My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony overlooking the park next door and had our breakfast and supper out there quite often. The beach was very close and we enjoyed the pool area and hot tubs located next door at the Outrigger that we had access to.
Having a parking spot for our rental car was greatly appreciated. The walk along the beach was beautiful for sunrise and sunsets. We found the price for everything at Costco was the same as what we pay at our locations in Wisconsin. The bed was very comfortable. Make sure that you visit the Polynesian Cultural Center and go with the Super Ambassador Luau package, you won't be disappointed. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

We enjoyed staying at this place due to being so close to everything. We walked everywhere and had no trouble with access to entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We appreciate the quick responses from the host when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here and have plans to return next year.

Condo was as described and very clean. A small check in issue that was handled by management in a timely manner.
2 full days of jackhammering outside the condo took away from the perfect stay. The owner gave some compensation for the noise and seemed unaware of the construction noise. I would definitely recommend this unit, it was just bad timing for my particular visit.

On the beach with a lanai/balcony the essentially looks over a park setting.
A perfect spot to watch Friday night fireworks and jumping off spot for walking to restaurants, nightlife or daytime shopping sprees. A walk on the beach at sunset or a dip in the ocean. Hey, its Waikiki!

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. There is a large lanai overlooking the park which I enjoyed sitting on in the mornings and evenings. Having an included parking space in the garage was so convenient for us to be able to see the island. Friday evenings you can see the fireworks from the lanai! The location is right on the beach and centrally located to easily walk Waikiki.

This is the second time we have stayed in Terri’s spacious condo and it was once again a success. The rooms were clean, cute decor, washer/dryer and comfortable bed. The location directly on the beach was most definitely a plus. Also, the condo sits next to a park that has plenty of trees for my shade loving body! Terri’s condo is also convenient to numerous stores and restaurants, with little walking needed. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future! The property offers many amenities, is cozy and is steps away from the beach. The Monkeypod restaurant next door has a great happy hour and amazing views. Walking distance to everything! Terry is very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Great option for a couple on a lovely vacation :).

This property, situated in a great location in Waikiki, has a huge lanai about 38x5 and a gorgeous ocean view. The unit was clean and very well stocked - the owner definitely has the guests comfort and convenience in mind. We would definitely look forward to visiting the property again in the future. 5-stars!

My wife and I booked Terry’s condo for a pre and post cruise stay. Condo is very clean, the parking spot was super convenient, and it provide us with the perfect home base from which to explore Oahu. As I write this review we are in Hilo on our Pride of America cruise and we look forward to wrapping up our Hawaiian vacation with a return to Terry’s condo.

Great apartment in excellent location. There are works going on underneath for a few months currently but didn’t really interfere with being out in the day.
The owner was always very helpful and responsive to any queries but you do also have assistance at the Regency reception nearby when staying, which is an added bonus.
We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this apartment and the building in general. Couldnt beat its position. Great balcony/lanai with pretty view and private view of the Friday fireworks plus right on the beach. Everything is round the corner so very handy. Also bonus of a parking space which can be rare in Waikiki and can be costly.
Would highly recommend! Make sure you receive door code as part of arrival information as it isnt a key access. Loved it 👍

This property was awesome! So close to everything. We loved walking to restaurants and having the beach right outside the back of the building. Terry was great to work with and her instructions were detailed and easy to follow for check in, parking and access. Loved the option to use the Out Rigger pool next door. We will definitely be back.

Terry's condo is in a great location. I wish I could have brought her lanai home with us at it is awesome! You can see the Friday night fireworks that the Hilton has perfectly from there. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings, and have breakfast. There was construction going on at the time of our stay. We were usually gone during the day, and they don't work weekends. It did make it difficult at times to get in and out of our assigned parking space on the upper deck. Terry was very responsive to any issue we had, and so was the Outrigger management.

This place has a great location with a little noise from outside but you are on the beach! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, coffee maker , pots and pans, blender, spices and even a popcorn maker! Having a washer dryer in the condo is such a convenience. Rebecca, the manager of the Regency Beachwalk and Zachary were a great help for any issues that occurred. Rebecca was our property manager as Terry, the owner doesn't live in Hawaii. Terry was very helpful with our late check in and any other questions we had.

The stay was awesome, the owner and property management company gave us very thorough information about everything we needed. Property owner was available and ready to handle any issues, which we didn’t have many. Location was fantastic, right near the beach and great places to eat and shop were an easy walk away! Loved that they had specific parking which is great in Waikiki, so you didn’t have to worry about finding parking after all day exploring the island. Just a really sweet little condo, perfect location, we very much enjoyed our stay!

This property is great, location and on the beach. It also comes with parking which is great to. We were able to find everything in order. The only glitch was coming in late and having to coordinate receiving the fobs for the building access.

The condo was in a great location by the beach, within walking distance to many things. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo, and a free parking spot for our rental car. Hot water was not quite as warm as we like, but ok. There was a bit of noise late at night from the walking path below our balcony. Weather was perfect each day.

Location for us was great as we wanted to surf Waikiki. We branched out three different directions from there on different days to experience Pearl Harbor, the North Shore, and the East Shore including Polynesian Cultural Center.
Terry’s place is very clean and nice, had everything we needed, and we are grateful to have been able to stay there. Communications were excellent.

The location is amazing! Right on the beach and a short walk to central Waikiki. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from the lanai - along with amazing people watching! Parking was another real advantage, And the condo was well equipped for us and our 8-year old granddaughter.

We rented several condos for our daughter’s wedding, including this one, and everything was above expectations. The only issue was the fold out sofa, but Terry let us know in advance that she was aware of the problem and we didn’t need to use it anyway, so not a big deal. I would highly recommend this property!

Teri 's place located in Waikiki beach and beside of park so has easy access to the beach and walking down to all the restaurants and shops.
Even there is live music next hotel, main living room was quiet at evening.
Place is clean and check in and out was easy and staff members are kind and answer all the questions.

It was a good apartment right on the Waikiki beach with personal parking lot which was a huge plus since parking there is really expensive. The complex faces a beautiful park, has a shop, a cafe, and an eatery. There are lots of places where you can walk. Also very close to the Submarine tour and ocean cruises. Also a plus is an access to the Outrigger Reef Hotel's pool where you can also eat.

The condo was better than I expected! The pictures do it no justice. It was a wonderful and very clean, everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Plus you get a parking space which worked great for us since we rented a car. However if you do not rent a car no worries everything is within walking distance you have some great great shopping areas you have wonderful restaurants you have awesome views and the best part is that you are about one minute away from the beach from your doorstep to your feet in the sand.

Not sure you can find a better location on Waikiki. Just walk down the walk way and you’re on the beach. Nice view of the park. Parking although tight Is a HUGE bonus. We could have used an extra blanket for the sofa bed but otherwise it had what we needed. The Steak Shack right outside was a bonus as well and it is walking distance to all you need. Check out was a little annoying because of trying to coordinate leaving keys/garage door opener in the room because of the need for the fob for the stairways, but we got it done. All and all a great stay.

We stayed in this property during memorial day weekend. Terry was very detailed in her instructions as to how to check in and go to the room.
The room is exactly like the photos. Spacious with with full Kitchen, AC, Big Lanai. We were able to enjoy Waikiki stay with all the comforts of living in a spacious apartment in the middle of the the beach. I appreciated the beach chairs, Umbrella, Beach toys which is great for families.
I appreciated the parking every night
in the assigned parking lot in the basement. All the restaurants are near by and we ordered food service through doordash without any problems. The place is very convenient to find and the service is excellent. If I go to Waikikki., I will prefer this place as it is spacious, by the beach and very convenient. Though there is construction going on, we did not hear any sounds during our stay.

Tastefully decorated 1 bed/1ba with everything you need for a comfortable stay…including a washer/dryer right in the condo. Lovely roomy Lanai that stays shady all morning & catches beautiful sunsets in the evening. Close to all the Waikiki action but we used A/C only at night which blocks out most ambient noise. Comfortable bed. Terry the owner is also incredibly helpful & seems to care about making sure you have a great stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Terry I thought twice about writing this review only because it will give your condo much more exposure and HARDER to get onto for your vacation time . First let me say my husband and I have been coming to Honolulu since 1976! I have stayed at MANY of the Top of the line ones (not to mention any names) . They were all right on the beach like yours but they didnt have the room or the value yours offered . We looked into a condo mainly because we were bringing our daughter with us this time and wanted something with a little more room . Something were all of us didnt spend the day just sitting on the bed watching tv. Yours WAS PERFECT:) Had EVERYTHING you need. Separate bedroom . living room . kitchen, washer , dryer, HUGE LANAI and I mean HUGE! GORGEOUS, could spend the day on it, but that would be foolish in waikiki. Fully equipped kitchen, nicely renovated bathroom, flat screen tv , gorgeous ceramic flooring in kitchen , bathroom and lanai, all the beach wants you need. BEST PRICED ONE IN THE BUILDING for what you get . Can see the ocean park and the fireworks on friday. We happen to be there for the 4th of July where there was a HUGE fireworks at the hotel a few doors down . My husband wanted to go down to the beach to watch and I convinced him to stay on the lanai , which was a SMART decision . Didnt have to deal with the crowd obstructing your view . Got the BEST PICS from your lanai sitting down . 2 THUMBS UP for that one . All this and a private parking stall ( price of which is included in price) Believe me some of the other hotels Ive stayed at charge around $40 A DAY ! We ALWAYS get a car for our whole stay.Plus you ALWAYS have the same parking spot waiting for you so you can stay out as long as you want and not WORRY about having to look for a spot ALL night.Very Secure building , on beach , PARADISE FOUND. Only thing I could have wanted was an extra tv in bedroom cuz my daughter monopolizd the one in living room most of the time we were in the condo. Other then that WE WILL BE BACK:) Only problem is you are ALREADY booked up for the time my husband and I usually come to Honolulu for in Feb for our anniversary. Terry is the easiest person to deal with. NO WORRIES, VERY FLEXABLE !

This was our second stay. The upgrades: new TV, dishwasher, rug, sofa, mattress and faucets, were nice touches to an already beautiful condo. We got married while we were in Hawaii and there was no better place to spend our honeymoon. The parking stall was so convenient and so was the accessability to our favorite restaurant, the Shorebird, right next door at the Outrigger. We miss sitting on the lanai enjoying the sunsets. It is so quiet at night that it's amazing the hustle and bustle of the Waikiki strip is only a block away. We are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you Terry for a memorable stay at your condo.

I have been to Hawaii many times, and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The condo has everything you need, is clean, and very nicely decorated and maintained. The location is perfect - right on the beach but close to everything. The lanai is great - we sat out there most of the time we were in the condo except when sleeping! All in all, I can't say enough good things about this experience.

My husband and I stayed here Oct 4-28 2010 and we had a wonderful time! It is a lovely unit right on the beach...a spacious one bedroom with large lanai facing the park. With full kitchen, washer/dryer, parking space and comfy bed you can not go wrong! We will not hesitate to book this condo again and just hope it is available when we would like to vacation next. (I now know why there isn't too many comments...as vacationers want to keep this condo to themselves and keep coming back!)

Everything went so smoothly with this rental. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. The condo was immaculate and the location was the best. The lanai was one of the largest in the building and we are going to miss drinking our coffee out there in the mornings, enjoying the view and listening to the birds. The bed was comfortable, there was a great selection of TV channels, and it's very quiet & peaceful here. Parking was so convenient in the garage beneath the building. The condo was within easy walking distance of the entire Waikiki strip, and how can you beat walking right outside & onto the beach? Thanks Terry for helping make our Hawaii trip a memorable one.
