Loved this place and didn’t want to leave! Rained nearly the whole time, but we still had a blast. So much to do here….swimming, hot tub, gym, ocean, and the condo has the perfect set up. Lots of space. Plenty of towels, beach supplies, amenities. Whatever you need, it’s there. Beautiful views with amazing sunsets. Cannot go wrong with this place.

My family and friends just stayed at the beautiful Beach Villas .
Everything was better than we could have imagined.
The grounds were beautiful and the villa itself was beautiful and it was more than enough room for all 7 of us. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and nice.
The host CQ was always great in communicating. She always responded and attended to any of our needs.
CQ checked to see how are check in was and she checked to see if we arrived home safely after our stay.
You will not regret staying here.
I highly recommend this place and renting from CQ.
We will never forget our time here and one day hope to return to this beautiful island of Oahu and stay here again at the Beach Villa at Ko Olina it was truly a wonderful experience.

This villa was the perfect place for 3 generations to vacation together. The location and property is beautiful and convenient. The villa had EVERYTHING you could want or need. The kids 5-11 years loved all the beach toys and equipment to snorkel and swim. The place was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. If it were Christmastime, we saw there was even a tree in the closet. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation for all. I would highly recommend this property!

We stayed 10 days and it was a trip of a lifetime. Celebrating two wedding anniversaries, one for 25 years and one for 50 years along with birthdays. We all enjoyed our stay at the condo as well as the island. Many memories made. Mahalo!

We stayed the month in June 2023. We really enjoyed the beautiful property. Great views. The rooms were well maintained and had most everything we needed. We were happy with the beach equipment which we got a lot of use out of. Very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The washer and dryer worked without any issues. I didn't think the sofa bed was very practical (as it is in the main living area) and felt six was a better number of occupants than our seven. Noise level was low and peaceful. Parking was good even with our minivan. CQ was very responsive to our very few requests. We'd definitely stay again!

We loved staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It was the perfect set up for our family of six, and the view was breathtaking, overlooking the pool as well as the ocean. I'm not sure that we'll ever make it back to Oahu but if we did we would definitely stay here again.

Wow wow wow! Stop scrolling and book now! This place has everything you could want and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is even more beautiful than the photos can convey. Everyone was super friendly. Easy walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants including Aulani “next door”. The two pools, hot tubs, and the little cove were just perfect. Relax and have a cocktail at the cabana with some small nibbles. Head to Paradise Cove for their great luau. It’s really a phenomenal location and the condo is actually quite spacious and we could have basically lived on the lanai it was so warm and beautiful!

This is by far the best location for a Oahu vacation. The owner was responsive with any questions or concerns and helpful with suggestions. We were free to use so many extra vacation amenities on property and in unit there was tons of beach gear for all of us.

This a great place to stay! The property is beautiful and the lagoon has some amazing snorkeling. We saw a sea turtle and an octopus. And we had it almost to ourselves most days. Our family of five loved our stay at this beautiful spacious condo! The property owner, CQ, was very responsive to any questions.
The staff at Ko Olina Beach Villas were very friendly. After check in, we were greeted by Shane who brought us up to the condo and kindly showed us how to use everything!
The view from the lanai is even better than the photos on the listing!!!
Everything you need, just as you would at home, you could find in the condo. There was even a rolling ice chest, with blue ice in the freezer, a wagon that we could use to cart items and so much more!
In terms of internet, a few of us in our party were still able to work as usual, do Zoom calls, etc., just like from home. Which was very important to us!
There are two elevators that service the only two units on the 7th floor of the Ocean Tower, so it's like having your own elevator. Even from the parking space to the elevators it was pretty close and easy to bring groceries and water to the room.
The ground maintenance crews do a great job to keep up the lovely garden and would hand out koi food to guests to feed the fish.

We have been to Hawaii many times but mostly have gone to Waikiki. This time we found a perfect Ko Olina Villa on VRBO. I would highly recommend staying here. It was very easy to get a hold of a property manager if needed. Front desk was very helpful and I loved the security and beauty of the resort.
The Villa was completely stocked perfect for a family. It made going down to the beach easy. The lagoons are perfect for childen. The Lagoon was not overcrowded like I have experienced it Waikiki. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to the next time we can return to the island! We will definitely be staying here again.
The kids got to take advantage of the Aulani Disney character breakfast (reserve in advance).
The Monkey Pod is must to eat at! Food and drinks are amazing.

From booking, to checking in and out, CQ (property owner) was great with communicating and providing information for our stay. CQ always responded right away and checked to make sure everything was good upon check in.
We were welcomed by our greeter, Lynn, who showed us around. The villa was exactly like the pictures, if not better! The view from the lanai was breathtaking! Coffee every morning on the lanai for sunrise….yes please! There was more than enough room for our family. Everything you would need from cooking (pots, pans, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc.) to beach gear (beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, body boards, wagon, etc.) was provided. The villa was comfortable and felt like home.
The resort grounds was wonderful! The koi pond, pools, and lagoon provided endless amount of fun and activities. Stores were conveniently nearby for anything that you may need. A designated parking spot made it easy. The elevator system made it feel like we had our own private elevator on a private floor.
Location is a bit of a drive from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, which we find to be too touristy and not our speed. Therefore, if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway for you and your family than this is the place to go! We will definitely return and stay here for our next visit.

This was the second time we have stayed here (the first being right before the start of COVID) and we are already planning on third trip. This place is truly amazing and really caters to all age groups. The condo is high end and all the staff working here make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. All in all this is a great complex and we couldn’t be happier the second time round.

This place is more than we could have asked for. It feels like a resort the minute you walk in. It's so nice to come home to a beautiful view and a breeze from the ocean. The pictures from the listing are the actual unit. I thought it was a model and the amenities for the complex. If there is something you think you need think again! The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot, elegant serving dishes, and any pot and pan you can think of. Also, there is a closet with all beach things. Including a cart to take to the beach! I can't say enough about this property, but this is the place to stay! Thank you management team for making our stay so memorable!

We love staying on Ko’Olina and this condo was great. Views of ocean were amazing and location to lagoons was so convenient. On-property pools were fun for kids and adults. We especially liked the lap pool. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, everything worked well. Owner was upfront, communicated well, and followed up appropriately to ensure we checked in easily and had no problems. Strongly recommend this property and and this owner.

My wife and I, along with another couple, had an amazing stay at this three bedroom condo. We were impressed with the size of the unit and the ocean view was fantastic! We really enjoyed the location in Ko Olina. There was a great beach walking path along the lagoons and the two pools along with the poolside bar were wonderful. The prices of the drinks were a bit steep but it’s a resort and they were strong so not really a complaint. We would definitely stay there again!

Best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. Amazing view off of the balcony, the villa had everything we needed. It was in a great location, if you need/want anything you don't need to drive no more than 10-15 mins. If you're looking for a Luau, select Paradise Cove it is on the property. Beach was a 5 min walk and pool was a 3 min walk. Again, this villa will NOT disappoint.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a week and had an amazing time! The entire condo was clean and had everything we needed, right down to a small Christmas tree, as we stayed the week of Christmas. The view is amazing and the lagoon is the most private of the 3 in the resort. The pools were never too crowded nor was the bar, and all staff that we had contact with were excellent! The owner is also very responsive and accommodating and top notch for customer service! If there is any negative at all, it was just that we wish the pool/jacuzzi areas stayed open a bit later. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was a big plus. We would definitely go back! Thank you to all for making our stay easy and fun!

This location and unit is amazing! The unit is modern, clean and guest friendly. It is located mid-way up the tower and overlooks the tropical pool setting, as well as an ocean view. The amenities are perfect from pots and pans to beach toys. There were three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The deep bath tubs were a plus. The lanai opens up to the outside bringing in a fresh ocean breeze. There are TVs in the main sitting area, as well as in each bedroom. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was the best. The only set back is that the resort does not have access to food (i.e. restaurant). The have a bar that serves overpriced hot dogs and mini pizzas, but that is it for food. The good thing is that there are a few restaurants close by, including an Island Mart that has everything you could want/need. Our family totally loved this place and are already planning our return stay.

Wonderful location! You can spend your time outside in all the pools and lagoons, hop in the car to drive around the island, or even stroll to shops and eateries with ease. CQ and the local host provided spectacular hospitality and were very responsive. Everything that you could possibly need or want was readily available. After the day was done, this location was our peaceful retreat where we enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai and got a wonderful night’s sleep.

This is a very spacious condo with amazing views! We typically stay in Waikiki when visiting HNL, but we have found our new favorite spot! Perfect for all of our needs, the lagoon pool and beach lagoons were a total hit with our party! CQ and front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was absolutely amazing, it has everything you need. We stayed with 7 people ranging from 1.5- 65 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The check in process was so smooth and the property staff was amazing. CQ is very responsive and helpful. The amenities of the property are top notch, my toddler lived in the rocky bottom pool. The view is also just amazing, pictures don't do it justice. Tons of things within walking distance, and overall just a great place to hang out and recharge.

Perfect location and resort. Pool, lagoon area, and tiki bar were wonderful. Never had an issue with getting lounge areas around the pool. Feeding the koi was a highlight as well. Room was just as advertised and the ability to open the doors to the lanai was a great added touch with great views. Great communication with the host and manager. Check-in and out process was seamless and everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is live music 2 nights at the tiki bar and the nearby restaurants also have live music for happy hour. Would highly recommend for a great vacation.

This was our first time to Oahu. We had a wonderful trip! Not being familiar with the island, at first I wasn’t sure if staying out in Ko Olina was the best choice, but now I am SO glad we did! Personally, I felt Waikiki Beach was overrated. It was very crowded. Ko Olina was quiet, beautiful and not crowded. The condo was wonderful! The view from the lanai is even better in person. The condo was very well stocked for cooking and for being at the beach. We used the boogie boards, the wagon, beach towels, and other items daily. The included parking spot in the covered garage was perfect too. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time in Oahu and first time at Ko Olina. We loved this location compare to Waikiki and would come back here again next time. The pictures shown of this place is just like the place we rented. Being on the 7th floor provide you with the perfect view of the beach and also give you privacy from the other units. Highly recommend booking this place.

Thank you so much for a wonderful and hospitable stay. The condo came with everything we needed for a 7 day vacation out on Oahu. Check in process was easy and the complimentary beach towels were everything we needed. The team at Ko Olina Beach Villas were friendly and accommodating. The pools had everything we need for a good day at the beach from the ice maker for our coolers, to convenient showers, and the lively bar. Albeit on the far end of the island, it was the perfect peace and quiet we needed for our vacation. Come here if you're looking to unwind and the tranquility.
