This condo was amazing. Lots of room, lots of equipment in the kitchen, nice beds. We had two children with us. One did fall backwards down the very steep stairs to the loft. So be careful!!! Lots of beach toys.

I truly loved the condo they had many great available beach accessories for the keiki, honestly didn’t stay in that much, but when we did it was lovely. There was one issue that arose which was dirty towels that I believe was folded to be reused, it grossed me out pretty bad but after getting in contact with owner they had the manager provide more towels. It’s Hawaii so you can say there’s no bugs that impossible but nonetheless they were pretty spotless.

Well-appointed unit with view out over a golf course. As vacationers from a big city and coming immediately from a stay on Waikiki, we appreciated the quiet! (And the separation of upstairs/downstairs bedrooms.) Kitchen was great for preparing most of our meals. There are walking trails and the small beach at the Resort that were fun to explore, but mostly used as a base for exploring the whole North Shore. Though common these days, the only seating for eating, etc. was on high stools at breakfast bar and lanai table -- uncomfortable for older folks with mild mobility limitations. A few cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom were disconcerting, despite being scrupulous about food storage and after-meals cleanup as warned, but not a major problem. One overhead light/fan fixture was non-functioning. Owner responded to questions within several hours.

This condo itself is great! Checks most boxes, was VERY clean n location worked. The beach was a bit of a walk. It was fine for us as we’re a very active family but it may not be good for everyone. It’s almost a full mile from door to beach. Kitchen could use some things to help make your stay better such as Tupperware, there is NONE! The fridge door (left side) is broken n gets annoying to close with a hassle every time. The pantry is full of pans therefore you either reorganize or don’t have anywhere to put any of your food. The upstairs shower does not have a trim so floor gets soaked n slippery. Downstairs shower…..ugh the curtain, takes up 75% of the shower n touches you the entire time (& drains slow). The master light don’t work (wires still out from previous review n no cover) there are lamps but it’s dim. Thankfully the fan works awesome.
Make sure to read the rules of the condos/resort not just for the one you’re staying in as they have MANY rules that we had not known about….such as the pool AND any common areas close at 9, security kicks you out (& they are super rude)! This was not kool for us as we had many family/friends staying at the same condos and couldn’t hang out past 9. Had we known this prior to booking we wouldn’t have stayed at these condos. There are also many rules that have very large fees so make sure you read them all before booking! The resort itself is not well lit n it’s hard to see! Overall not bad but know before you go!

This location was an excellent "home base" to explore Oahu. The parking spot is directly in front of the condo and easy to access from there if you can climb two short sets of stairs with a short walk in between.
The parking pass and two gate fobs were inside as expected. However, the gate was open during our 6 day stay. They were working on it for the last 2.
We were easily able to enter with the keypad code. We just had to figure out to turn the lock lever on the inside before closing the door so it would lock.
There was not one bug in sight within the unit during our stay. That was fantastic!
We used the fridge and stored a couple closed packages in the microwave. I only cut up and ate fruit one time, taking the garbage out right after and handwashing the knife, cutting board, utensils, and a glass, which I dried and put away. We didn't use any other appliances. Cupboards appear very well stocked.
We arrived late at night and didn't see the hand soap under the sink until a couple days later. We were already using a bar we packed. I recommend looking under the sinks upon arriving to see what is available to use during your stay.
One of the pools is about a block down the front sidewalk. It is basically an octagonal pool with some lounge chairs and a small covered "gazebo" with benches. There's also a shower post within the fenced area.
The screen doors don't lock. When you open the front curtains, people can see the bed from the sidewalk or front stairs.

This property was as advertised, and is a great location. A short ten minute walk from the turtle bay resort, which has good dining options and a public beach, and within a 10-15 minute drive of some other beautiful beaches for the family. Very happy with our stay!

It had everything we needed, we were mostly on the go tho it was more of a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable with plenty of towels. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit!! Only complaint was when the Uber driver arrived we could not get through the gate because no one answered when we called. Other than that our stay was seamless .

We stayed a week at this property with our 3 kids, ages 18, 14, and 11 and it was just what we were looking for! It is a great location if you are planning to have a vehicle and travel around like we did. We wanted a safe, chill area for home base while we were traveling all over the island. It had everything we needed and the kids liked that they had their own space/bathroom. We never turned on the AC as we opened the big sliders and the weather was perfect! The pool was great for when some of the family wanted to chill but others wanted to get out. We did use some of the beach items that were available. They definitely need an upgrade as a lot was old or broken but it got the job done and we didnt have to buy anything extra which was a plus! Tons of great beaches for all kinds of activities close by if you're driving and the resort has some great ones too if you just want to walk. There was an ant problem as soon as we arrived and we did only keep a few items it the microwave and fridge and kept everything tidy. The microwave still didnt protect the items. A few other bugs too. Nothing we couldn't handle as we are from a desert and understand in some conditions its just how it is sometimes. Aimee was great the whole time. Superb communication! Randy was great too, very helpful and accommodating to our needs if we had any! Sounds like they had an exterminator come. Just a hiccup in our stay. It was clean but could use a deep clean. Overall great and would stay again.

Location is perfect and everything you could want on the north shore is within 20min. Beach towels and chairs while there. The hosts are very responsive. There was a small ant problem and they were very responsive and even called me to help get someone professional in the condo to fix it. I have never had a host call me so it was very reassuring that the problem would be fixed.

Security gate at the entrance so I knew our rental car would be safe. Clean grounds with a nice look onto the golf course. The pools were clean and fun. Small drive to the nearest beach at Turtle Bay. Shrimp truck, shave ice just down the road. The condo was nice. The kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves. There were a few lights (downstairs bedroom bedside lamp, over head downstairs bedroom light, front porch light) that were out, the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom was broken, and the exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work. However, that didn’t bother us much and we found ways to work around that. We did have issues with some bugs despite keeping all food stored, crumbs and floors cleaned after each meal. I’m not sure the exact cause because this is a tropical environment so I did expect to maybe see a bug or two here and there but they were in rooms with no food. I did let the owner know and she was good to respond.

The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts we're very attentive on any requests needed. We have rented in one or two condos just neighboring this one and by far this was the best experience we have had thus far and will definitely rent again. I would never rent this place for the price, it wasn’t worth it. It was also really dirty had hair in the drains the drains would get clogged just gross! The light fixture above the bed was hanging so ir afraid it might fall on you while sleeping. We didn’t have hot water bc the heater switch was turned off!!

(1) The WiFi didn't work (the box itself didn't have power).
(2) Could use a deep cleaning...for example the grout was pretty black. Otherwise, the place was great and was a good value!

Great location. Close to all the north shore places. Beautiful golf course, nature trails, beaches. From the Kuilima point you can watch the sunrise and the sunset. Incredibly beautiful. Convenient condo with all amenities. Super efficient check in / out process and access. Aimee and Jared are so responsive and friendly. We feel like we are part family in this lovely island paradise. And be sure to visit Kawela Bay. Perfection!

We had a lovely stay! Area was nice and quiet but a short drive to lots of amazing beaches. We loved going to Turtle bay resort for sunset which was spectacular! My boys loved the pool. Communication with host was great, she responded quickly to all my annoying questions. Unfortunately there was no cooler but the use of the body boards was great. The microwave was not working but am sure that will be fixed by now. Still a hole in fly screen and upstairs tap was not working/turned off as other reviews mentioned but these were not an issue for us so I did not communicate that to host. We were here for a wedding with a six month old. Unfortunately the microwave was broken (it would have been nice to know in advance as we use a microwave for infant foods, etc) Also the pack n play provided was dirty and had food in it when we wen to use. We are a family of 5 with kids aged 21, 18 and 15 and we stayed for 10 days. It was our first time on the North Shore and we absolutely loved it! The location of the condo was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool, lovely grounds and proximity to Turtle Bay. The beach is in walking distance but we ended up driving and parking was easy to find. The condo was great and there was plenty of space for 5 adult-size people. Having the loft area with a bathroom for the kids was awesome! All the beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was much appreciated in July! Communication with the owner was also excellent!
There were a few minor things though, that should be noted. I did let the owner know, so hopefully they are no longer an issue since they are all quick and easy fixes.
1). The cooler was missing and the umbrella was broken and not useable.
2). Oven doesn’t work - the owner did let me know ahead of time, which I appreciated, but it does seem to be an ongoing issue judging from other reviews. It didn’t bother us but I can see that for some, it certainly could be a problem.
3). The sliding door to the lanai needs to be fixed. It’s not an oil problem - the door jumps off the tracks and you have to really force it back before it opens completely. It can be annoying and should be seen to, since it’s not easy getting it back in the track.
4) As mentioned by others, the screen doors have holes in them which did mean we couldn’t use them at night instead of the AC. Not a huge deal but the trade winds are good at cooling things down and we would have used the AC less to conserve energy, if the screens didn’t have tears in them.
5). The cold tap in the upstairs didn’t turn on and no water came out - my kids only told me this after the fact…lol.
All-in-all, minor things that can easily be seen to, so we would absolutely stay at this condo again should we visit Oahu!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful family vacation!!! 🏝🌞🌺

Location is good, the place is spacious enough. The only bad side is the person in contact takes a while to answer questions, she took almost a full day to answer our questions when the wifi did not work at all and how to lock the unit. We asked if the wifi is working since the wifi username was not in the system and it took her a full day to answer when we had already checked-out. Not very helpful.

I only provide honest reviews so that potential future holidaymakers can choose an appropriate venue to stay at. We stayed for 3 nights, 5 adults and 1 17yo. Upstairs is a bathroom and bedroom with a KS bed and a single bed. It's unbearably hot upstairs so you do have to use the air con with the fan (we tried to be electricity conscious) The bathroom has a nice shower but once out , we couldn't stand up to see in the mirror due to the low roof line so styling hair or putting on make up is best done elsewhere. The KS bed was very comfortable however the single was very hard and hurt my son's back. These issues are not deal breakers. Bedding for the 6th person is only suitable for a small child (a thin fold up mattress on the floor) no linen was provided however when I asked the host she arranged for some to be delivered (as we had booked for 6 people this should have been available without asking) The bedding was very unsuitable for a 17 yo so thank goodness we only stayed 3 nights. We would have dearly loved to sleep with the glass door open and avoid the air con however the screen door had several big holes in it so due to critters we couldn't trust it. The breeze is lovely so if the door gets fixed that's a great option. The oven doesn't work (like other reviews have mentioned) & it was not a child lock issue this time. It was very disappointing on our first night to have purchased frozen pizzas for dinner and not be able to use the oven. The kitchen has enough supplies of things and the laundry has washing powder provided. Be aware, the washing machine is super loud - I woke up those sleeping in the front room when I put it on one morning. Overall, this condo is run by friendly nice hosts who do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped. The location is good, the pools available are small but sufficient. It's a decent walk to the beach but we found you prefer to drive to the beautiful beaches along the highway most of the time anyway. Parking is right outside the front door. Foodland supermarket was a short (<10 mins) drive. The Waimea valley was definitely worth a visit and swimming at the waterfall was amazing. The beach opposite at Waimea Beach Park was the best. Beautiful sand and a great fun beach for all ages. Shark cove was incredible-even had turtles.

Over the property is well kept. Here are some pros and cons.
Pros -
1) In unit washer and dryer. Super convenient.
2) loft space with two beds is perfect for at least 2 adults and 2 toddlers.
3) location is perfect.

This was a pleasant condo in Turtle Bay, a lovely location. Instructions to enter and park were great. We loved having a kitchen, and it was nice to have a place to crash after days at the beach. The kitchen was decently stocked and air conditioning and washer/dryer worked well.
The only challenges we had were with the amount of lighting in the kitchen, it was difficult to see your cooking, and, the amount of mold/mildew in the downstairs bathroom, which is problematic for those with allergies. the ventilation fans in the bathrooms don't appear to work, which would probably help a lot.

Everything was amazing. There was a few hiccups but those were minor. The price for the location is amazing. We came back to Hawaii to finally do our dads headstone in Laie. This location was great for us because it’s close to the cemetery and also our family and friends. I highly recommend this place. And mahalo for allowing us to stay here.

Unit needs some attention to repair screens, fix lights and fans that don't work,put a higher watt bulb at entry door to illuminate entry door keypad. No hairdryer so bring your own. There are 2irons but no ironing board. While inconvenient we had a wonderful time and would return to turtle Bay property

Located on the North Shore, it's less crowded and less touristy, and you still have everything you need. The condo is located on the golf course and you can enjoy that view from the lanai. There are plenty of sleeping options in the house and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials as far as pans, plates, utensils and cups. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries.

We enjoyed staying at this condo and appreciated that it was very clean. Turtle Bay is a nice spot to stay, for the most part an easy drive to nice beaches, however there’s a lot of traffic going to Haleiwa and nearby areas, not sure if that’s normal.
This condo is really nice and well kept, I would stay here again, but probably not soon. I have five year old twins and they can be very playful and noisy which bothered the neighbors below us, completely understandable but I ended up shushing my kids a lot after that which for that reason it might not be the ideal location for smaller kids.
One of the bedrooms has a tv, but it didn’t work and it couldn’t be fixed….that wasn’t too big of deal since it is Hawaii after all, no need for too much TV. Other than that this place is great and I still give it 5 stars because it is very reasonably priced.

Had all I and my family needed for a great time on the North Shore of Oahu. Loft was great for my 2 daughters. Beach toys, towels & chairs all provided. AC was awesome. Actually turned it off at night and just used the fans to sleep comfortably. I would stay here again no doubt.

This condo unit is very clean and homey feeling. I like the area which is around Turtle bay resort. Also, the condo unit has all you need going to the beach. Aimee , has all the information you need to get in the unit. And what I love is that she has all the information where to eat , and places to go .

Two huge thumbs up! This unit has it all- comfortable beds, tons of towels, a full kitchen, AC that works amazing, a quiet spot, pool nearby, tennis courts, walking paths, a snack shack (Lei leis) not far away, pretty calming view, 2 levels so plenty of space and distance so kids/separate family have their own spots to hang out, two tvs, excellent wi fi connection, 2 full bathrooms and even thoughtful extras like beach items so you don't need to schelp from home/buy new (sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, fins, masks, snorkels, cooler and a dozen reef walker shoes!) There was even suntan lotion and aloe gel in case you go too much sun! Books to borrow, extra blankets, blow up mattresses, citronella candles, pack n play and more....they thought of it all. And even better, one of the best prices in the area. We cooked 100% of our meals in kitchen and had everything we needed for meal prep-lots of gadgets. Fantastic communication response time. Close enough to the resort/beach to walk (maybe 15 minutes) if you want or a 3 minute drive down the street. Can't say enough- book it!

What a great place! Clean, fully stocked, plenty of beach gear. This is the fourth TB condo we have stayed in, all with the same configuration with an upstairs loft. This is by far the best. I will start with the AC. My number one complaint about these types of units is that the loft is unbearably hot. The AC in this unit is efficient and fast. Three AC units so the entire condo is covered. Awesome!
The configuration of the loft unit is also fantastic. A very comfortable King size bed. Plenty of room and storage. Did not feel cramped.
Every possible kitchen utensil is provided. Plenty of glasses, dishes, pots, pans, pizza tray....
Overall, this is a 5 star unit - best we ever stayed in - we will be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We loved staying in the Agnew's condo at Kuilima Estates. First I REALLY appreciated how easy it was to get ahold of Amy. She was always delightful and accessible. We loved the condo. We appreciated how nice it was to return to everyday....the lovely cross breezes, the "MUST-DO" list in her letter and the use of the "Oahu Revealed" book in the desk drawer was so useful and MUCH appreciated! We loved the proximity to Turtle Bay and to all the things we wanted to do on the North Shore. Gunstock Ranch was close as was Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove (a MUST to snorkel) and Sunset Beach. Ted's Bakery was a frequent stop. ALL of it was fantastic! Thank you Agnew family for giving us a home away from home!!!!

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for a family trip. We enjoyed the condo very much. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. It was just as it appeared in the listing. The place was very clean and decorated very nicely too. The complex is nicely maintained and was within walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort and its beaches. This spot is a great value and ideal for getting away to the northshore, but still being close to amenities. Aimee was easy to work with and provided all the information we needed. My wife and I are managers of a beach home rental in Mexico and appreciated all her effort in making this a great vacation for my family.

So much to do and such a beautiful country side. The owner lets you borrow ocean toys. The beaches are peaceful and not as full as the south side of Oahu. Loved the local food trucks with shrimp and the fresh fruit stands. Didn't see them in other parts of the island. I recommend North Shore tacos to eat. We loved the condo it has comfortable beds, very clean, and spacious. We will return someday!!

We just got back from 11 beautiful days on the North Shore. This condo is lovely and the pictures do not do it justice, it is equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation and more: beach towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler. We loved the layout and had enough room for the 5 of us, it never felt crowded. Aimee was great to work with and made our arrangements very easy. We were a little worried it would be too far to walk to the beach with our 6 year old daughter but it is actually much closer than the maps lead you to believe and only took about 7 minutes. We enjoyed Teds Bakery, Kahuku Grill, and the bar at Turtle Bay that overlooks the surfing area the most during our stay. It was nice to be so close to our favorite spots (Waimea, Sunset Beach, and Hukilau Beach), and we will never stay anywhere other than this condo when we come back to Oahu!

My family of 5 stayed at this property over Easter Break, and it was perfect! We wanted a property that was updated and clean. We wanted to be close to a golf course for our son, close to snorkling for my Mother in law, had swimming pools for my daughter, tennis for me and close to the ocean for my wife.......and this condo had it all! Lania overlooking the golf course was great! Everything you would need to cook meals in the kitchen and updated appliances. Air conditioning to keep things cool. Short walk to beach by Turtle Bay Resort where you can dine overlooking the ocean. Walking trails were fun as well......take them and find "Hidden Beach!"

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and it was awesome! If you are looking for a North Shore getaway you will not be disappointed. The location is awesome and the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the trails at Turtle Bay and enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai. Aimee was very responsive to all of our questions and was terrific to work with!

My husband and our 4 year old son stayed here in May and had a great time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the golf course and the sunrise.
The condo is located only a short walk to the Turtle Bay Resort where we spent time drinking awesome cocktails at the pool bar and watching the sun set most evenings. I was able to take some great runs on the Golf Course in the early morning as it was so peaceful.
We will definitely return, in fact we are currently planning our next visit for next year which prompted me to make this review. Book this place, you will love it. It will comfortably sleep 5 people without you feeling like you are on top of each other.
I hope you are vacant the week we choose to come in 2015 and as soon as we finalise dates, we will be booking!

Thank you for the best 10 days on the North Shore! We have been back to the area several times and this trip was fantastic. Your location is great as we love the Turtle Bay beach the most. Sunset Beach and Waimea Falls are also fun, but the peace & beauty of Turtle Bay is like what you would see in a magazine. The snorkeling was fantastic. We watched sunsets at Ola's after visiting the turtles, and had an amazing dinner at Lei Lei's- all right there at the resort. We ate almost every meal from Ted's Bakery though- well worth it! The condo had everything we needed, from kitchen-ware and utensils, to towels and beach gear. We rented movies from Redbox (at Foodland) to play in the DVD player for both the kids and ourselves. Dealing with Aimee was wonderful- she's great! We hope we can visit again next year and we would love to stay in this condo again. Thank you for everything Aimee and Jason!

We definitely enjoyed our week's stay at this lovely condo! The location near the Turtle Bay Resort was great as we were able to use their many walking/jogging trails among the lush foliage, with beautiful views of the coastline for our morning exercise. We watched gorgeous sunsets two evenings from the outdoor Hang Ten pool bar at the Resort and Aimee is correct, their Mai Tais are the best on the Island! The condo's kitchen was well equipped which worked well for us since we ate breakfast at the condo every morning and made dinner there most evenings. We ate lunch out every day. Surprisingly, our favorite spot for lunch was the Mexican restaurant Luibuenos in Haleiwa. We also enjoyed our food truck lunches: the Elephant truck for delicious Thai food and the shrimp trucks for their large tender garlicky shrimp. The burgers at Kahuku Grill were great too. On two different days we rented stand up paddle boards from Surf and Sea in Haliewa and had fun paddling up the river and in the Bay. It was great having the pool steps away from the condo and even better having so many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. It was very peaceful strolling through Waimea Valley one morning. And Waimea Bay was our favorite beach but we learned to arrive before 10:00 or forget about finding a place to park. In conclusion, the condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Aimee was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and we would definitely love to come back!
