Excellent condo in a great location! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with useful items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. It was quiet, convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it. Very clean and everything you need is within the unit. Spacious bedrooms! Pools and BBQ are a little far away. Need to drive to the beach but I expected that. Very reasonable price.

We loved staying here for our week in Maui! As we unpacked all our belongings, my wife commented how this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. She has high standards, so that was quite the compliment. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed, which our son slept on all week. The beach gear made our trips to the beach so enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to use to cook some meals. The community was very quite, clean and safe. We really loved the location in Wailea, and we hope to be able to stay here when we come back. It was a bit of a drive to some of our activities up in Lahaina, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay up there. Wailea felt so much more relaxed and laid back. Sonia was very helpful with the few questions we had during our time and quick to respond.

Fresh and very clean home in a peaceful environment. We spent our time relaxing on the covered patio watching golfers teeing off. 2 Nd hole on the Blue Course.
No need to pack bath products, everything is there. Tons of supplies. The master bath and especially the shower is heaven. Tasteful decor with white coton linen . The desks in the bedrooms became very handy for my husband.. not retired yet.
I would like also to emphasize Sonia’s kindness who allowed us to check in early with 3 grandchildren on tow because their flight became a night flight back home. We also have been able to check out late for the same reason for a very reasonable fee. Nice location close by to a shopping center , 5 mns walk to a bar and grill. Very close too to Beach access. If you want to splurge, very nice Lunch at the Bistro Moliki at the Grand Wailea. To recap, lovely place, attentive and flexible Owner, beautiful views, calm and close to everything.

Soniya has a beautiful house overlooking the gorgeous Wailea golf course. This 2 bedroom home will definitely make your stay in Maui a memorable one. All the amenities are provided for... coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, towels, boogie boards, iron...... everything you need is there. The location is fantastic.

The double shower in the master bath was amazing!
The beds were comfortable and the island breezes were delightful, especially with the jalousie (slatted) windows. We never needed the AC. At sunset, we would walk out to the golf course and chat with neighbors and watch Maui's amazing sunsets.
The location is very convenient to everything. We frequently walked down to the paved beach walk and back up.
The owner, Sonia, was great to work with. I would definitely rent this property again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sonia’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable and at a convenient location. Sonia also left extra towels and linens for us to use. The kitchen had all the cookware, spices and appliances you may need. We also didn’t have any problem finding additional guest parking. Highly recommend Sonia’s condo if you are looking for a place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo backing on to the Champions golf course. It was a pleasant walk to the Tennis club, Shops at Wailea and the Beach. The accommodations were clean and well maintained and allowed our family to feel comfortable while spending Christmas and New Years in Maui. The listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance. The owner was extremely helpful in going out of her way to provide us with some items and information which we truly appreciated. We are grateful for her hospitality. We definitely would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

My husband and I came out to Wailea for a vacation with our family. Let me tell you this gorgeous condo is not only spacious for 4, but there is another bed to sleep up to 6. We had huge kitchen to cook in, with a dining space to eat. This condo also has A/C in every room with a fan connected to the ceiling, so we stayed cool every evening. There are 2 beautiful pools with hot tubs, in that 1 is in almost total privacy. This condo is also located on a golf course (but also has an amazing view of the ocean and islands) and is close to every attraction; restaurants, beaches, shopping, hotels, leisure activities, etc.
You will not find a better place to stay and at this price!
Last but not least, the owner of this condo, is both helpful and kind. She not only asked if we needed anything to better our stay, but helped us book some entertainment during our vacation.

First let me say how great sonia is as the owner. She went out of her way to make our 25th anniversary special and everything was perfect. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. This condo sits on the golfcourse and what you see online is what you get. The beach is 1 or 2 blocks away. Their are hundreds of beaches on Maui so you have to either load the car or stay at one spot. Each beach has something diffrent to offer depending on what you want to do. Clean, new, well stocked, convenient. Thanks Sonia for letting us stay at one of the prettiest places on earth.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. We could just barely see the ocean from the lanai, and enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning and evenings as well. The condo was wonderfully situated in the complex-very little auto traffic-and the kitchen included all the necessities. We traveled with both young children and a grandparent, and had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We especially appreciated the wonderful double shower in the master-great for washing the sand off the kids before dinner! Wonderful beaches were within a 5 minute drive of the condo-it was great.

We went with another couple in Nov 2009. It was fantastic!!! Have been to Maui many times and this is our favorite place. We can hardly wait to come back here again. We never needed for anything except food but the grocery store was close as well. Good location. We loved the morning patio time watching the golfers and enjoying that morning sunshine. Plenty of room and privacy for us all. It was our friends first time in Maui and they just loved your place, too. We hope to return next year for 2 weeks this time.

We have stayed in Wailea many times over the past five years, and we agree that your unit is one of the best and most comfortable that we’ve stayed in so far. The décor that you have selected is so pleasant and tasteful; the bamboo hardwood floors are beautiful, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were looking for a quiet place to rest and your condo fits that bill really well! We loved sitting on the lanai, watching the birds in the mornings and the sunsets at dusk. The basket of fruit was a great surprise, making us feel so welcome into your Maui home. The welcome basket was an especially warm touch to our stay. Thank you. This is a little late but I had a great time staying at this condo! We spent most of our time relaxing on the lanai sipping on our homemade margaritas while we watch golfers go by.
It was a great place to relax after spending a very strenuous day on the beach!
