up the Lake Loop trail. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook as much, or as little, as you want. Hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui staying at this very accomadating condo. The property was clean and comfortable. Ryka was extremely helpful from the beginning, providing recommendations for the area as well as providing extra mattresses for our youngest children. The location is amazing with beautiful sunsets just minutes from your door. We especially enjoyed the porch area with full size table and brand new grill. The master bed was extremely comfortable. All beach supplies: towels, buckets, chairs, boogie boards... were all provided and greatly appreciated!

This was the perfect place. The condo was contemporary and clean. Loved the location. Close to the beach and perfect for a run. Great for a family of 5 (including a 7 yr old, 19 yr old and Father-in-Law). Well equipped. Loved that it had snorkeling gear, sand toys, and boogie boards. Also loved the little things like laundry baskets in each room. Oh....the little things.

This was our first time staying in Napili and I was struck by what a friendly, close knit community it seemed to be. We were surprised at how much activity there was in the area - Napili is a bustling place. We were only there for a few days and did not get to take advantage of everything there was to offer but there are beautiful beaches, snorkeling equipment rental, golf, horseback riding all nearby (some within walking distance). The Sea House restaurant across the street had a beautiful beachfront view and was a good choice for breakfast or happy hour.
Ryka, the condo owner was personable and responsive to all of our inquiries.
The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious. Though we were not a large group I could see it easily being roomy enough for 6 people. It is a 2 story condo so good for privacy but not good if stairs are an issue (not an issue for us). The beds and living room sofa were comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped. There was a nice little private backyard lanai with a table and chairs and bbq but we did not use it - spent our outdoor time at the beach across the street.
The beach equipment at this condo was good quality and in good shape.
The internet access was good and there was cable tv and Netflix. We did not have good cell phone reception in the condo but just outside was fine (maybe could be different with other providers?).
