Visible construction work around the property and some intermitten noise is expected. No work will be done within occupied condos. Great, affordable place in Waikiki. A much better option than the generic hotels in the immediate area. Views of Diamond Head, the surf between the buildings, and approaching and departing HNL aircraft were great. A quick walk to the protected beach area. Had no problems with the $25/day on-site parking garage.

We have stayed here often and booked again for next year. This is primarily due to the awesome location and stunning view. The condo itself could use a paint job and updated cooking pots & pans . The staff was excellent , fridge large and books and puzzles greatly appreciated .

The condo had just undergone a wall-to-wall renovation and was in excellent condition. The building has no dishwashers if that matters to you. We were never able to figure out how to use the TV except for Netflix; the rental agency offered to send a serviceperson, but we could not find a mutually-acceptable time for his visit. Not an emergency during a one-week stay in Honolulu!

We stayed in an Ali'i Beach Rental condo on Paoakalani Avenue in Waikiki for 16 nights. Our experience was great; it felt more like living at home than in a hotel. We went to the Safeway for groceries and had some meals at 'home'. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been smoother. We had a short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we could ask for, including an ice cream scoop. Ali'i Beach Rental will be our first choice for our next vacation in any area they serve. One of the reasons we selected this property is the many five star reviews we read. Now back home after a great vacation in a great condo, this is my five star review. Thank you Ali'i Beach Rental.
